Perfect for pack of traveling friends or families who need a little elbow room, PS Bliss has 3 bedroom suites with great separation for privacy and all have their own en-suite or dedicated bathrooms. Great common living spaces indoors and out bring you all together for a relaxing and restorative getaway.
Built in 1952, this midcentury home gives you all the stylish flair of yesteryear with modern amenities. Entering the home, you find the open concept casual living and dining areas off the large kitchen. The living room has a large Smart TV, comfortable seating, and stacked stone gas fireplace to add a little winter evening ambiance. Casual dining indoors is a breeze with seating for six with immediate slider access to the backyard and opening beside the well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen features tons of cabinet storage space, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop and stove, microwave, and side by side refrigerator/freezer. Off the kitchen to the South side of the home is a hallway with full size washer and dryers for your personal use leading into a guest bedroom suite with shower stall bathroom and Queen size bed and TV.
On the North side of the home, you have the second guest bedroom suite down a short hallway off the entry with a shower/tub combo bathroom, a King size bed, large Smart TV, and slider access to an outdoor patio with café table with umbrella and seating for 4. The patio leads to the back yard via a short run on the side of the home. Just the common living space and to the right of the dining area is the large Master Suite. The Master suite offers a King size bed, large Smart TV, slider access to the backyard and outdoor shower, large closet and bathroom that offers dual sink, step-in shower and separate soaking/garden tub.
Outside, the views are simply amazing offering grand panoramas of the surrounding mountains! A large pebbled saltwater pool and cascading spa offer plenty of delicious soaking and floating space to let your cares drift away. A propane BBQ is just steps away from the outdoor dining table with umbrella and seating for up to 8. Seating options abound in the back yard with both shaded areas as well full sun lounging, including the unique firepit area with marble top seating benches and chairs under tree-shade as well as a sleepy hammock that awaits your best nap ever.
PS Bliss is the perfect vacation home for families, couples that travel together or just a small group of friends. The El Mirador neighborhood is centrally located near the Movie Colony and Ruth Hard Park with easy access to the shops and restaurants of the Uptown Design District, Desert Regional Hospital and just a few blocks away from Downtown Palm Springs.
El Mirador is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. This affluent neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

The house was perfect for my husband and our sons family of three. The pool and backyard are well maintained and the house was well appointed with everything that we needed. The management company stayed in touch during our visit but we didnt feel that our stay was micro-managed. We followed the noise rules and had no problems with the neighbors, even with a two year old plying in the pool. We will definitely return.

It was a lovely trip to Palm Springs, made especially so because of the lovely house. Everything was wonderful. Whenever it was sunny, which was not every day, we w could not tear ourselves away from the pool and hot tub. They both got a lot of use! House was clean, lots of room, yard was great!

The location is about as good as you can find, and the backyard and pool area are beautiful. Ruth Hardy park is about 1/2 mile and has beautiful old olive trees and walking paths. Palm Canyon Blvd is a short walk away, although to get to the real action downtown is a bit of a hike. Everything you would need is a short drive away - grocery stores, drugstores, good restaurants, etc. It could have been cleaner, but it's a very good value compared to other properties in the same area.

This was a beautiful, absolutely wonderful paradise escape that was perfect for our group of 6. The layout was awesome because each couple could have their own bathroom/space and the outdoor area is spacious and GORGEOUS! The photos don't do it enough justice!! The pool, grill, fire pit, hot tub, outdoor shower were all top notch. The grassy back yard was also perfect for our pup to run around (once it got less than 110 outside.) We also appreciated the use for tennis rackets for the courts that were at the nearby park (and wish we would have been able to make use of them, but it was just a little too hot of a weekend this time.) Will definitely be back - can't recommend enough, you will definitely be happy you booked! :-)

This house is HUGE! Not only is it bigger in person then it appears on air bnb but it is perfect for couples or families traveling together as each room has a private bathroom and little hideaway. Also the back yard is HUGE. Equipped w a hammock a bar bq grill and a beautiful grass area on the side of the pool. Zero complaints about the house.

Overall great property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and outdoor area and good location. Only suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to use the TVs. Took us a while to figure it out and probably would have taken longer if we didn't have tech savvy kids with us. Also dryer was very slow to get clothes dry. Minor issues at best. Have already talked about staying at this property next time we visit Palm Springs.

We had a great time at PS Bliss with six adults. The backyard was amazing for relaxation - it was great to have some shade under the umbrellas and the fire pit was perfect on the cooler nights. The overall check in and out process was straight forward with Relax Palm Springs and they were very responsive when we had questions. They were also very flexible and allowed us to add an extra night to our trip when our travel home had unexpected delays. We will be back to PS and look forward to staying at another Relax property!

This house is just as good as the pictures make it look!! The pool and backyard are spacious and so private, we spent a majority of our time out there. We loved the location, every restaurant we went to ended up being only 5 min away and we made reservations prior to arriving so we had no idea how centrally located this house actually was. The layout of the house is fantastic, each bedroom has its own bathroom and each suite is on a different corner of the house making it feel very private. Would definitely book again!
