Had a great time here! Everything was as pictured. Beautiful and clean accommodations. The clean was stocked and made cooking very easy. The location was quiet and easy access to all activities that my group did in PS. Easy communication with property manager. Would highly recommend for a group stay in PS. The bedrooms were all spacious and spread out which was nice for privacy.

This house is exactly as pictured and the management team is on it! It's got all the mid century charm you could ask for, as well as lovely art throughout the house, a phenomenal kitchen (so well stocked!). We soaked in the hot tub almost every night, had an amazing evening getting caught up over the firepit, grilled a first night dinner on the grill. Netflix was nice to have for some nights at home and movies. And a very close drive to the main drag and great restaurants (I think our favorite was Tac/Quila). There were five of us and all were delighted and would recommend this home to everyone.

This was my favorite Airbnb experience. It's a true desert oasis that was the perfect scene for an intimate family birthday trip. I was most in love with the heated pool and spa, and the beauty of the primary bedroom suite, but the entire house is a gem. There are ample spaces to relax, watch TV or enjoy the outdoor space. I appreciated the multiple lounging chairs, fire pit and blankets, which made for a cozy experience. The house is absolutely breathtaking in a neighborhood with top-notch architectural and landscaping style. It was like living in the pages of Dwell for multiple nights. Property management made check-in and check-out a breeze and were available at the drop of a hat. This place is run and maintained by pros and it shows. I would love to return.

We stayed at this property during the first week of May 2021. First, the house is great on many levels. Here is what makes it great: 1) it is managed by Relax Palm Springs which means it offers amenities one might expect at a hotel, e.g., masks (for Covid-19), everything is labeled so you don't have to guess where to find dinnerware etc. 2) the house is set up as a rental, meaning that there is no personal trace of "owners" which I welcomed; 3) the furniture, color of walls, curtains, etc. are all in the modernist style of mid-20th Century decoration. it is very attractive and appears to have been done by an interior decorator. 4) it comes with "real" wine, Champagne, and cocktail glasses which we appreciated (but were surprised that there was not an ice-bucket for champagne); 5) the kitchen is very well equipped and the dinnerware (like the sheets and towels) is white, which I liked as well. 6) the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and modern and there are walk-in closets in two of the bedrooms. There are 3 minor minuses: 1) our visit coincided with temperatures in the very high 90's and the ac has to remain at 76 degrees otherwise it freezes. At times we would have liked it to be cooler; 2) the house is located in the "windy zone" of Palm Springs so we experienced strong winds on the first two days and we could not sit outside or enjoy the pool; and 3) the pool is small, it is not for swimming. However, it is very nice, modern and clean and has a built in Jacuzzi and we used it 5 out of 7 days. Despite these minuses we found the house very appealing, comfortable, and it felt "resort" like because the outdoor furnishings are excellent and plentiful. Every bedroom has access to the outdoors and their own private sitting area. I have high expectations and whenever we rent a house my biggest worry is about the linens and towels and at this house they were not cause to worry. Would we stay here again? Yes, definitely despite the wind but we would go in the winter.

Sanctuary is a beautiful, peaceful property that we would gladly visit again. The backyard is huge; our puppy absolutely loved having so much space to run around and play! The layout is very functional and spacious. All of the little touches went a long way - from a well-supplied kitchen to labeled light switches to bathroom toiletries provided throughout the house. We really felt at home during our stay and enjoyed the getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this property and it was perfect for our two and a half week stay in Palm Springs. The house accommodated are changing needs, my wife and I and then visits by my mother (so great for 3 adults) and then our daughter and grandchildren (great for kids). It was very well laid out, spacious, had everything you need for an enjoyable stay and for cooking at home when you wanted. There were some plumbing issues but the property managers were amazing. Very responsive and super friendly and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to everything and a wonderful home base. There is some wind and air traffic, but these were small things in considering how wonderful the space is. Looks just like in the pictures!!

Review of 1039 Azure Ct, Palm Springs
This oasis at the base of magnificent mountain views
was a perfect home for our family retreat. Rooms were
spaced far enough away for privacy yet the communal
and well appointed kitchen and gathering areas were
in tune with interacting, conversations and sharing meals.
It was very clean, no bugs! which is my most hated thing on
vacations. Just a fresh, happy open place
to relax, dip in the hot tub or talk around the fire pit.
This place was close enough to everything we wanted to do
in the surrounding areas. It is near the Mid-Century historic
home tours, the aerial Tramway which is stunning, Joshua Tree
National Park for hiking, and for having drinks at the cool hotels like the Parker
or the Ace. We were there in late winter and the weather was
perfect.
We used the property for gathering people together and relaxing and
as a base for taking off on day trips. Having a kitchen and a place to
spread out on a vacation with a 2 car garage makes everything really
convenient. The managers were responsive to any needs that popped up like
the carbon monoxide alarms went off due to a long steam shower my
son took. But they were on it right away trouble shooting the issue.
The shifting vistas of the sky and mountains from the private yard are
spectacular. Very recommended.
All around lovely, peaceful with a cool, modern vibe.

To whom it may concern,
I stayed at this wonderful home this past May and just loved the home and the neighborhood.
What was so special about the home is that it is laid out perfectly for a family of 4 or 6. The bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable. The Kitchen is open and airy and gives this unbelievable open space with living area surrounding the kitchen!
The pool and hottub outdoor is very nice and comfortable as well.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Palm Springs area. Very close to many restaurants and great hip shopping.

"I can't say enough great things about our stay. The place has it all! Modern yet home feel, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. I loved how there is all glass windows overlooking the backyard. The pool was the perfect size for our family. My husband fell in love with the kitchen, so much that he wants to recreate it in our home. It's close to shops and entertainment but honestly we never left because we had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again."
