From the polished (matte finish) concrete floors, the stylish patterned walls, the Wenge/Stainless/Caeserstone kitchen, or the large open living area with super-slim 47-inch HD TV with surround-sound stereo, you feel like you've walked into a fun and stylish boutique hotel. Your own personal aestheic version of the Viceroy or Parker hotels, at half the price and five times the space!
The open concept living area allows you to accommodate a crowd and not feel cramped. White leather sectional, designer lighting, charcoal shag rug and other touches give you a great look but not so precious that you can't put your feet up on the couch and relax! The open living area flows into the glass/chrome dining room which flows into the fully equipped open plan kitchen. The flow is designed for casual entertaining and relaxing without feeling cramped. This house is great beautifully remodeled (everything seems brand new) really comfortable PRIVATE, QUIET and it has great electronic toys, including fast WIFI. The backyard, pool and Jacuzzi are super (the Jacuzzi has a ton of jets that can be adjusted from mild to turbo who needs a masseur!) Two more cool things: Dog friends (completely sealed back yard) and NO STEPS (great for Mom.) I will be staying here again soon!

My partner and I planning on retirement in Palm Springs soon. We purchased a home at Four Season which is rented out. Instead of going to Hawaii or Mexico we decided on Palm Springs. With great luck we found this vacation rental home on the Internet. Brand new remodeled, charming decor, elegant fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom with great big walk in shower, a heated pool, a pvt patio for those how enjoy being nude, hot tub and charming landscaped front and back. Also, all flat TV's are with CD and Video player, free computer/internet connections, many channels to choose from. The place was spotless clean with great beddings, linen, washer/dryer and close to town and shopping, the perfect location for us. On top of it, we had 76 - 95 weather, perfect for first week of march. The home is also air-conditioned. This place is just fun! A tongue in cheek Hollywood Regency theme with wild wallpaper, white leather sectional, fuzzy pillows and great linens for sure. I especially loved the Lindsay Lohan suite! Makes for a wonderful get-away and will put a smile on your face for sure. We're coming back.

We had 3 couples for a birthday weekend and we had a great time! Huge master bedroom overlooking the pool, great views. Very fun design and well laid out. Easy to cook and hang out with everyone. Our vacation was a long weekend getaway with another couple and we absolutely picked the perfect home to stay at. It is conveniently located near the main street and close by all the restaurants and shopping but far enough away in a residential neighborhood where you feel at home. The house was beautifully appointed with furnishings and accessories. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are nice. We really did not feel that anything was lacking during our stay. I am a hobby chef and packed a few extra kitchen essentials that we ended up not needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes including lots of serving platters, bake ware, wine glasses, etc. The house was very clean when we checked in and had ample towels including ones for the pool. The outdoor space was where we spent most of our time in the pool, lounging in the sun, hanging out on the patio, grilling up dinner, and dining al fresco. What a great stay; the perfect long weekend! Beautiful house-very well decorated. It was in great condition-the owner obviously takes good care of it. Quiet backyard and totally closed so our dog was safe. Plenty of dishes, great beds - they even supplied us with pool towels. All we wanted was a few more days. Definitley coming back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this home for a little under a week.....what really appealed to us was having a full use Kitchen which we used on a daily basis including an indoor/outdoor dinner party for six....using the grill and interior appliances. The furnishings are fun and the beds are SUPER comfy.....very clean, super dog friendly and beautiful views of the San Jacinto mountains. Highly recommend....love this place! Bonus for yoga fans....there is a great little studio right down the street (Power Yoga)!

I recently had to travel to Palm Springs on business for a few days and wanted a quite place to myself instead of a hotel. I could not have been happier with the choice I made. It was great being in a quite place where I could work on my computer or lay by the pool or both. Plenty of restaurants close by and plenty to do if you are vacationing. I definitely recommend.

I had a feeling our stay in Palm Springs was going to be great as we started planning and I had contact with Scott, the property manager. He was friendly, accommodating, and professional. He even met us at the house when he learned we needed a little later check in. The house was great. Tastefully renovated with attention to all details. Great beds, bedding, linens and the kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed to prepare some great meals. The decor and furnishings were in great keeping with Palm Springs reputable mid century design. Everything was clean, newly refurbished and all furniture was in excellent condition and looked great in this fabulous house. We met the owners of the property and they were equally charming and we understood where all the great preparation, design and comfort originated. This was our first family vacation with our 7 month old daughter and it was so fun and easy. The property manager was helpful and very responsive. The house was beautiful and well kept and the back yard was perfect, a little oasis. We went into town a few times and it was a quick ride. We will definitely stay here when we head down to Palm Springs next.

The home is well maintained and Scott, the property manager, was always available when we had questions. The home is very clean. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and we used them daily. The kitchen was well-stocked, with most everything you would need. A juicer would be a great addition - there is an orange tree in back. It's a 5 minute drive to downtown and to grocery shopping. It's a very quiet neighborhood - planes fly over during the day, but we never heard them at night. Master bedroom is HUGE with a very comfortable bed and lovely views out the french doors. I definitely recommend this home - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was more than comfortable for the 5 of us.

We were very happy with our stay at the Glam House in Palm Springs. When we first arrived Scott, the property manager met us at the home to show us all the amenities, etc. The house is exactly like the pictures that are posted on the website which was a very big perk as we had found that some of our other stays weren't. The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway to the desert, especially nice for us since it allowed us to bring our dog and we will definitely be back should we find ourselves back in Palm Springs.

Rented the house for my friends and I to stay for my 41st birthday. Amazing experience. The house is gorgeous and looks even better in person and it already photographs real well. Scott, the property manager, was nice friendly and all about making sure that our stay was comfortable. The house had everything you could possibly need for a vacation home. Our family really enjoyed our relaxing stay in this wonderful house. Scott, the property manager was utmost professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils you would need. We especially enjoyed the lovely, secluded backyard with the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house was such that my husband and I could watch TV in the living room and not disturb our two young children sleeping in the bedrooms. The house's convenient location is a short drive from the airport and there is also a supermarket just a few minutes drive away. After a day of sightseeing, we looked forward to going back to this home. We would return to this house in a heartbeat!

After a long, brutal winter we were thrilled to arrive at this amazing property. The home was immaculate and better in person than in pictures. We've been coming to Palm Springs every spring for almost a decade and have never had the kind of service we got from Scott the property manager. He gave us a tour of the place and made we sure knew he was there to help us with anything during our stay. The house was extremely well stocked from pool towels to kitchen utensils, all we needed to bring was food and drinks! The beds were really comfortable and the outdoor space was fabulous, especially the hot tub. Couldn't recommend a better place to go for relaxation and a good time with friends, we will definitely be back!

I stayed here for Coachella 2014, and the house was amazing! It was really exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, the pool and hot tub were beautiful and well maintained, and it had a great modern vibe. The back patio area is great for barbecuing (Weber grill included!). Scott, the property manager, was also extremely helpful-he was on time when I picked up the keys and checked out, and he was available 24/7. I will be staying here again for sure!

The house was very nice and very comfortable. The master was very spacious and the bathroom was great. Its a perfect spot for pet owners. The yard is completely secure and safe for your furry babies. Scott the property manager was very friendly and very helpfully. He was always available for any questions or problems. The only draw back is the jacuzzi. It is one of those stand alone above ground numbers (not very appealing).

We had 4 wonderful days in this house, Scott was an excellent host. We were very pleased and missed nothing as everything was generous in every aspect. Thank you very much.

The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the patio and back yard very much. The mountain view is beautiful day and night. Scott was a perfect host helpful when needed yet giving us our privacy.
Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
