As part of the County Health Supervisor's restrictions on short-term lodging, extra "daytime" guests are not allowed. The only guests allowed on the property are the guests registered as overnight guests.
Following guidance from health organizations, some guest amenities will be modified per safety recommendations. I.E.: extra spices in the kitchen will limited, extra or decorative pillows and blankets will be removed, Modest changes but in favor of caution and guest safety. We have also invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home.

Located in the historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, you are just steps from Donald Wexler's iconic Steel Houses 1-4. Our home, PS Flamingo, offers 3 bedrooms including a generous master suite, two bathrooms and an open floor plan for casual indoor living, including a well-stocked kitchen, indoor dining for up to 6, a spacious living room with a large 65” flat screen smart TV (complimentary Netflix) with DVD player, high speed wi-fi throughout the property, and satellite television service in the living room and all 3 bedrooms.
As you enter the PS Flamingo, the open living room allows you a full view of the interior common spaces with two set of sliding doors off the dining room area to the backyard. The beautiful new kitchen offers brand new appliances (refrigerator, microwave, professional stove and range), an extensive supply of prep and serving ware, kitchen appliances, dining ware; you'll even find plastic ware for poolside beverages and colorfully coordinated plastic/acrylic dining service for the kids. The granite topped service island is a great place to make hand-crafted cocktails, fill up those serving platters for entertaining or lay out the buffet for your family style meals.
Tucked behind the kitchen is a laundry room with full-sized, side-by-side washer and dryer units to refresh your pool towels or for your own personal use. The bedroom and bathrooms are down the hallway to the West side of the home. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The master suite has a king-sized bed, chaise lounge and slider access to the back yard and an intimate sitting area. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds but can be converted to a king bed prior to your stay (only) with notice.
The outside living space really gives this home its wings! Off the kitchen and dining area are glass sliders leading out to the natural gas BBQ area, al fresco dining for up to 8 under the pergola, and an additional conversation area. A cool misting system lines the pergola offering a refreshing escape from the heat on summer days. Off the pergola is a large natural gas fire pit set for six guests. Three sun lounging areas surround the new custom-built pool and spa. Each lounging area is complete with 2 outdoor chaise lounges, in-ground umbrella sleeves so you can adjust your shade, and they share additional misting system features. The pool offers 3 water features delivering streams of water from the deck back to the center of the pool. Recently added in October 2018, you'll enjoy a poolside shower. All of these delightful entertaining spaces drink in the amazing South and West facing views of Mt. San Jacinto where you can enjoy every gorgeous sunset of your stay. An outdoor shower was added to the yard in the Summer of 2018.
Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
