With it's combination of desert and tropical landscaping and sizable grassy side lawn, the back yard is gorgeous with its Western mountain views at sunset. Multiple lounging and dining areas allow all sorts of entertaining possibilities with both covered dining for six or al fresco casual munching by the pool. Lap up the sun or or find yourself marooned on the comfy sectional for some poolside reading. The free form pool is sparkling and generous. A trickling waterfall and pond add even more atmosphere to the above ground spa area tucked away behind birds of paradise and palms.
Consisting of a main house with two bedrooms and an attached casita, PS Luvee offers all ensuite bedrooms with King sized beds and enough separation that everyone in your group has some space to themselves. The Master lies on the East side of the home with slider access to the backyard and pool and a large Smart TV. The guest suite in the main house is on the West side of the home with a newly remodeled bathroom with step-in shower. Between the two suites in the main house lies an open concept living and dining area with a cozy living room with large Smart TV, dining area for 6-8, and a smartly designed and well-stocked kitchen. Sliders off the living room open up to the backyard and pool area where you will more than likely spend the majority of your visit.
So castaway your cares at this tropical inspired retreat which gives a tongue in cheek nod to the iconic mid-century shipwrecked crew of Gilligan’s Island! PS Luvee is a great spot to be marooned for a long stay of rest and relaxation. Architectural fans will find this Alexander built home has all of the midcentury trimmings with its sloping roofline and tongue and groove ceiling but retro fitted with modern amenities.
Located in the Desert Park Estates neighborhood, PS Luvee sits on an oversized corner lot that affords privacy, great Western views of the San Jacinto Mountains, and a quick hop to downtown Palm Springs restaurants and nightlife. PS Luvee is located in Desert Park Estates. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

PS Luvee was fabulous! It was in a great location. We could walk to a grocery store, restaurants and coffee! It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms with the added bonus of each having its own full bath! The casita room worked out so well for our older son. He could go hang there if he wanted quiet, lol. The home had everything we needed and was very well furnished. The pool was so nice and there are plenty of seating and lounging options around it. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Enjoyed the house. Nice pool, there is a hot tub but we didnt use it. Short drive to downtown PS. Neighborhood is quiet. As some have mentioned, it is directly under the flight path, we were not concerned by the planes flying overhead.

Stayed here with a few of my friends for Coachella weekend 1 and it was so comfy! We had a nice comfy bed to sleep on when coming back from a long day at Coachella. Plus the 3 showers really helped when getting ready to go.

We really enjoyed our week stay in Palm Springs. The home is super close to the airport, which you do get to hear during takeoffs. They do limit night flights after 9:00 p.m. Something all of us noticed was the lack of towel hooks or towel bars and very limited space to unpack your bathroom items. Overall we had a wonderful time and spent most of our time by the beautiful pool, hot tub or eating and shopping at all the wonderful places. Great time. Thank you.

The house is great, has everything you will need to cook, great grill. Pool and outside space is perfectly relaxing and private. We wish it was more clear before booking that there is a zero noise policy by the pool. Once booked this is really emphasized to the point it almost caused anxiety before we arrived. That was a bit of a turn off. We settled in and had a nice relaxing week. Property management company was very responsive when we first arrived, and the air conditioning was not working. They arrived and had it working within 20 min. Overall its a really nice house, not too far from downtown area.

We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay at PS Luvee! The yard was so nice to hang out in at the pool. We used the BBQ to grill for dinner and really appreciated the amenities in the kitchen for making easy stay at home meals. Downtown Palm Springs is just a short 10 min drive to go explore and the grocery store is only a five minute drive. Each of the 3 bedrooms was nicely decorated and in separate parts of the house. Keep in mind the 3rd bedroom is in a casita so that space is best for a teenager or adults as it is outside the main house at night. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

Desert Dreams
My husband and I stayed with one other couple at this home and loved our experience! While the weather was a bit chilly, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub for several evenings and the pool on one day. The location was very easy to get lyfts/ubers to restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. The house is quite close to the airport, so you will contend with plane noise when enjoying in the backyard, but fortunately PSP doesnt have too late nor too early of flights!

This house was a perfect spot for our little family Thanksgiving escape. Wonderful HUGE yard with lots of comfortable spots to hang out. We enjoyed the heated pool a ton. The house itself was excellent--nice beds and bedding, amazingly appointed kitchen (they even had a zester! I brought my own but didn't need to). We would definitely stay again!

We had such a great time here! The house is super clean, the decor really well thought out and comfortable, and the outdoor space is magnificent The pool gets a lot of direct sunlight during the day, so we didn't have any need for heating. The only downside is the proximity to the airport. We got used to the noise, and the house IS well insulated, so you barely hear anything at all when inside. But if you're outside, expect planes overhead about every 15 minutes during the day. Again, we got used to it, and I just went on mute when I was working outdoors (the lovely powers of zoom). But if you're sensitive to noise, something to consider.

I stayed at PS Luvee for Labor Day Weekend and it was an amazing trip! The house was so clean and cute and the backyard is incredible! The pool is perfect size and temperature and there were so many different seating options. I find it rare that when booking an AirBnB that your expectations are made, but this house looks exactly like shown in the pictures. The only issue I had during my stay is that there is no cold water at the house. With high temperatures in Palm Springs and the pipes being on the roof, the water was always scalding hot. Even after leaving the sink on for a few minutes the water would be warm. Make sure you bring lots of ice!! I would definitely stay here again, though!
