Built in 2014, this 4-bedroom home offers amazing outdoor casual living spaces and beautiful interiors with a blend of midcentury style, modern comforts, and luxurious amenities. Located in the highly desirable Murano neighborhood designed by local architect James Cioffi, you are just minutes from the Uptown Design District and all of the shops and restaurants of Downtown Palm Springs.
The front gate of the property opens up to a short, covered walkway to the main house with the detached 1-bedroom ensuite casita to your immediate left. The expansive courtyard area between the casita and main house offers a beautifully furnished outdoor lounging area with an oversized sectional and large telescoping umbrella for shade with slider access to the living room, right by the gas-lined BBQ. Plenty of chaise lounging and seating, a sparkling pool and cascading spa, and 4-hole putting green offer everything you need to enjoy the amazing mountain views while soaking up the sun or for watching those amazing desert sunsets and enjoying the nighttime lights of the Palm Springs Tramway.
The detached casita is beautifully furnished with a Queen size bed, large Smart TV, ensuite tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchenette with microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The casita offers its own slider access to the spa and pool with western views of the mountains.
Inside the main house, you first encounter the two ensuite guest bedrooms separated by a beautiful wet bar with tiled backsplash, wine refrigerator, sink, and stocked with all the equipment and glassware you’ll need to enjoy the perfect cocktail or smoothie, indoors or out. Both rooms offer California King size beds, walk-in closets, tiled showers and slider access to the side of the house as well as smart TVs. The second guest bathroom also has dual sinks at the vanity.
The Master Suite occupies its own wing of the home with a large bedroom with lots of windows and slider access to the pool. The bedroom features a plush California King bed, side tables with charging cubes and a large smart TV. The bathroom offers a luxurious soaking tub, walk in showers, dual vanities and a huge walk-in closet.
The main living areas are an open floor plan for seamless entertaining from its well-stocked kitchen to the formal dining area with seating up to eight to the large family room with gas fireplace, XL smart TV, and crescent shaped leather sectional for plenty of seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need from a variety of small kitchen appliances to serving platters and bowls. The kitchen island also offers bar seating for four for quick bites on the go or cooking conversations over wine.
Just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many attractions, shops, restaurants, and art galleries, you are never that far from enjoying what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are never that far away, from area casinos to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and ANA Inspiration (formerly the Dinah Shore Classic), and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. In Palm Springs, there is something for everyone.
Murano is a unique neighborhood in Racquet Club Estates. It's an area full of custom architecture, just steps away from the historic Mid-Century homes of the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. My wife and I booked the house along with 3 other couples. This house was perfect for the 4 couples! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and each bedroom was large. The outdoor space is amazing from the pool and spa to the putting green to the large outdoor sitting area. The location is awesome. Close to the tram, hiking and downtown Palm Springs. We have rented many houses through VRBO. We have never experienced such a well stocked kitchen before. The decor and the furniture is so nice. We would highly recommend this place for a couples get away!

Our stay at Sunkyst was absolutely phenomenal, definitely one for the books.
The home is impeccably clean and spacious! We were pleased with the immense amount of space and chic decor. The pool area was perfect for our family of 6, we all felt like we had ample space to lounge around, in and out of the home. The resort like water fall was a nice touch, the hot tub was fully functional and very much enjoyed. Each room had its own bathroom, closet and gorgeous decor. Both master bedrooms were stunning and very spacious. Comfortable pillows and bedding made for a great sleep. The home and kitchen were VERY well equipped with everything we needed. CJay, the property manager was incredibly attentive, accommodating and Just a text away though everything was perfect. We all had a blast! Thank you for a wonderful stay

My family and a friends family rented this house for weeks stay in Palm Springs. We chose it for the pool, the proximity to downtown, the style of the house and the fact it had four en suite bedrooms including the casita. All were as advertised or better. The outdoor area was a pleasant surprise as the courtyard made us feel like we were in a resort but with complete privacy. Cjay the property manager was easily accessible by text or phone and responded right away every time we had a question. The house and kitchen are particularly well stocked and the air conditioning worked very well, which is sometimes difficult in the desert when its summertime. We would stay again without question.

Our host was amazing, super communication, and easy. Even came by when we had work documents that were sent via UPS go into the mailbox instead of the front door of the house. He was great! The house was spotless, super well-stocked in every room, the kitchen is AWESOME! all the gadgets you will need to make great meals and eat, the pool was warm and outside areas perfect for us. We had to evacuate our house in Tahoe with our two dogs so coming to a house that was super easy and comfortable was perfect. The beds are also amazing! The huge tub in the master is awesome.

Beautiful clean home, in a lovely neighborhood, with very comfortable beds, great layout, and an awesome kitchen with everything you need to cook with family and friends. The property manager was so friendly and very attentive. You could really tell the team wanted you to enjoy your stay. My only note is that its a windy part of Palm Spring at times (although with the heat the breeze was welcomed). We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!!

Due to COVID19 I had to cancel our family vacation to Cancun. I reached out to the property manager and he was so kind with me to work on the rates and be able to take my parents and my kids to a weekend gateaway. This house is spectacular in every sense. It is clean, stylish and convenient to the Uptown Design district and downtown Palm Springs. The patio offers a view of the San Jacinto mountains, though the neighboring house does obstruct the view slightly. The lights of the tram can be seen at night. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to Albertsons for groceries, as well as other conveniences. The house and patio are spacious with generous seating areas. There is no outdoor dining area, however, that did not stop us from enjoying meals outside. The grounds and pool are lovely and well maintained, and we did not want to leave. We hope to return sometime soon!
