In an effort to keep travelers and our workers safe, we are following recommendations to keep our homes vacant for at least 24 hours between guest stays. As well, travel or hosting restrictions constantly change and we can't always set search parameters to ensure the home fits your travel itinerary. When considering this home, please DO NOT automatically book. Rather, send us an inquiry and allow us to authorize or ensure the dates will work before booking. We thank you, in advance, for your patience and understanding. To further accommodate the appropriate time between reservations, early arrivals will be limited and there will be no late check-outs.
As part of the County Health Supervisor's restrictions on short-term lodging, extra "daytime" guests are not allowed during the Co-Vid pandemic. The only guests allowed on the property are the guests registered as overnight guests.
Following guidance from health organizations, some guest amenities will be modified per safety recommendations. I.E.: extra spices in the kitchen will limited, extra or decorative pillows and blankets will be removed, Modest changes but in favor of caution and guest safety. We have also invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home.

Stylish, but unassuming from the circular drive entrance, PS Leverage opens up to large living room with plenty of seating and lounging space and a large flat screen Smart TV. The inviting open concept living and kitchen area is highlighted by a custom countertop island and breakfast bar perfect for eating and congregating. The beautiful and spacious gourmet modern kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, microwave, dishwasher, and indoor/outdoor drink and dining ware. Each cupboard and drawer is filled with all the necessities for cooking and entertaining.
Just off the kitchen and living area is an open formal dining area with seating for eight. There is a beautiful service bar stocked with every type of bar tool and drink ware to meet your cocktail needs. Since Palm Springs is all about year-round outdoor living, the kitchen, living room, and dining area at PS Leverage all open up to the stunning oversized back yard. Immediately outside of the kitchen and living room slider is an inviting al fresco dining area that fits 8 comfortably. Outside the dining room door is a comfy covered seating area and a new gas BBQ for all your grilling desires. An additional seating area lies just a little beyond the dining area, outside the Master Suite door. Should you prefer the sun or shade, there are four huge market umbrellas available for you to situate anywhere you desire.
A large and gorgeous new pool and oversized spa that will easily fit your entire party is easily the focus of the back yard. The pool is highlighted with a gigantic baja swim shelf with a spot for an umbrella. The pool is over 40 feet long and perfect for the bright yellow high-end pool floats. Covered and uncovered chaise lounge seating areas surround the pool area ready for your sun worship and offering spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains and the Palm Springs Tramway lights at night.
Going back into the home, a long hallway takes you down to the three large bedrooms. All three bedrooms are appointed with Eastern King sized beds, nightstands, oversized closets, and flat screen Smart TVs with premium cable access. PS Leverage offers two guest bedrooms that share a fully quipped remodeled hallway bathroom with a shower/jaccuzzi tub combination and a built in Bluetooth bathroom sound system. The Master Suite offers a beautifully redesigned bathroom with Carrera marble, large spa shower, and an additional Bluetooth sound system. All bathrooms offer Moulton Brown amenities to give your stay a little bit more of the spa lifestyle.

PS Leverage is conveniently located near the Palm Springs Airport and is well insulated with triple-pane windows and doors to ensure little or no airport noise. The location does offer some amazing aeronautical sites for those airplane enthusiasts! The home is conveniently located near many grocery stores and just minutes from the Uptown Design and Downtown Districts, yet far enough back to enjoy the panoramic vistas from the surrounding mountains to the North, West and South.
It should be noted the City has a vacation rental ordinances with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It can be explained further before booking. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves.
