Newly appointed, all four bedrooms are en-suite with their own beautiful spa-like bathrooms, flat screen TVs, and king-sized beds. The Master bathroom won the 2014 Hansgrohe+Axor DAS Design Award! Three of the four bedrooms offer sliding door access to the side or rear yards where you can take full advantage of the elevated, in-ground spa whose tiled spillway leads to the sparkling pool. Pool heat is optional and available for an additional fee.

Don’t forget the outdoor built-in gas grill!
 
The interior common areas include the light and bright living room with all of those glass walls and sliders out to the patio bringing in the light during the day. Easily access the rear yards through the sliding glass doors or enjoy the interior all on its own! The outside is meticulously landscaped with extensive lighting for night and many seating areas.
 
The home also provides cable TV, high speed Wifi internet, and a 2-car garage. Off street parking for all 4 of your (allowed) vehicles.


Vista Las Palmas is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. It’s sometimes referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills’ of Palm Springs. This very affluent neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are not allowed.
