An open floor plan allows for easy entertaining and enjoyment inside and out with a stylish but casual living room with fireplace, formal dining that sits 8-10 and a modern cook’s kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances and every countertop gadget you would need to fix and serve any meal you have in mind. The home is well stocked with serving pieces as well as drinking and dining ware appropriate for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment. The entertainment continues outside with a built-in natural gas BBQ, ample granite sideboards, and casual seating/dining area that overlooks the beautiful pool (pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information) and brand new cascading spa. Multiple retreats in the backyard allow for you to enjoy gathering around the gas fire pit with built-in seating, fruit trees and just enough grass for play. An outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off before heading inside. At night, the yard is dramatically lit and becomes its own park-like setting.
PS Wag offers two Master suites and two guest bedrooms that share a hall bath. The bathrooms are brand new and absolutely stunning with step-in showers, gorgeous tile work and all the modern fixtures. Truly there is a room for every taste – or breed. The Hollywood Master sits at the front of the home with ensuite bath, King size bed, 40” TV, and ceiling fan decorated in true Hollywood Regency style. The corner guest bedroom is a Mid-Century poolside treat that offers a King bed, 40” TV ceiling fan and single slider that opens to just steps away from the pool area and outside shower. The two Queen guest bedrooms share the gorgeously-tiled, spa-like bathroom just down the hall.
The Pup Springs guest bedroom is a gallery of custom artwork and decorative touches that truly blend this home’s affection for our four-legged friends and all things Palm Springs. It has a queen bed as well, 40” TV and ceiling fan and a slider that opens to a back patio near the grassy area and orchard. The True Master of the house is the delightful rear suite offering a Mid-Century modern furnishings including a writing desk, gorgeous new chaise lounge, 50” TV and an incredible bath with oversized step-in shower and dual vanities. This Master also opens with double sliders to its own patio with sectional seating and additional chaise lounge and sideline views of the newly added four-hole putting green.
The owners of this home are passionate dog lovers and will donate proceeds from their Palm Springs home to the local "Friends of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter".
This beautiful vacation rental is just a short drive or easy bike ridge to downtown Palm Springs (1.5 miles) with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries and even closer to the boutique shops and restaurants of the Uptown Design District. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away - from area casinos to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, museums and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Love, love, love. We had an amazing time in this spacious, well decorated, and super comfortable home. Beds were awesome. Bathrooms were big, clean, and modern with comfy robes and towels. Living space was perfect for entertaining. Kitchen was great for cooking - great layout and stocked with everything you need. Big table for eating inside, or big table outside next to the BBQ. Just minutes to town (easy/cheap uber to awesome shopping and restaurants) and the airport although I spent the majority of my time taking in the quiet in the many outdoor seating areas, floating around the pool and soaking in the hot tub :) Outside was especially enjoyable at night with the fire pit and outdoor lighting.

Perfection,
If you're looking for the perfect desert oasis escape, this is it. This home is perfection. Every detail is attended to, from the fun-and-functional retro furnishings, to the fully-appointed kitchen and fabulous spa-like bathrooms, to the comfortable beds and state-of-the-art televisions. And that's just inside. The yard with pool and hot tub, grill and outdoor dining and lounge space is marvelous. The place is meticulously maintained and immaculate. If you're used to five-star hotels, this place will live up to those expectations - hands down. The location is terrific - very close to downtown Palm Springs and almost walkable to the airport, but ironically, the noise level is minimal, and we spent most of our time in the yard. Scott and his management team are highly responsive and readily available. We can't wait to book our return trip!

Most Excellent of Homes in Palm Springs. I have been a "regular" visitor to palm springs for years. I have stayed in numerous places and say without a doubt, this was the best home. It is so well appointed, they have literally thought of everything. The pool is perfectly sized and the hot tub is great. The outdoor furniture is very nice and thoughtful. Inside is a more prepared kitchen than my home kitchen and the artwork is playful and fun. We had 6 folks and it lives large and is very nice. Highly recommend it.

Loved everything about the house! Simply a beautiful mid-century modern home. The attention to detail in the finish work and furnishings is spot on and beautiful. The artwork is unique and fun - love the dog theme! We had 8 people staying in the house, and it didn't feel crammed at all. The bathrooms were big and the walk in showers were spa like - there were even robes! Was amazed by the kitchen space - we had 5 people cooking at the same time - each with their own work space! My favorite part was the outdoor area, completely private and beautiful. Lots of different sitting areas and a great outdoor BBQ space. Sitting in the hot tub at night with the landscape lighting on then drying off in front of the fire pit was the perfect end of each night! The location is convenient - right between the airport and downtown - a few minute drive to each. We didn't rent a car, just used Uber, maybe $5 or $6 into town. The airport noise was almost non-existent.

Chic mid-century house! The house we stayed in exceeded our expectations! Decor was very chic, rooms very well furnished and comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and most importantly, pool and hot tub were VERY inviting. The house overall has great energy, and it is definitely spacious enough to house 8 people (there are 4 rooms in this house). It helps that it's very close to the airport too, which makes it very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again, without a doubt!

Best house rental in Palm Springs!After coming to Palm Springs to escape the rainy days in Seattle for the past 10 years, I find this to be the best rental house I have ever stayed at. Everything is new, the beds are incredibly comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything, close to downtown and airport, quiet/peaceful, clean, modern updated/remodeled baths, no airport noise, beautiful grounds.... and the list goes on and on. Amazingly well done! I'm already booking my next trip. The Relax management team is professional and responsive. I can't say enough good things about this house. Looking forward to our families next stay.

An oasis in the desert. As someone who works too much - I needed this vacation. Originally, I had concerns that being this close to the airport would mean that our relaxing getaway with friends would be a bit noisier than we wanted. So I was greatly relieved that while the home is close to the airport, you don't hear any air traffic! Plus, the home and the yard and the whole property are very private. You don't hear or feel like there's anyone else around while sitting the pool with a book and a cocktail! And, finally, the beds!! Seriously, where did you buy them and how can I sleep on a bed like that every night for the rest of my life? Thank you so much for opening up and creating such a beautiful home and experience for your guests, especially us Canadians :)

Paradise in paradise. This house was incredible. We were so impressed with the level of attention to detail. Everything was thought of. Every need a guest might have was considered and addressed. The location was so convenient as well midway between the airport and downtown. And just in case you are worried about hearing airplanes, don't worry. The place was amazingly peaceful. And the pool was incredible. There are lots of chairs, towels and even umbrellas that can be moved to wherever you want them. And there is a hot tub ...yes, even in the desert. We used the hot tub every evening after the sun went down. It was so relaxing. We are already booking this home for our next visit to Palm Springs. It is perfect for a family or group of friends. Can't wait to return.

Dream vacation! PSWag has been our favorite house we've stayed in Palm Springs so far! Every detail about this house has been thoughtfully executed. The rooms each have a distinctive theme featuring a different color and design. Coming from a design background, I truly appreciate the intentional mid-century theme of this home. 8 of us came for my mothers birthday and we had plenty of space. The house lives largely and gives you plenty of privacy. The large common areas were awesome for dining and playing late night cards. with the Relax team was responsive and made our trip better than imagined. In my experience, it's not often you come across a management team that genuinely cares about your experience and goes above and beyond for you. We were so impressed and will absolutely come back. Best trip ever!!!
