The master suite features a king bed and stunning, architectural walls of glass and an en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom features a queen bed. There is private outdoor shower just outside this room’s sliding patio doors. The third bedroom is uniquely a separate casita with its own private bath and features a king bed. 

The kitchen is open and well-appointed. Open to the living room, whether you are preparing a meal or mixing cocktails, you won’t miss any of the fun!

The interior of the home is sleek with walls of glass blending the out of doors and indoors spectacularly. The atmosphere begs for the best of Palm Springs: outdoor living. The expansive, private outdoor area features a large South-facing pool (pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information), dining area, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor shower and various citrus trees. The backyard also features a cabana structure perfect for enjoying stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. 

This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Beautiful views and nice pool area We enjoyed our stay--especially the comfortable beds and the spectacular mountain views from the pool. Scott was very responsive. We had a small issue with the pool shower handle coming off and not being able to turn the water off. Scott was there in 10 minutes to deal with the issue. There were three couples in our group and the house was spacious enough. One bedroom has a half bath and a very private outdoor hot water shower--the other is ensuite and then there is a separate casita with its own bathroom. The house is in good shape but could use new windows and sliding doors--they appear to be original to the house. All in all a good rental house.

This mid-century modern home was a perfect vacation home for us. Everything is set up for efficiency and ease. The pool was heated to 86 degrees. The furnishings are very comfortable and retro to fit the house. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to the uptown restaurants and shops, and close to a large grocery store. Everything was in close proximity. We would stay here again!

We stayed (one couple) for a week in this lovely mid-century house in the Racquet Club area of Palm Springs. The place is true to the posted pictures. The outdoors space, in particular, is private, well appointed, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We stayed in late February and early March, and hence paid for the pool to be heated. The pool was waiting for us already heated to the right temperature. The area is very quiet, which allowed us to relax in peace in the pool area all day. During our visit, it was cool at night, and there is a fire pit, although some time the wind is very high. We also enjoyed the living room area indoors, just looking out at the beautiful backyard. The wireless internet worked very well, and the TV is connected to cable, Amazon, and Netflix, which is a nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, glassware, and dishes. We stayed at this beautiful vacation home Memorial Day 2015. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood very close to the airport (without any airplane noise). We decided against renting a car but were close enough to it all and a very quick/cheap cab/uber anywhere we wanted to go. The home itself is pristine and in near perfect condition. Its truly an iconic home from the architecture and design. We applaud the attention to dcor detail that makes this home feel very iconic/classic but still had all of the contemporary and upscale touches (i.e. very strong wifi, great air conditioning, very updated and stocked kitchen and bathrooms). We loved lounging poolside during the days (the mountain views cannot be beat) and relaxing over cocktail hour outside at night. All in all, this is the perfect vacation or getaway locale and were already checking dates to rebook this year. Cant wait to return!

This house was everything we wanted it to be. It was uncomplicated, easy to enjoy, minutes from downtown very comfortable. The back yard was great with plenty of lounging areas and a big pool. The views at sunset were perfect. The home had a great layout: we could all be together when we wanted to be but then there was plenty of room to go off and be alone have privacy. The manager was great to deal with. Scott was quick to respond and answer questions. It was a great home to have a great holiday! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
