Two of my girlfriends and I stayed for four nights in April. Everything was amazing! The house was beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoying cooking in the kitchen and on the outside grill. We hung out around the pool our whole stay. It was lovely. We took two great hikes and ventured downtown for dinner a few times too. The property manager was helpful the entire time during our stay. So friendly too! We will be back!

A must stay for mid century enthusiasts
Everything about this property was amazing! The house was tastefully furnished and the layout thoughtfully planned. The yard, pool and hot tub invite relaxation. The staff at Relax Palm Spring insured our check in and check out was fast and easy. They could not have been more helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Where do I start? First, the home is great if you're looking for a true to form mid-century modern. The location on the cul-de-sac gives it a sprawling backyard that extremely private and well maintained. The pictures aren't lying, it's amazing. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, den, pool... all comfortable and inviting. We ran into a few hiccups - which is expected from these homes. The team at Relax Palm Springs was AMAZING. They actually made our stay even better through their customer service. Every issue was addressed timely and professionally (with a dash of humor, as well). The bottom line is we will stay here again. I highly suggest anyone reading this review just book immediately. Stop second-guessing! You won't regret it. :)

This was a really fun getaway. The house is great and the pool and spa are amazing. We didn't use the fire pit or outdoor BBQ because it was a heat wave during our visit. Brad, the host, was awesome and the house was very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

This house is great. Love the modern look and a bathroom outside close to the pool is just awesome. Great place for families to stay!!! The host(s) were fantastic. Very responsive and even came to the house to make sure issue with pool was resolved (within less than an hour). Will be looking to stay in one of their rentals again.

This home had everything we needed for our girls getaway, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very nice kitchen- we only made coffe- but well equipped for those who want to coiok. Plush towels and Molton Brown bath products added a touch of luxury, very quiet and that pool!!!! Wonderful way to get away from it all~

My family (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs) recently stayed at this property for 4 nights. We found the home to be very clean and well equipped. We felt very at-home. We enjoyed the Sonos sound system, Apple tv and used the outdoor grill quite a bit. The bed linens were pristine and bath towels were thick and fluffy. Beds were very comfortable.
The neighborhood was quiet with the exception of the occasional barking dogs but they did not last long at all. The home is located in the Racquet Club Estates in the north end of PS. There are markets and other conveniences within a mile radius and it's a 10 minute drive downtown. Our little kids enjoyed the location and scooted around the block to Victoria Park to play in the playground.
Scott the property manager was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. The hot tub stopped heating briefly on our last night and he resolved it within a few minutes via an iphone app. Thanks for making our annual PS trip super easy, Scott!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout is terrific. The bathrooms are modern, well-designed, and well-appointed. There is also a third bathroom out near the pool for those who want added privacy. There is a grocery store not far away, and the home's location offers easy access to Palm Canyon Drive. The rental agency is extremely responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this rental to couples, families, or small groups interested in a long weekend or week's stay in Palm Springs.

Found this gem of a rental a couple years ago and we keep coming back. The rooms are spacious for our annual vacation with friends and family. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean and tidy. We love hanging by the pool and enjoying the luxury of having the outdoor BBQ and frig for cocktails. They have an awesome daybed and lounge chairs to relax in while we are in and out of the pool. I can honestly say we will continue to rent this house year after year.

Arrived Friday night and hot tub and pool were heated and ready go. House is supper clean and nice, everything is new. It has the best outdoor kitchen and large dining area for enjoying the views and being outside. Location is great. It's in the Racquet Club Estates surrounded by all the best mid-century architecture. Convenient for going into town for drinks and restaurants. Also great for running to local parks to swim laps or play tennis. I can't wait to go back to this house again.

All I have to say is WOW! What an amazing house. This house exceeded my expectations in every way. I have been coming to Palm Springs for over 15 years, for quiet getaways, couples weekends and golf weekends with the fellas and this is by far the best house I have stayed in during that time. The owners did a great job renovating and outfitting this place to be a vacation rental. Every detail was covered from an easy check in, to and even easier check out. When we arrived everything was clean, beautiful, ready to go and exactly as promised. The location of this house is fantastic with clear views of the mountains and super close to shopping and dining. The pool was perfect for lounging around, and the outdoor shower was a great touch. I am usually very picky about the rentals we stay in but I can honestly say I wouldnt change a thing about this place. Needless to say I highly recommend this house and will definitely be renting here again.

The perfect spot for a great Palm Springs getaway! Quiet location but super easy to get anywhere in town. The house is very clean and plenty spacious, but most of our time was spent outdoors. The pool and spa area is great for lounging and enjoying the sun, and the large outdoor bbq is well equipped to grill to your heart's content. The property manager was easily reachable and very accommodating during out stay. 5 stars without a doubt, we will be back!

This is as beautiful as the pictures! Everything is in perfect condition, super comfortable, and centrally located! Loved the relaxing back yard with the pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower and bbq! It is a great space to spend a weekend with friends- we enjoyed the house so much we hardly went anywhere else. Beds are super comfortable, linens are great, bathrooms are beautiful. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a great outdoor eating space adjacent to the kitchen. Wish I could stay here year round and can't wait to go back!

Our family of four spent a wonderful week in Palm Springs. The home was beautifully appointed, bright, open & well equipped (a keurig & espresso machine! Sonos in master, poolside & living room!). The kitchen amenities were ample & in perfect condition. Cleaning supplies were there if you wanted to touch up during your stay. As wonderful as the home was, the real delight here was the incredible outdoor living. The pool & spa are perfect...being able to sit IN THE POOL, UNDER AN UMBRELLA, is genius. The outdoor bed was a fantastic touch. Having a poolside bathroom & an outdoor shower were great. Our stay was a bit windy, so we didn't get a chance to use the fire pit - but we would have! There was a wonderful park just around the block, and our Jack Russell enjoyed romping with new found friends. Oh - and Cheeta from the Tarzan movies lives in the neighborhood...look for "The House of Cheeta" (about a block past the grade school) and you may see him out! A truly enjoyable vacation!

The house was immaculate, nicely furnished, and well stocked. The sonos system was great and we had music inside and by the pool. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, we especially loved the chairs and umbrella set up in the shallow end of the pool. We roasted marshmallows at night over the gas fire pit. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus too, we barbecued every night. Scott, the property manager was professional, easily reachable for questions, and super helpful. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat! This is by far the best VRBO experience we've had.

We loved everything about this home. Great location, well maintained, and great price. The property manager was available to answer any questions 24/7 too. Perfect sized house with tons of outdoor spaceI think we spent 90% of our time in the pool, hot tub, or lounging around outside. The Sonos system was a nice bonus too.
