The goal of our staging program is to create an inviting home that, through professional photography offers, is an attractive product guests will book at the highest market rate. It is not our goal to redesign your home. In fact, it’s important for us to maintain your personal esthetic. Sometimes, we suggest things you may want to consider when approaching a home knowing guests will be using it too. Some amenities are important, not for the owner, but for the guest as we try to meet or exceed their expectations. We have staged and/or refreshed several of our homes. Perhaps you only need a refresh. Perhaps you are purchasing a new home and are starting with an empty canvas.
