A circular driveway grants easy access to the front door. Once inside, you are welcomed by the bright, light open floor plan and eager to explore the (over) 1,600 square foot. The living rooms offers plenty of seating for your traveling companions and flows directly to the dining area with glass sliders and views of the back yard. There by the dining area is the galley kitchen. Updated with cooks'-quality major appliances, and stocked with plenty of small home appliances, dishes, etc., you'll enjoy preparing meals without missing the action steps away in the living and dining rooms. As well, there's an additional wet bar area/food prep area just beyond the kitchen.
Off the living and dining area, down the hallway to the left, you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 guest rooms featuring queen beds, TV's and cozy writing nooks are situated on left or South side of the house. The hallway bathroom with it's step-in shower is convenient to the family area as well as these 2 guest rooms. The master is found at the end of the hallway on the North side: King bed, TV, en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo) and access to pool and backyard. Both bathrooms, guest and master, feature beautiful vintage pink tile and direct access to the pool as well.
Head back to the living room and cross over to the feature not common to these mid-century homes: a large and comfortable family room. Fantastic wood cabinets bring style; there's a work desk, more seating and a large TV. Cozy on the section for movie night, bring the Twister game for family time on holiday. A great room for indoor fun and well-separated from the bedrooms on the other side of the house should someone catch some earlier rest.
This property is centrally located in the quiet residential Sunrise Park neighborhood just a few minutes from Ruth Hardy Park, Desert Regional Medical Center, the casino, convention center and both the Downtown area and Uptown Design District of Palm Springs. Restaurants, nightlife, entertainment venues, grocery stores, and shopping boutiques are close by. Sunrise Park is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a "party-central" home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Beautiful home!
The pool with expansive lap lane, the hot tub, 2 fire pits and rear patio attracted us to this lovely home and they certainly did not disappoint. The floorplan was nice as it offered living areas on one side and bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is lovely - but please note that there are strict noise restrictions - which we appreciated after staying in other rentals where loud & inconsiderate neighbors ruined our stay. Hopefully, we will return to Palm Springs and would love to revisit this comfortable home! Loved, Loved, Loved!
The house is a delight. The yard, pool, outdoor furniture, etc., were just perfect. The lap pool is a rare find and was especially appreciated by the master's swimmer in our group. The kitchen is very well-equipped--including bar utensils! Rob was so easy and pleasant to work with. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend! Terrific get-away!
Rob was a wonderfully welcoming and helpful property manager, and the pool is just a fantastic find for any swimmer looking for an actual workout. Kitchen super well equipped, too. We'll be back! Original Posted Date: 05.05.22- Charlene , Posted: 9/12/2023
Beautiful Mid-century Home
Our 2 adult daughters and their mates rented this house for a week. It is a lovely mid-century home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to downtown and the airport. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We made good use of the kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a bonus TV room, but we hardly use it. We enjoyed the pool and spa every day. The views from the pool area of the mountains were spectacular! Questions about the property were answered promptly. We will be back! Original Post Date" 12.16.21- Heather , Posted: 9/12/2023

Great stay!
Property as advertised, very clean, well-stocked, excellent location. Property manager was very responsive and resolved a minor maintenance issue for us within hours. Thanks for a great stay at a beautiful property. Original Posted Date: 08.03.21- Doyle , Posted: 9/12/2023
We will be back
A few things set this property apart from others: 1) The Kitchen -- While it's not huge, it's well-stocked with every dish, pot, pan, glass, and utensil you'll need. Plus, there are a bunch of small appliances and gadgets. We were able to cook several meals at the house, and never were without what we needed. Plus, the grill and range are top-notch. 2) The Den/Media Room -- We stayed over July 4th weekend, and the afternoons were brutally hot outside. The den stays really cool and was the perfect place to watch movies and nap until the temperature went down a bit. 3) The Lap Pool -- If you're a swimmer, you'll love the 20-yard lap pool! The property management company was great. We got plenty of info before and at arrival, and we could text them whenever we had questions. Definitely a great experience, and we look forward to returning! Original Posted Date 07.16.21- Peter , Posted: 9/12/2023
Beat the Heat with the Birds
Palm Springs had record-breaking heat during our stay at this mid-century modern gem. The house, with its great pool, was the perfect place to beat the heat and appreciate a great architectural and design style. The landscaping at this house and surroundings houses created a delightful bird haven. In the mornings, we enjoyed a symphony of morning doves, mockingbirds, crows, hummingbirds and sparrows. A great place for a retreat. Original Posted Datte 07.14.21- James , Posted: 9/12/2023
Great rental
This is one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There’s even a bar area with some great equipment for making cocktails. An actual espresso machine that works (whaaaat?!?). The pool is ridiculous, it’s a full 25 yard lap pool. My husband was able to swim every day. It’s a great pool to lounge in as well. And the spa actually works the way it’s supposed to with clear instructions from the management company. Anyway, I can’t say enough nice things about this place except to highly recommend it for your next stay. Original Posted Date: 07.07.21- David , Posted: 9/12/2023
Great House
I've rented 5 different houses over 6 different trips to Palm Springs and this house was great. Some of the positives: beautiful house in great condition, saline pool, nice yard with a grassy area for bocci ball and place for the dog to run, lots of umbrellas for shade, great fully shaded patio, great king bed in the master bedroom (firm with no dips) and high-quality linens (sheets and towels). The smaller bedrooms each have small desks built in which was great as our kids were doing remote school during the week. There is also a desk in the large den which was great for the adults who had to do a bit of work during the week (Wi-Fi worked great). The house also has a well-stocked modern kitchen (lots of appliances...e.g., blender, emersion blender, regular blender, hand mixer, espresso machine, ice maker in the fridge, even an ice cream maker), a great selection of bar tools and glasses. The views from the back yard are lovely, unless you are looking toward the back of the property where the power lines run. There is a very nice sculpture in the back yard that moves with the wind in front of the mountain view...very relaxing. A nice surprise was the hedge on the back fence that is home to many birds, so we got to hear them singing throughout the day. The outdoor gas grill worked great. The house has great natural light and effective blinds to block out the light when you don't want it. The management company was excellent to work with...super responsive and helpful. The positives far outweighed the negatives and none of the following observations made me regret renting the house: there weren't many pool floats so you might want to bring some of those if that's important to you. There were no baking sheets in the kitchen if that's something you use a lot. I've stayed in fancier neighborhoods on previous stays that were a bit more aesthetically pleasing to stroll around in. This house is near a few pretty busy streets so you will be hearing car noise outside. The house is close to the airport so you will be hearing and seeing planes fly overhead throughout the day. The hot tub doesn't have strong enough jets to do any therapeutic work on sore muscles. The bathrooms are small but functional. When we arrived, the pool heater was out but the management company had someone out the next day and he was able to get it working and we were refunded for the pool heat while it was out. Overall, very happy we rented this house. Original Posted Date 11.27.20- Michaela , Posted: 9/12/2023
One of the best houses we rented in Palm Springs
We have been coming to Palm Springs for many years and this one was one of the best vacation homes we rented. The house is just beautiful. The big selling point is the fantastic backyard with a very big pool that allows you do a proper swim. The landscaping is also very good. We both love cooking, and the kitchen was very well equipped, it really had everything you can think of. The design of the house is your classic Palm Springs, and it's really pleasant. There is also a large room in the front with an oversized TV. The decor of that room may seem a bit strange in Palm Springs, but in reality, that room is cozy and it's great to watch a movie there at the end of the day. We were working from here and both guest rooms had a desk, there was also a desk in the large front room, so it really felt like we were home. Finally, the management was outstanding. The communication was prompt and clear, the house was perfectly stocked and equipped, and everything went as smooth as it can get. We can't wait to go back! Absolutely Perfect!
House is awesome and the outdoor area is amazing! The beds are so comfy and loved waking up in them. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed for cooking! The team was super and on top of everything! original post date 4/25/22- Sara , Posted: 9/12/2023
