Completely updated in 2014, the PS Alexander Deluxe home is spacious, open and bright, showcasing modern furnishings and well-planned lighting throughout. Walls of glass and sliding doors feature the seamless indoor/outdoor living Palm Springs has long been envied for. Modern polished porcelain tile floors brighten all the common areas; carpeted bedroom floors keep everyone comfortable.
The modern kitchen features a Caesarstone island with bar seating to enjoy casual conversation, the views, or a cocktail. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would expect to find at home. The open floor plan allows the kitchen, dining area, and living room to flow directly into the convenient outdoor dining area just beyond the dining area sliders.
The master bedroom is spacious and features a king bed and a sliding glass door that opens directly to the pool and backyard. The modern en-suite bath with custom sink and walk in shower completes the master suite. The two guest bedrooms feature king and queen beds and private courtyard views. The bedrooms share a modern hall bath with walk-in shower. All bedrooms have smart TVs.

Fully hedged for privacy, you’ll delight in plentiful lounging and sitting areas, a BBQ grill, sparkling 15’ by 30’ saltwater pool with built-in 7' x 7' spa and grand fire pit! This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

We had everything we needed to make our stay comfy and accommodating which was nice. I loved all the little extras and details just like when you stay at an upscale resort hotel. We had a lot of privacy in the backyard which was nice thanks to the landscaping. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we felt safe. If youre planning to cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything youll need. They also have the coolest dishes, utensils and glasses. The beds are super comfy and they have games in the living room and pool toys in the garage. It was such a great vacation home for me and family. We throughly enjoyed our stay. If you want your own resort, this is the place for you! Hot tub, pool and outdoor fire are first class. The place was absolutely spotless and had everything for a wonderful stay in Palm Springs. All beds were comfy and the interior design was expertly done.

We loved staying at your house! Great pool and a big backyard with lots of seating options. We wanted to let you know that the coffee maker is a 14 cup machine but the pot is for 12 cups so the lid of the pot isnt high enough to touch the drip piece. Also, the toaster coils are only on in the bottom on one side. We had to flip the bread to toast both sides. Other than these two things it was a great place. Thanks, Ingrid.

Wonderful property! We had a lovely time relaxing by the pool, sleeping in a comfy bed, grilling and eating outside. Location is great (3 min drive to supermarket, 5 min to playground, 10 min to downtown). Incredibly well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of towels and bedding. Pool heated to perfect temperature, hot tub can be turned on to hot quickly. Grilled outside every night. We will stay here again! Warm welcome with great tips (park at the museum early for Thursday street fair!) and on hand to help anytime.

This house is beautiful and has everything you could need! The salt water pool is amazing and made the over 100 degree weather bearable, especially since we didn't feel gross afterwards like you would in a regular pool. The house had great indoor and outdoor space, we especially liked the cushy lounge chairs and eating outside. The hot tub was broken when we arrived and although we were later discounted for the inconvenience, it would be something to double check about before staying there.

This cute house was the perfect location for our COVID elopement. We got married under the palm trees in the backyard with no guests. It was so peaceful with the quiet yard and views of the mountains. Then we got to spend the rest of the week here as our honeymoon! Our stay was wonderful with all the amenities we needed. Its a great location near everything you could want in Palm Springs. The hot tub was divine. A bottle of Prosecco was left for us in the fridge with a congratulations note, and everyone was super helpful and quick in answering our last minute questions about what we could do with decor. They even checked in to make sure the pool cleaner, gardener, etc wouldnt come on the wedding day. Looking forward to staying here for many anniversaries to come!

This property is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Traveling with our family, we were grateful for the steps taken to assure the house was properly cleaned. The house is stocked with games, puzzles, toiletries and no detail is forgotten. We appreciated the different types of cookware and serving ware available for us to use. This house exceeded expectations! The photos did not do it justice as some of the decor had been upgraded even more. This is a great house for entertainment. The amenities are very thoughtful and give you everything you would need in a kitchen and home for the weekend. The backyard and alfresco dining table was so lovely. Contact-less check in and check out was very easy and the property mangers were prompt with communication. Just note that this space is a little more norther in PS so it can be a windy area, which we loved.
