The City of Palm Springs just mandated a masking order for anyone inside a local business. They've also mandated, for indoor dining, proof of vaccination or a negative co-vid test result within the past 72 hours.
We have invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. If you need assistance while you are in residence and anyone from our team needs access to the house, they will be masked and gloved upon entry. We ask you wear a mask while we are present in the home.

This original Alexander mid-century ranch style house is located on large property, on a quiet street in Racquet Club Estates with big mountain views. This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath house just finished a full-scale remodel of the back yard. The back yard offers sun-drenched leisure and activities for everyone: ping pong table, fire pit, day beds for lounging daytime or night time stargazing, 5-hole putting green and a hammock. The built-in grill offers the grill master views galore while he/she is working the grill magic, bar-seating just steps away for the group can keep company and the outdoor dining is just a few steps away.

For at home entertaining, the home has you covered from easily prepared sit-down dinners to appetizers; inside or poolside cocktails. The chef's gourmet kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped with every amenity to make home meal preparation simple and enjoyable. The well-equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless gas range/stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker and fridge. With a set of sliding doors opening off the dining room, it takes seamless indoor/outdoor Palm Springs entertaining to a whole new level! Dine at the beautiful metal and glass dining table inside or move the dinner outside to dine alfresco!
All three bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Conveniently, the master bedroom has sliding doors which open to the back yard and pool area. The pool easily beckons you to go for a dip before breakfast. Pool heat is available, but optional (you'll likely want to take advantage of it mid-October to late June) for an optional/additional charge. Feel free to ask us if you need more information. The master bedroom is ensuite with its own Smart TV and King size bed. The two guest bedrooms offer comfortable Queen Size beds and share the guest bathroom in the hallway. From this guest bathroom an additional door opens to a corridor which holds the laundry area as well as opening to the pool area and kitchen.
To truly appreciate and experience the "Palm Springs Lifestyle", you'll need to incorporate your living space with the outdoors. If the thought of your vacation home experience includes an amazing pool and hot tub with clear mountain views, then you have found the right property to experience it in style! The expansive, lush outdoor space offers unobstructed, truly breathtaking mountain views. There is a raised attached spa/hot tub that has a cascading waterfall into the pool. You will feel like you are in your own very private oasis. The beautiful outdoor dining area has a table that sits six. A natural gas BBQ for preparing your quick or more involved meals and offers the grill master stunning views from the center of the poolside action.

Inside and out, great care was taken to make sure that nothing was missed. Located just a short 5-minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, her shops, restaurants, bars and art/furniture galleries, this is a true Palm Springs vacation home! Minutes from all this and area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
