This fully gated property opens up with a welcoming fountain courtyard that leads you into a great room featuring soaring ceilings and stack stoned gas fireplace with two sets of sliders that open out to the pool and lounge area with those gigantic views of the mountains and gorgeous sunsets. A well-stocked, generous island kitchen offers breakfast bar seating, loads of granite counter space and cabinetry. Start your meal prep here with ease then choose your dining destination from the formal dining room or take it all outdoors for relaxed al fresco dining.
The front-loaded pool and cascading spa lap up those mountain views with multiple seating areas for casual reading or lounging in the sun. The pebble-bottomed free-form saltwater pool with tanning shelf will be where you spend considerable time or take a break and lounge for a little light reading (or napping.) The gas BBQ is conveniently located outside the living room sliders by the outdoor dining table for those sunset dinners. There are misters along the front of the house to enjoy from the poolside seating area and dining area.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home offers great separation and privacy with the master suite off the pool side of the home, one guest suite to the side of the great room and the second guest bedroom and side-by guest bathroom at the rear of the home. The Master Bedroom offers a king sized bed, seating/retreat area, large walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The front guest bedroom offers a queen bedroom, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower. The back guest bedroom offers a king size bed, large closet and its dedicated bathroom is just a step around the corner. All bedrooms have large flatscreen Smart TVs.
This beautiful vacation rental is just minutes from historic downtown and the not-to-be-missed Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Experience the essentials of our special city, with its many spas, world-class golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, bars and night clubs in your home away from home.
It should be noted the City has a vacation rental ordinances with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It can be explained further before booking. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves.
