Welcome to PS Lola! Stylish and sophisticated, this stunning Mid-Century home rests in a prime location in the exclusive Vista Las Palmas neighborhood nestled back into the canyons behind the Uptown Design District. A true Palm Springs dream vacation rental, this home wows from the curb all the way through to the expansive backyard with jaw-dropping mountain views.

A beautiful double door entry opens the home and you immediately take note of the gorgeous terrazzo floors that run throughout the main living spaces of the home. The second thing you’ll note is impressive slab marble topped wet bar directly in front of you. The wet bar is complete with sink, icemaker and wine cabinet/cooler. To the right running the length of the house are three ensuite Master bedrooms – all with slider entry to the quiet side yard with furnished seating areas.

The master suites are all richly appointed with beautifully redone bathrooms featuring more terrazzo tile and walk-in showers. The front Master has a King bed with a large bureau that runs most of the length of the room with a built-in writing desk and antique typewriter. The second Master has a queen bed framed by large built-in hanging closets. The back Master is spacious with a CalKing bed and huge closet. It also has the largest bathroom with dual vanities, separate WC and walk-in shower.

To the left of the wet bar, the home opens up to the main living areas – casual dining for six, formal living room with fireplace and large chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar, island prep station, 6-burner gas stove and additional cold storage drawers. Walls of glass and numerous sliders ensure that the house stays light and bright. Well-appointed with the perfect combination of mid-century modern and contemporary furnishings, these rooms drink up the views of the large entertaining back yard and pool(pool heat is an optional/additional charge. The cozy fourth bedroom is tucked away off the kitchen and shares the powder room with walk-in shower. Open the sliders off the living room to the covered outside dining area that comfortably seats eight.

The huge backyard is where you will probably be spending most of your time. Step down into the generous Pebble Tec pool or soak your cares away in the eight-person spa that cascades into the pool. There are multiple seating areas including a raised area at the back of the yard with gas fire pit and bocce ball court. Take an afternoon nap or gaze up at the stars from one of the two hammocks. Off the pool area is a large palm tree lined grassy yard. No matter where you sit, float or soak, the incredible mountain backdrop is truly an amazing site.

Las Palmas is the premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. It’s sometimes referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills’ of Palm Springs. This very affluent neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Perfect Oasis Our group arrived to a clean home that was ready to be enjoyed. The character of the home was perfectly suited for the Palm Springs area. It was bright, open and perfectly suited to entertain. The yard and pool area was impeccable, had plenty of lounging areas for 10 of us. The outdoor dining area was great for cool evenings and morning breakfast. The kitchen was a cook's dream with plenty of counter-top surfaces, and two dishwashers. The gas range was a nice treat as well. The management was always available for assistance if need be. The home is in the perfect area of Palm Springs by a hiking trail, and the main drive in downtown Palm Springs. The area is quiet and you almost feel secluded from the world; which is a great reason to stay in order to relax. The home is nearby grocery stores and shopping areas. All in all, a FANTASTIC home and place to stay in Palm Springs. We will be back!

Holiday Perfection at PS Lola ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a totally new and different experience for our family to spend the Christmas break together. VRBO and Scott Fields made it real simple. The photos and description of the house were accurate and Scott went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate us. The home was spotless and has a fantastic open layout with every amenity imaginable. The property was spectacular complete with a hot tub, pool, hammocks, sandbox, large green area, outdoor barbecue pit, comfortable seating and our own orange trees. It was tough to leave but enjoyed the easy walk to town, the nearby hiking, Thursday night festival and great neighbourhood. Cheeky's and Tyler's were favourite restaurants. I would definitely re-visit this home in the future. In fact, we all commented on how comfortable the beds were! Total dream vacation that we will fondly remember.

Amazing spot to recharge. This place is amazing. We'd never been to Palm Springs before and couldn't have been happier with our trip -- mostly because this house was so nice. It's close enough to walk downtown and we had a couple of great evenings out, but we ended up spending almost all of our time lounging, cooking, and eating at the house. We really needed to get out of the city and unwind, and couldn't have found a more relaxing place to do it. Everything was super easy -- Scott was really friendly and responsive and the house had everything we needed. The neighborhood is super chill and this isn't the place to go if you're looking to host a raging party, but if you want to soak some sun by the pool and watch the stars in a hammock, this is the spot.

Palm Springs Paradise. This was a perfect spot for a Palm Springs getaway weekend. It was walking distance to downtown but also removed enough to be quiet and completely relaxing. The house is beautifully furnished, has a fantastic open layout, and was completely spotless. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook delicious dinners right there so we had several relaxing nights in. When we did go out, Scott had great local recommendations for restaurants and other fun activities nearby. If you are looking for a tranquil place that is also near it all I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Desert Oasis. My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary with a combo of a babymoon and we had some family members fly out and meet us. It was a fantastic house for relaxing, spending time with family and just getting away from our hectic lives in NYC. The house has everything we could have thought about needing, well stocked with supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. I loved that we could walk to town (we are used to walking everywhere) and how quiet the neighborhood was. We had read about the sound ordinance but that wasn't a problem since we were just having small gathering w/ family. Scott and team were super helpful with booking and answered all questions really quickly! I am looking forward to booking this place with a baby! :)

Awesome California Getaway. My family and I just had a wonderful long weekend vacation in Palm Springs for some much needed R&R. This vacation home was absolutely perfect and we could not have asked for a better accomodation. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with all of the needed amenities to be our home away from home. Our expectations were beyond exceeded!! The location is convenient and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Scott was super responsive to all of our questions and he worked hard to ensure we were comfortable. I hope that we will be able to stay here again and may even make this an annual retreat :)
