An exceptional home for a weekend getaway or long-term stay, our PS Chic home has the perfect floor plan and amenities for those small group getaways. Featuring 2 ensuite bedrooms separated by all the common living spaces, this stylish contemporary-modern home is well furnished with nods to its mid-century surroundings and offers 1,672 sq. ft. of tranquil style affording everyone privacy.
The home is fully gated and opens to a private courtyard entrance. As you enter the home, the Master Suite lies off to the left side; furnished with a queen-sized bed, large streaming-capable flat screen TV, walk-in closet, separate toilet room, step-in shower and dual sink vanity. Sliders off the master open to a small patio with café style seating for two inside the courtyard gates.
Just ahead as you as enter the home is a separate office/den area with writing table, shelves and sofa seating where you can focus on any work that you don’t leave behind, relax with a good book, or maybe start writing that book of your own! Turning right from the entrance, you enter the open concept living space which combines a well-stocked, island kitchen with breakfast bar seating, informal dining for up to 6, and the family room with fireplace and large streaming-capable flat screen TV. When the weather is perfect, sliders off each side of the room can be opened to let those soothing desert breezes through from poolside to courtyard. Off the side of the kitchen is a utility room with full size stackable washer and dryer combo and exit out to the rear yard where the BBQ is easily accessed from the kitchen.
Continuing past the great room, a short hallway offers slider access to the pool area and an additional entry into the second suite’s bathroom. The second bedroom suite offers two full-sized beds, ensuite bathroom entry, large streaming-capable flat screen TV, seating area, and walk-in closet.
Outside, the pool area is an oasis of relaxation with a custom, free form pool and spa, outdoor dining for up to 6, multiple seating areas and umbrellas in roller stands for easy adjustment. The pool area faces East to catch those beautiful sunrises and offers a little extra shelter from the afternoon sun. Pool heat is optional and available for an additional fee. PS Chic is conveniently located just minutes from the Uptown Design District and Downtown Palm Springs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood across from an elementary school and large, dog-friendly public park; pets are welcome at PS Chic with prior approval. Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Absolutely amazing!! Just 3 High School Friends catching up after 20 years and we had the best time! Floated in the pool, cooked each other dinner, drank wine in the hot tub and just overall had a great time. Probably the best weekend away I've had in forever.... Can't recommend this owner and location enough. Thank you for an amazing weekend of catching up...it was perfect!!!

We were looking for a quiet getaway in Palm Springs and this was perfect. The house, the beds, amenities were all fantastic (very clean, comfortable, modern). The high while we were there was 95* - the house did stay cool (73), the entire time we were there - ceiling fans made it feel cooler. House manager Rob was very hospitable - offering suggestions for dinner spots in the area and checking in. Well be back!

Wonderful property! Quiet location but close enough to get to downtown Palm Springs easily. We used it as a jump off point to attend Coachella and it was perfect for that. Relaxed stay, very clean, tidy and with all amenities working. Beautiful interior, almost a shame we didn't really spend as much time there given we were attending the festival. Host was full of great info and recommendations, and we don't have a single negative thing to say. Would 100% stay again, 5 stars across the board.

This property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but note the bed in the main suite is a Queen not a King. Worked fine for us, but not for everyone. The management was very responsive and helpful. It was a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and their is a lovely park (Victoria Park) across the street. One thing to note is Palm Springs is very strict on the outdoor noise policy. There is absolutely no outdoor music at all, ever. $1000.00 fine. So if you plan on being outdoors with your speaker listening to music by the pool, stay somewhere else!

Lovely, elegantly furnished house in a quiet neighborhood close to down town. We loved our stay and felt very well taken care of by the property management team. A wonderful place to spend days by the pool and relax, or venture out on small day trips. Best things: comfortable beds ( wonderful mattresses and sheets), great water pressure, excellent amenities in the kitchen (toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc), heated pool (to a lovely temp for a small daily fee), laundry, biking distance to town. Areas for improvement: not many! Maybe some more spoons (we kept running out and having to wash more...)

We really enjoyed our stay. Cute little compound style home gives you lots of privacy. We loved that the bedrooms were at either end of the house with living areas in the middle. Yard and pool area was lovely with plenty of sun and shade despite no covered patio. House was clean, well stocked, and everything was in good working order. Location was great. Just a few minutes drive to anything. House is across the street from a school and a really nice park. Due to Covid, there was no school traffic which made the area very quiet. Nice added bonus! Master bedroom has a queen bed (a detail I missed when booking) but our stay was so great we didnt care about sleeping a little closer together.

We had such a lovely stay! The internet was super fast, both of us were able to make video calls for work. The house was comfortably decorated, and the kitchen was so impressive - Ive never seen an Airbnb with such a well-stocked kitchen. The pool and spa were great, with full sun in the morning and some nice shady spots in the afternoon. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was easy to get to the grocery store or downtown. Wed love to come back!

We had a really great trip! The house was comfortable, beautifully appointed and really well stocked with all of the amenities you need. The pool was clean and warmed up nicely without having to be heated (early Oct). We intended to explore much more than we did but the house was so comfortable that we ended up lounging and relaxing more than anything else. Check in and check out was easy with very responsive, friendly property managers. Would definitely return.

This place was great to break away from the city. Really nice modern decor and very clean. The owners took all the COVID precautions seriously and made us feel a lot safer about renting a house during a pandemic. I was concerned at first around the internal AC temperatures after reading another review, but the house stayed very cool throughout our stay, even when the daily temp was ~115. Only hitch was that the BBQ propane tank was empty, luckily we found a full tank in the garage that saved dinner. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking daily meals and there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided as well. Super easy check in and check out process and the owners were very attentive with any questions that we had.

This is a great getaway. The company that runs it is very responsive to issues and really great at communication. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Only issue we had was with the air conditioning which seemed to struggle ever getting below 80 degrees, which is definitely tough in Palm Springs. But the company sent out people to fix on our first day but it didnt seem to help. They were very responsive about the issue but didnt seem to ever get to fix it. Still a pretty great place to spend a week though!
