We have invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. We ask you wear a mask while we are present in the home.
Welcome to PS Peacock – a home that combines iconic mid-century architecture with fresh period-inspired interior design and furnishings, an open floor plan, and spectacular western views of the San Jacinto Mountains. This is the quintessential Palm Springs vacation pad.
This spacious mid-century home, built in 1955, has been completely updated for modern luxury living including new kitchen and baths. This desert escape is gorgeous, private, well-appointed; capturing the hip Southern California vibe of yesteryear while staying current with high-end conveniences like Bosch stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, gas fireplace, and an outdoor spa. All the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs, DVD players and Wi-fi enabled/USB docking stations.
The spacious floor plan of the living areas has been designed to accommodate your entire group. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and offer direct access to the pool and patio. Inside there is plenty of seating for everyone in your group to connect, spend time together and enjoy informal dining, lounging by the living room double-sided gas fireplace or watching a movie. The all new, fully-stocked chef's kitchen offers a butcher block side island, a gas range, side-by-side fridge. Indoor formal dining for up to eight with an additional breakfast table near the pool slider for six.
The layout of the sleeping quarters makes PS Peacock very appealing to larger families and groups with a mixture of couples and singles. There are three masters - all with king beds, ensuite baths, smart televisions and ample closet space. One of the masters has a private patio with gorgeous mountain views and an extra alcove that is perfect for your portable crib (not provided but we can refer you to local vendors). The other two masters have direct pool access. The two additional guest rooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two extra-long twins, which can be converted to a king upon advance request) share a beautiful modern bath and both have gorgeous mountain views.
This vacation home has great curb appeal, off-street parking for five cars, and a spectacular private yard with a huge mosaic tile pool (be sure to check out the artistic inlay of seahorses and coral reefs) an adjacent spa, eight poolside double lounge chairs, an outdoor dining area near the gas-lined BBQ, and a separate private courtyard with a gas fire pit. This sundrenched yard is perfect for catching rays during the day and ideal for long evenings under the stars. The owners have thought of everything, creating the ideal Palm Springs escape.
PS Peacock is beautiful inside and out and lends itself perfectly to extended weekends, week or even month-long stays for the seasonal visitor to our city.
This property is centrally located in the quiet residential Sunrise Park neighborhood just a few minutes from Ruth Hardy Park, Desert Regional Medical Center, the casino, convention center and both the Downtown area and Uptown Design District of Palm Springs. Restaurants, nightlife, entertainment venues, grocery stores, and shopping boutiques are close by. Sunrise Park is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Gorgeous property and we were all very pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was. The pool was great and hot tub was fantastic at night. We were concerned about noise but it wasnt an issue. We heard our neighbors once but it was never a disturbance or excessively loud. If youre a hot sleeper, might be a little uncomfortable, the rooms were very hot. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

I knew from the description and photos posted online that the house appeared to be what I wanted for my family however, Ive stayed at several VRBO locations that dont always pan out. Im here to tell you this house was everything and more! The house was clean, well stocked, had the perfect amount of space for our three adult children, their spouses and our two grand children. It was easy to keep clean, they provide everything you can think of! We used the rest of the salt and pepper so we happily provided more. We had so much left over food so we called the management and they were going to donate it. How wonderful is that!! Speaking of management, we felt they went above and beyond!!! They were fantastic! Cant say enough wonderful things about them!! We will return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peacock House in Palm Springs. We had a larger group made up of 8 adults and 2 children and were very comfortable. Pros Nice neighborhood Super convenient location - close proximity to the airport and downtown (5 min drive to airport, walk 30 mins/bike 10 mins to downtown) Spacious and most rooms had an ensuite bathroom. Great for a group w/ several adult couples Kitchen was well stocked/good amenities Pool/spa heat was easy to use and worked well Natural gas line for grill and fire pit was very convenient Plenty of covered parking/outdoor space Cons Like most Palm Springs homes, there's strict noise regulations to follow. If this is your first time to Palm Springs, make sure you do your research in advance so you're aware of the city rules. If you've stayed in Palm Springs before, you know the drill Furniture in living room was not comfortable for larger parties. Form over function

Our group of nine had an amazing vacation at this property. The rental company could not have made the check-in/check-out process any easier. The house literally had everything you could ever need, and was in a perfect location- close to downtown, numerous grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood is darling with loads of neighbors dog-walking in the morning and everyone was so friendly! We cant wait to come back!

Stayed here with my family of five, parents, and sister and her husband. Layout was perfect with two kings on one side of the house for them and a king and two smaller bedrooms on the other side of the house for us. Pool was decent size and well heated. The house is well stocked with everything - bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms all had everything we needed and then some. Relax Palm Springs team was super attentive and got back to me quickly. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. House has three very large bedrooms each with their own en suite. House was a very good size and clean. Enjoyed the decor. Management & staff were fantastic. They were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Upon our arrival management informed us that water would be shut-off by the Dept. of Water for about 4hrs on one of our days. Totally out of their control. However, that evening they dropped off buckets and a bottle of Prosecco. Really unexpected and a very nice touch. Only two issues with the house would be: pool could be cleaned out on a more regular basis and air conditioning in the bedrooms wasnt great. We had to use the fans provided. But were happy the fans were there. Overall, a really fun and great stay.

Amazing house and an amazing stay. Large and spacious bedrooms for all 8 of us staying there. Layout was great for having private bedrooms, but a large central open living space for everyone to hang out together. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and a ton of stuff we didn't need but wish we used! House was so clean, managers were kind and helpful with very quick responses. The pool and yard were so nice, which was the the main reason we were staying. Great grill for dinners, patio seating, and pool loungers. We were all worried about the noise regulations but had no issues. The house was stylish and comfortable and everyone had a wonderful time. Would love to come back and will be recommending the house to others.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a great spot with fun mid-century modern decor and furniture. There are 3 very nice king bedrooms, each with a bathroom, one twin beds bedroom and one queen. Two of the kings are situated away from the other three, so it was a great place for grandparents or people wanting more quiet. The queen bedroom is really only suitable for one person or a couple, but all the other bedrooms definitely fit 2. There's also a hall full bath for the two smaller bedrooms. Even though it was cold and rainy part of the time (snowed at the higher elevations), the pool got used and the hot tub was very popular. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and you are only minutes away from the airport and downtown. There is so much to do in Palm Springs, and this house makes a wonderful headquarters. Set up is such that people can spread out so no one feels trapped or crowded. Good kitchen with most things you need. Dining room table easily fits 10 and was where we ate our family dinners. My entire family had a great time and my 30 something sons told me they had a blast.

We loved this house, there were 6 adults and 4 kids and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. We were in the beautiful pool all day and cooked/grilled at night. House was clean and had that 60s modern vibe we love, was totally clean when we arrived, and the management were super nice. Would totally rent with them again!

The hosts were incredibly flexible and very easy to communicate with. The house is really cute and spacious. Bonus - fresh mangoes from the tree in the front yard were delicious. We knew about the Palm Spring noise ordinances and had very quiet music playing in the early evening and got a major noise complaint so beware to anyone who wants to enjoy the outside. MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED. Doesn't matter how quiet it is and what time of day, if any music is heard, you will get a call to turn it off. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

It's not so much the perfect mid-century modern details that make the Peacock house so wonderful. It's not even the walk-to-town location that makes it super fun. The mountain backdrop that is-real-but-almost-looks-fake? Not even the best part of this amazing destination. The truly BEST thing about this vacation home was the way it absorbs people. When we wanted to feel the love of our whole group, we hung out around the living room, the hot tub, or the fire pit. But when any one of us wanted a little quiet time, we took a nap in our peaceful bedroom or read a book on a cushy lounge chair by the pool. It is the best of all worlds.
