This 1958 gem was personally renovated by the owners in 2014 to bring it back its original architectural design with modern upgrades throughout.

Step inside to an open-concept home with post-and-beam vaulted ceilings and a whole living room wall of brand new windows and shades that overlook the pool, private patio, and San Jacinto Mountains.

All three bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens, large, bright windows, alarm clocks, bedside lamps, and portable fans. The master is on suite, with shower and tub, and has a 32-inch flatscreen TV (not hooked to cable, but equipped with an AppleTV) and poolside access. Both bathrooms have been completely updated with new vanities and upgraded original showers and bath.

The home was built in 1958 by the Alexander Construction Company who's premier midcentury modern architects were William Krisel and Daniel Palmer.

The owners look forward to sharing their mid-century modern vacation home with you!

Centrally located the “wind-free” zone, less than 2 miles to downtown Palm Springs. Minutes from the Palm Springs airport and dining. Beautiful mid-century homes all around the bike-friendly, walkable neighborhood. View the Tram Station light at night from the backyard and perhaps even fireworks on the 4th of July (check the local fireworks schedule)!

The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed. Palm Springs has strict sound ordinances that prohibit outdoor amplified sound. Review with management for clarifications.

Expectations exceeded! There is so much to love. It started with our experience with Relax-Palm Springs/Scott Fields and his staff. Communication was always professional, warm, and timely. Scott and his team were completely accessible throughout our entire stay if we needed them or had any questions. The home was classic Palm Springs, but modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. All our needs were anticipated from conveniences (kitchen accessories, beach towels, etc..) to entertainment (conversation areas, bocce, outside grill, hot tub, etc..). We were even provided suggestions and a map of the area to get us started. It was a completely different vacation having the privacy of our own home and pool. Thank you Scott, the Relax team, and the homeowners for a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit

I escaped here for a week retreat with some good friends. First off, and perhaps most importantly, the beds are so comfortable and they provide extra pillows, if needed. I loved waking early and doing a little yoga, poolside. I was able to enjoy some amazing hiking behind the art museum in town, just 2 miles from the house, then back to the house to soak my aching legs in the Jacuzzi and heated pool. We also made good use of the bikes provided and rode the short distance into town for shopping and lunch. We loved the night life at Mr Lions, a nearby, swanky, old school bar, but appreciated coming back to the house's fully stocked kitchen to save money preparing our own meals. Overall, It was wonderful and I can't wait to go back!

I spent three amazing nights at the beautiful Easmor property and couldn't have been more pleased. The house is impeccably decorated in the mid-century style, and every need was anticipated. The house is quiet and super clean, and features a stunning mountain view, which can be enjoyed while swimming in the pool, lounging in the hot tub, or playing a few rounds of bocce ball. Close enough to town to walk, we explored many of the wonderful shops and restaurants Palm Springs has to offer, and even took a hike up the Lykken trail--a must-do! I'd go back to Easmor in a heartbeat. Highly recommended

This place is fantastic! Just like in the photos. If you want to really experience the modernist architecture of Palm Springs this house and neighbourhood are it. We loved the bocce court, pool, hot tub, fire place and fire pit. It was perfect for three friends. we each had our own room. It's actually walking distance to the airport, but not advisable with luggage. Quick drive to downtown with lots of options for taxi, Lyft or Uber. We'll definitely be back!

Ideal vacation home I can't overstate how much I love this house. I wish my kitchen at home was as well equipped - and had that awesome view of snow capped mountains! The owners have managed to create an environment that is both incredibly stylish and utterly comfortable. The location is fantastic - a beautiful quiet neighborhood - full of well kept mid-century gems - fun to walk or ride around. I was only out for the weekend but in that short time was able to hike the Lykken trail - up behind the art museum, hit an excellent old school happy hour at Mr. Lyons and spend the next morning riding bikes to the Design and Architecture museum stopping by El Mirasol for a life-affirming plate of mole. I stayed for a quick girl's weekend - but it would be great for a family or someone who wants to entertain!

This property is absolutely lovely, with a fantastic backyard, well equipped kitchen, and cozy living area with fireplace. The decor is colorful and welcoming, with lots of books and magazines to peruse. Check-in was lovely and the communication with the host / property manager was impeccable. The backyard is well laid out for lounging, enjoying the pool / hot tub, and sitting by the fire pit. The airport is nearby but there is no disturbance from planes overhead. Also, no wind in the yard. The bedrooms were comfortable, with very soft mattresses. I visited with five friends (six of us total), and the house felt quite full but not overcrowded - the smaller shared bathroom and kitchen area does get a bit busy with a full house. The house is well located, only a short drive to downtown or the grocery store. All in all a wonderful place to stay, I hope to stay here or at another one of the Relax Palm Springs properties in the future!

Perfect Mid-Century Modern Retreat. The Easmor Alexander is the perfect mid-century modern home for your stay in Palm Springs. The owners have thought of everything to make your vacation memorable. There is plenty of shade in the back yard, the hot tub is fantastic for relaxing in the cool desert nights, and a dip in the pool is the perfect way to cool off in the heat of the day. The bocce court and the fire add to the fun in the back yard. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to create gourmet meals. And the interior of the home is so well decorated, you'll wonder if Frank Sinatra or Sammy Davis Jr. Will be stopping by for a martini. Having Scott greet us at the beginning of our stay was like having someone welcome you into their home. It was nice to know that he was just a text away in case we had any questions. All of his recommended restaurants were incredible, particularly Trio, Spaghetteria, Cheeky's and Koffi. We would highly recommend the Easmor Alexander!

Scott was very helpful. The house was as nice as expected...the back yard was paradise. We were in PS to go to the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Scott was really good about directions, suggestions and generally showing us how to get around the area. We were 5 women and we had a wonderful time at this property and loved the area. We will be back. Thank you, Scott for making it all so easy for us.

Great place to stay for space, location and amenities. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Loved the way the entire place was decorated. The hot tub was an added bonus and the pool was lovely. There were enough shaded areas outdoors to suit everyone's needs. Every item we found ourselves needing in the kitchen was provided. Scott was a wonderful host and went above and beyond, even picking up a cake we ordered and had it in the refrigerator when we arrived. Our three days there were everything we could have asked for.

Perfect Palm Springs Home. I stayed 3 nights in this home with my friends and loved it. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO/AirBNB rentals and there are a few things that usually drive me nuts and this place was the exact opposite! The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The backyard is basically perfect - the trees shade the pool (which is heated) and the rest of the yard stays sunny so it's easy to cool off. They thought of everything. The home is extremely well appointed and has plenty of things that most other homes skimp on - simple things - like garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, and towels. The doors open silently too. I know that sounds like a small thing to comment on, but when you're sleeping in a home with 4 other women, it's nice to know when you head to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you won't wake anyone up with a squeaky door hinge. Great location, extremely close to the airport (so close you actually have no planes flying overhead) and lovely view. I highly recommend this home. Thank you!

This home was perfect for our vacation with 3 adults and 2 young children. Our host Scott was very professional, friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. He went out of his way to find us a home that met our requirements at very short notice. The house was modern and clean and well stocked. The outdoor area was beautiful with a nice view of the mountains. The pool was a great size and we appreciated the shaded dining and comfort seating areas to escape the heat. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. We didn't have to call Scott at all during our stay because everything worked perfectly and nothing was missing. We will definitely return to this property and recommend it to our friends and if this property was not available I would search for an alternative through Scott.

We have stayed at many Mid Century boutique hotels and home rentals in Palm Springs over the years and this one is by far our favorite. The owners pay wonderful attention to detail in the design restoration of the home and the every day essentials that make your stay comfortable and even luxurious. We loved the indoor/outdoor living area. The wall of windows makes it easy to keep an eye on the beautiful view and the kids while beating the heat in a very comfortable living room that boasts a Smart TV and sound system. We loved the newly refurbished pool for it's cleanliness. the loungers and the outdoor resting/dining area. Our kids loved the pool for the water feature and the big, private backyard to safely explore. The proximity to town, great hiking and wonderful museums in Palm Springs as well as the Children's Discovery center in a neighboring town were all bonuses. We can't wait to go back in the Spring to see the desert flowers in action. Recommended for: People with Disabilitie

I found myself stressing out over everyday worries, and decided to go to Palm Springs and get away from it all. This was such a beautiful place to relax. Even though its only a two hour drive from San Diego, I felt like I was in another world. I enjoyed reading by the pool and watching the mountains change color throughout the day. At night, my favorite place for happy hour and live music is the Purple Room. I danced for the first time in...well a long time. The house itself was simple gorgeous, and so very comfortable. I love the colors and the midcentury modern decor. One of the best things about the house, is I didnt have to bring anything, expect me. The kitchen is equipped with everything youd need to cook a great meal. I will think of it as my home away from home. Id love to bring my Book Club here for the weekend. Wed have a great time cooking, reading and hanging out by the pool. I know I will go back soon. Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families

We were so fortunate to choose this house to stay during our visit to Palm Springs! We loved the huge pool, the outside living area, the bronze floaties (loved all the color). We enjoyed eating outside with the view of the mountains. Inside was comfortable too. It really was the true indoor/outdoor living experience. We hiked up the mountain and went up the Tram. It was always nice to return to the house for an evening swim and night cap. I would like to thank the owners for making this place so special! Looking forward to visiting again. I recently stayed in this amazingly decorated Palm Springs Rental for 3 nights along with my husband. We enjoyed this home so much that we have recommended to our all friends and family if they need a relaxing getaway, this is THE PLACE. I am an avid vacationer in Palm Springs so I know the history behind a lot of these homes. The reason I liked this Easmor Property so much is that it really felt comfortable and that I was in my home "hanging out". It didn't feel cold and uninviting, the fireplace was such a great feature! The pool area had enough seating for a group to hangout leasurelly and look out at the San Jacinto mountains. Its also great to be a bike ride away from all the local shops and great stores and restaurants! I am definitely recommending this place to anyone who's looking for a great rental home. This is one of the most well thought out Mid Century modern homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It's clear that the owners put a lot of love and care into decorating this beautiful home. The layout of the house is well planned. Open kitchen and living area that has large sliding glass doors facing a gorgeous backyard and pool with the view of the mountains as an extra bonus. The furniture, colors and decorations throughout the home are luxurious and make for comfortable lounging. It's in a fantastic location that puts you in town quickly, not that we left much. We stayed here with 2 other couples and the house easily accommodated us along with additional dinner guests. I would highly recommend this house to anyone seeking out a Mid Century boutique feel with the privacy of your own home. I can't say enough about this place...we'll definitely be going back! We have been coming to Palm Springs for years. We love finding mid-century boutique hotels and vacation homes that are really quiet and private. This is our new favorite. Scott, the manager, made us feel very welcome. It was just perfect for us and our friends. Not only is the architecture significant (those high ceilings!), but the flow of the house is great, especially for cooking and mixing up drinks while still being a part of the conversation. And all the details! Clearly, the owners put a lot of thought into the interior design and all the little things that make a house feel more like home. (Every time I turned around and thought, "Do they have ... yes, they do!") It was clean, bright, and spacious. Not to mention the incredible mountain view. We had an amazing time at this house, and I would totally recommend it. We will be coming back!!! Recommended for: Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
