The City of Palm Springs just mandated a masking order for anyone inside a local business. They've also mandated, for indoor dining, proof of vaccination or a negative co-vid test result within the past 72 hours.
We have invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. If you need assistance while you are in residence and anyone from our team needs access to the house, they will be masked and gloved upon entry. We ask you wear a mask while we are present in the home.

This fully-gated property opens to a courtyard entrance with desert-scaped front yard that has both covered and open seating areas. A grand entrance welcomes you into this luxurious home with saltillo tiled floors and sophisticated furnishings throughout. A formal living/sitting room sits off the front patio with paneled French doors surrounding two sides. The open concept living area includes an informal dining area connected to a family room with a gas fireplace and large Smart TV. Off to the side is a well-stocked kitchen with great cabinet and counter space and additional pantry area and small work bar. Dining and cocktails can easily move from the inside to outdoors with multiple French doors leading off to the back yard.
To the South side of the home, off the entry, lies all of the sleeping quarters. The home offers one Master Suite and two guest bedrooms separated by an additional den/media room that has a full seating area with large Smart TV as well as a functional desk area should you need some work space. A full outdoor formal dining area lies off the den and tucked away to the side of the home for elegant al fresco evening meals and cocktails.
The Master Suite sits on the pool side of the home with French doors leading out to both side and rear yards. The ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks and marble vanity, walk-in shower and exit door to the rear yard as well. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and TV. The two guest bedrooms lie opposite the master across from the den. One guest bedroom is ensuite with a step-up tiled shower, king-sized bed and exit out to the front courtyard/entry vestibule. The second guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and uses the hall bathroom with step-in shower. The two guest rooms are separated by a common wall with a pocket door.
Outside, your amazing back yard oasis awaits against a backdrop of the San Jacinto mountains starting with a large lap-style pool and spa. The seating and lounging areas are abundant with a covered patio area that runs the length of the home and, opposite of the pool, a long house length pergola with multiple café tables. And additional seating area lies on the North side of the yard, near the outdoor wet bar which also has counter seating and BBQ station. Around from the wet bar is an outdoor shower and seating area as well. The yard has a high hedge and fully walled for privacy. Vista Las Palmas is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. It’s sometimes referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills’ of Palm Springs. This very affluent neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are not allowed.
