Wraparound sectional seating, large Smart TV and an adorable vintage style bar cart make it a great place for conversation and lounging. The home’s open floor plan moves elegantly from the living room to dining area to a casual family/den area with sliders leading to the back patio and yard.
PS MaisonBlue offers a great mix of sleeping arrangements down the hall from the front room with one en-suite Master with slider access to the above ground spa and backyard as well as three guest bedrooms and one guest bathroom. Both bathrooms have been newly remodeled with subway tile and modern fixtures. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds, one guest offers two twin beds and the master suite offers a king bed, wall mounted smart TV and writing desk. All of the bedrooms offer their own personality with flamingo, palm tree, cactus and pineapple motifs.
The well-stocked galley kitchen lies just to the side of the indoor dining area that seats up to eight comfortably with a beautiful ornamental chandelier lighting your next dinner. Just past the dining area, the informal family room/den is a groovy mix of yesteryear’s style and modern furnishings and offers delightful views of the pool and outdoor dining.
Step outside the family room sliders to where your party will be spending most of its time and what Palm Springs is known for: amazing outdoor living! A brand new outdoor kitchen has been added with long dining bar, built-in BBQ, sink, refrigerator and more! Dine al fresco under the pergola or gather around the fire pit underneath a unique, open-aired cabana that light up at night. Brush up your tan in one of the loungers poolside or enjoy a game of bocce or corn hole in the gaming court. Around the corner and just outside the Master sliders is another seating area for conversation as you dip in and out of the above ground spa. All of these outdoor activities take advantage of beautiful mountain views and a large yard with grassy areas.

It should be noted the City has a vacation rental ordinances with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It can be explained further before booking. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves.
