Newly redone, this home is located in South Palm Springs in a quiet neighborhood centrally located to shopping, local attractions, and great public golfing.

Step inside the home and you can see its fresh face right away in beautiful flooring, open concept living spaces, and upgraded counters and furnishings. The front living room offers ample comfortable seating and transitions easily to a casual dining area for 6+ with an oversized kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four, island workspace, GE stainless appliances, butler’s pantry, wine refrigerator, utility sink, and an amazing amount of cabinetry. The perfect space for cooking and dining for a small group or to create an expansive dinner for entertaining. French doors off the kitchen lead directly to the outside with a covered patio for al fresco dining. Off the front living area is an additional family room with ample seating and a large flat-screen TV and French doors leading to the outside covered patio

PS Tranquil offers 3 bedrooms including a generous master suite and two well-furnished guest bedrooms. The Master Suite sits off the back of the home and offers a King Size bed, flat-screen TV, and French doors stepping out to the pool and backyard. The Master bathroom offers dual vanities and a beautifully redone step-in shower/tub combo. The two guest bedrooms both offer Queen size beds, nightstands, closets and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The guest bedrooms share a nice redone hall bath with walk-in shower with glass door entry and modern subway style tile.

Outside, the back yard is expansive with gorgeous views of Southridge where you can see the lighted driveway at night leading up to the Bob Hope and Lautner’s Elrod House. A beautiful sparkling pool travels across the yard and is framed by a cascading spa, gas fire pit, and casual lounging to one side (outside the Master) and an additional al fresco dining table set for 6+ by the outdoor bbq where you can dine under the stars or with an oversized panoramic umbrella for shade during the day. A new misting system has been added to keep you cool during the hotter months, and year-round you will enjoy the recently added putting green. A gorgeous setting to relax and unwind and find your center again - PS Tranquil is a delightful setting for family vacation or a reunion of close friends.

Los Compadres is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. On the South end of town, and wind-free, it is adjacent to Deepwell, Twin Palms and Little Beverly Hills; this neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood (and the City, too) has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. Music outside in not permitted and the pool noise “curfew” is 9PM. The owner likes to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Exceptional space for a family. Perfect pool for young kids & older adults. The shallow Baja shelf makes pool time fun and stress free. Incredible amenities, fully stocked kitchen with exceptional appliances/gear. The touch screen check-in system made getting in and checking out super easy. Great outdoor shade, pool misters to manage the heat.

We had great experience with Relax Palm Springs. They provided extreme attentive customer service and experience for everyone in my party. The initial home we had reserved had few unforeseen issues, but Relax Palm Springs was immediately able to find us a replacement accommodation to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. This particular home has everything you need to have a nice relaxing vacation in Palm Springs. The salt water pool is very soothing. We brought my two dogs on this vacation and they had the best time in the back yard. I would highly recommend everyone to reserve this home for their next vacation. BTW, the location is unbeatable, close to Downtown PS.

The PS Welcome and Support team were great! It felt like you had an army of support versus just one person. The house was gorgeous, clean and situated in a wonderful neighborhood. It felt like a vacation stay versus just staying at somebodys house. And the location was ideal for visiting and eating downtown. Would stay there again!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Fully stocked kitchen, if your a cook, and need specific spices, you can bring them yourself or visit the local grocery store which is super close by. The pool is why we hooked this property and it did not disappoint. Its beautiful and very clean. The house is cozy, super quiet neighbor and great to get out and walk if needed. We will be back for sure. Date of arrival - January 9, 2021
