It’s perfectly suited for relaxing and/or entertaining in high-style given its indoor and outdoor lounge, dining and entertainment areas. You are not just renting a home. You are renting your own private retreat! Set back from the street, this walled and gated estate is perfect for those looking for seclusion with the ease and proximity to all of the activities that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4,220 sq. ft. and still an expansive outdoor yard with spectacular desert vistas, you’ll rush to kick back and enjoy the beauty of the desert beyond the hedges. Brilliant design and tons of space provides enough room your large group to enjoy each other and share the desert experience but still retire to their own private rooms and enjoy quiet time apart from the group events.

Enter through the double front doors into the large living and dining rooms. The colors are warm and inviting and, with walls of glass and skylights, the room is filled with glorious sunlight. 40’ cathedral ceilings make an otherwise cozy experience grand and elegant.
Living room: The living room is sunken by just 2 steps but still maintains the open floor plan so sought after in the desert. You want have to go far when watching TV since there’s a wet bar in the corner of the living room. There’s plenty of seating with 2 sectionals and side chairs. A game area is by the floor-to-ceiling glass doors for you enjoy afternoon card games and cool desert breezes.
Dining Room: You’ll find plenty of seating for entertaining. The grand glass table easily and comfortably seats 10 and up to 12 guests.
Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is stocked and ready with everything you might need to cook any gourmet meal for 10-14 guests. With huge windows, you’ll be bathed in natural light and enjoy the dramatic views while preparing snacks or meals. The kitchen has a great view of pool too so little ones aren’t every out of eyesight.
Bedrooms: Every bedroom in this remarkable Palm Springs home has been appointed with quality linens & bedding and elegant touches to suit every guest’s experience. The master bedroom steps out to the back patio and is steps to the hot tub for late night relaxing. The master bath features a large walk in shower and deep soaking tub and a huge closet. Every bedroom features televisions and (except for 2 of them) each room offers private bathrooms so everyone can fully relax in their own private sanctuary.
This estate has breathtaking mountain views! The large front courtyard, behind the walls and gates offers a grassy area for kids and even dogs to explore and play. The back yard, fully hedged, is private and offers a feeling of seclusion.
An expansive patio running the full length of the house features a built-in gas grill on one end and then multiple sitting, dining and lounging areas all the way to the other end. A wonderful fountain provides soothing sounds for your afternoon cocktails on the veranda.
There’s a selection of chaises and umbrellas for poolside relaxation then a shaded pergola when in need of an escape from the desert sun. This covered area offers plenty of seating for your guest as well as a wonderful barbecue for lunchtime pool lunches or evening meals to enjoy under the stars.
Las Palmas is the premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. It’s sometimes referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills’ of Palm Springs. This very affluent neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are not allowed.
