The home has one Master Suite and two guest bedrooms. The Master has a King bed, large closet, rear patio access and ensuite bathroom. The two guest rooms offer Queen beds and custom furnishings. The guest rooms share the hall bathroom which is also easily accessible from the rear patio. The custom baths have glass mosaic accents, Toto toilets, walk-in showers and floating vanities.
Gorgeously appointed living spaces include a well-stocked kitchen with custom horizontal grain cabinets, large work island, waterfall quartz counters, Bosch stainless appliances with counter seating beside additional casual dining for eight. An incredible living room with multi-track sliding glass doors truly opens the inside to the outside; dual-glazed aluminum windows and 24-inch matte white tiles in addition to the corner gas fireplace and window seating. Cozy up on the ample seating for a night time movie around the large flat screen TV with cable.
Wall-length sliding glass doors convert the house into a dynamic indoor/outdoor space, opening onto a full length, poolside dining table that comfortably seats eight. The manicured backyard offers a variety of spaces from the sun-drenched pool and loungers to the soft and shaded outdoor sofa beneath a modern, house-length covered porch. The surrounding lawn leads to a citrus grove featuring a full bocce ball court between the trees and a BBQ grill. A sparkling pool (pool heat is an optional/additional charge. See house rules for additional information) and above ground hot tub finish off the outdoor amenities – all enjoying those beautiful mountain views. Enjoy this special oasis in central Palm Springs with its enhanced landscaping of mature ficus providing privacy around the pool and backyard.
Sunrise Park is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

This house has a great location and quiet neighborhood. A few things to know before you go: all doors are glass and rooms are very close together. This doesn't leave a whole lot for privacy. I would have loved a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, there's one small one in each bathroom. The pool was good, but note that this is a chlorine pool, not salt water. Our kids didn't mind in the least. They loved it! The kitchen was nice and open. There were a TON of appliances, ranging from toaster oven to espresso machine which was helpful for preparing foods, along with a ton of plates, barware, etc. We really loved the big sliding door to open up and monitor kids in the pool. Property managers were great to work with an highly attentive at check in and check out.

Great place to covid isolate, nice private yard in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog loved playing fetch in front grassy yard. Kitchen was perfectly supplied for my our cooking needs. Beds were comfy, living area chairs ok. Outdoor was where we mostly hung out, although Palm Springs quiet after 9 was a little challenging. Host and property managers were awesome. Only complaint is the water heater not staying lit.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was open, and bright. We enjoyed the large sliding doors to create the indoor/outdoor space with the pool... which was heated perfectly. The hot tub was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Since we were there for Thanksgiving, we had concerns about whether the kitchenware would be up to snuff, but honestly, this was one of the best appointed kitchens we've ever experienced. (And just about every appliance you would need, including a food processor.) The house was well cleaned before we arrived, and we noticed the extra precautions taken for COVID-19, right down to the wrapping the remote controls with plastic bags. I highly recommend this property and would stay again in a heartbeat. Patrick

This place is great. They had Lego's our three-year-old was pleasantly surprised (Mama thanks you!! lol). The only thing I was disappointed with was the bed in the master room...it was very stiff, as someone with back issues. I found it very hard to sleep and it aggravated my pain, otherwise, this is a great stay for a family trying to get away! The kitchen was a dream and the pool is perfect. We will book again. :) Thank you!

The yard is private and between the landscaping and cute patio furniture, it surely feels like youre the only family for miles. There are neighbors who share the yard fences but they each have pool as well and we had no issue of noise complaints. Although, I learned after booking that the noise ordinance is very strict so be sure to Bring waterproof headsets if you want to listen to music by the pool. We did and it made a difference. The house was spotless and perfect for our family of 6. Beds were comfy and we loved having access to both bathrooms from the yard. This place is a gem with amazing AC. Will definitely stay again.

Our family started a Covid Getaway in Arizona and then drove to Palm Springs and this place was OUTSTANDING. Absolutely awesome. Brad was so helpful whenever we needed anything. The house was perfect, the pool excellent, and the amount of time taken to sanitize prior to our arrival was amazing. Our family of four fit perfectly and we enjoyed every minute of this getaway. We will be back.

The house is really cute and very Palm Springs-esque! The house offers plenty of privacy and is such a great location. All the rooms were great, bathrooms nice and clean. Backyard offers sunshine but also plenty of shade which is necessary in the summer. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Love this house!!! Woke up and had my coffee while sitting in the outdoor swing. Spent the day relaxing in the pool and the evenings cooking and watching movies with the family. On the first day there were a few maintenance issues and someone came to fix everything ASAP! Amazing customer service and hospitality that made this entire experience easy and gave me peace of mind. I will be booking with them again in the future

This was exactly what we were looking for! The home was well equipped with an amazing backyard. The property managers were thorough and helpful. Wed definitely stay here again or check out other properties by this manager. Felt like a Palm Springs getaway, which is what you want! A short drive to downtown (maybe 3-5 minutes) and even closer to airport (we didnt hear any planes, really quiet neighborhood). Definitely recommend.
