An open floor plan allows for easy entertaining and enjoyment inside and out with a stylish but casual living room with fireplace, formal dining that sits 8-10 and a modern cook’s kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances and every countertop gadget you would need to fix and serve any meal you have in mind. The home is well stocked with serving pieces as well as drinking and dining ware appropriate for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment. The entertainment continues outside with a built-in natural gas BBQ, ample granite sideboards, and casual seating/dining area that overlooks the beautiful pool (pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information) and brand new cascading spa. Multiple retreats in the backyard allow for you to enjoy gathering around the gas fire pit with built-in seating, fruit trees and just enough grass for play. An outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off before heading inside. At night, the yard is dramatically lit and becomes its own park-like setting.

The bathrooms are brand new and absolutely stunning with step-in showers, gorgeous tile work and all the modern fixtures. Truly there is a room for every taste – or breed. The Hollywood Master sits at the front of the home with ensuite bath, King size bed, 40” TV, and ceiling fan decorated in true Hollywood Regency style. The corner guest bedroom is a Mid-Century poolside treat that offers a King bed, 40” TV ceiling fan and single slider that opens to just steps away from the pool area and outside shower. The two Queen guest bedrooms share the gorgeously-tiled, spa-like bathroom just down the hall.
The Pup Springs guest bedroom is a gallery of custom artwork and decorative touches that truly blend this home’s affection for our four-legged friends and all things Palm Springs. It has a queen bed as well, 40” TV and ceiling fan and a slider that opens to a back patio near the grassy area and orchard. The True Master of the house is the delightful rear suite offering a Mid-Century modern furnishings including a writing desk, gorgeous new chaise lounge, 50” TV and an incredible bath with oversized step-in shower and dual vanities. This Master also opens with double sliders to its own patio with sectional seating and additional chaise lounge and sideline views of the newly added four-hole putting green.
The owners of this home are passionate dog lovers and will donate proceeds from their Palm Springs home to the local "Friends of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter".
This beautiful vacation rental is just a short drive or easy bike ridge to downtown Palm Springs (1.5 miles) with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries and even closer to the boutique shops and restaurants of the Uptown Design District. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. This is the best stocked Airbnb we have ever enjoyed. Nice towels, great pans and appliances, good plates and glasses, plenty of soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. The pool and hot tub provided a wonderful way to enjoy the evenings. The only issue we had was with the dryer which wasnt working properly. Communication was great and the maintenance staff was very responsive. Location is very close to the airport so there was noise of planes taking off and landing during the day. It wasnt intolerable but with the strict noise rules in Palm Springs we found it funny. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy Palm Springs!

Our family of four including two children, ages 5 and 10, had a very nice week at PS Wags in June. The house decor is really well done with the dog theme. The salt water pool and hot tub were great! We spent almost every day just hanging out in the pool. We only used the three bedrooms that lined the hallway on one side of the house. The fourth bedroom gets hotter because of the wall that it is on (from the PS heat) so that could be a problem for someone that needs a cooler room to sleep. It has HVAC like the rest of the house, contrary to another review, but just doesnt stay as cool. The property management company consists of several people and working with them was really seamless. They are very good at communicating and I would recommend their company.

Truly an outstanding house for a larger group visiting Palm Springs. 4 spacious bedrooms, each with very comfortable beds, 2 with en suite bathrooms. All 3 bathrooms are spacious with great showers.and thick towels. The outdoor space is lovely and with lots of places to congregate. The kitchen is very well stocked - though with limited spices - with almost every small appliance you could want. And the dog art throughout the house is very fun.

The house was exactly as described. We had 8 people with us and other family staying nearby and the house was perfect for several meals for all of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, serving bowls and platters. There is also a well-stocked game closet that we didnt know about! The two sofas and two chairs in the family room created a very comfortable seating arrangement and the gas fireplace was awesome on chilly mornings. The tile floors are beautiful, but cold on chilly mornings so bring thick socks or slippers! If we have the occasion to come back to Palm Springs, we will definitely rent again! Thanks PS WAG!

Overall, this is a wonderful home with an exceptionally stocked kitchen and outdoor space. The master bedroom is spacious and each room is decorated in a unique and fun Palm Springs way. Each bathrooms' shower is spacious and there's an exit to the outdoor space from most rooms. The house flows well and is good for groupseven stocked with great games and activities. A few cons to note are that the location isn't great if you'd like to be able to walk to downtown. If you don't mind driving or getting Ubers, will work fine though! Also, the front bedroom stays very warm in the summer, but the hosts have tried to to provide a floor AC unitit just doesn't cool very well. Overall, I think the space is great and would stay again!

This place was just wonderful. Really close to downtown, very clean, great communication with the host and the check in process was great. The house, and particularly the kitchen, has everything you could wantall the cooking supplies, tea kettle, games, cocktail making supplies, robes and towels, comfy beds, multiple relaxation areas, and more! Do not hesitate to book! The house is well maintained, in a great location with an incredible resort style backyard. The house is literally stocked with every kitchen utensil/equipment you could need, all of the board games, and toiletries to make your stay seamless and stress free. We spent 4 nights and wish it could have been longer. The outdoor area is definitely one of the best for the value in this area with plenty of room. Communication with the host was very easy and they also took pandemic protocols very seriously so we felt safe during our stay.

House was exactly as described, perfectly clean and equipment in the kitchen was surprisingly high quality for a holiday rental. We didnt have any issues so didnt need to communicate much with the people managing the property. Weather was extremely hot but yard had plenty of shade and the pool is a great size. Property seems slightly better suited for adults but we were with 3 young kids (1-3 years old) and was perfectly safe for them and they all loved it, we just had to bring out own booster seats, pack n play etc
