**PLEASE READ REGARDING CO-VID 19** In an effort to keep travelers and our workers safe, we are following recommendations to keep our homes vacant for at least 48 hours between guest stays. This will ensure roughly 24 hours of vacancy prior to housekeeping working and roughly 24 hours of vacancy post clean. When considering this home, please DO NOT automatically book. Rather, send us an inquiry and allow us to authorize or ensure the dates will work before booking. We thank you, in advance, for your patience and understanding. To further accommodate the appropriate time between reservations, early arrivals will be limited and there will be no late check-outs.
 
After Labor Day, we will reduce to 24 hours between guest stays.
 
As part of the County Health Supervisor's restrictions on short-term lodging, extra "daytime" guests are not allowed. The only guests allowed on the property are the guests registered as overnight guests.
 
Following guidance from health organizations, some guest amenities will be modified per safety recommendations. I.E.: extra spices in the kitchen will limited, extra or decorative pillows and blankets will be removed, Modest changes but in favor of caution and guest safety. We have also invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home..

Step inside the home and you can see its fresh face right away in beautiful flooring, open concept living spaces, and upgraded counters and furnishings. The front living room offers ample comfortable seating and transitions easily to a casual dining area for 6+ with an oversized kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four, island workspace, GE stainless appliances, butler’s pantry, wine refrigerator, utility sink, and an amazing amount of cabinetry. The perfect space for cooking and dining for a small group or to create an expansive dinner for entertaining. French doors off the kitchen lead directly to the outside with a covered patio for al fresco dining. Off the front living area is an additional family room with ample seating and a large flat-screen TV and French doors leading to the outside covered patio

PS Tranquil offers 3 bedrooms including a generous master suite and two well-furnished guest bedrooms. The Master Suite sits off the back of the home and offers a King Size bed, flat-screen TV, and French doors stepping out to the pool and backyard. The Master bathroom offers dual vanities and a beautifully redone step-in shower/tub combo. The two guest bedrooms both offer Queen size beds, nightstands, closets and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The guest bedrooms share a nice redone hall bath with walk-in shower with glass door entry and modern subway style tile.

Outside, the back yard is expansive with gorgeous views of Southridge where you can see the lighted driveway at night leading up to the Bob Hope and Lautner’s Elrod House. A beautiful sparkling pool travels across the yard and is framed by a cascading spa, gas fire pit, and casual lounging to one side (outside the Master) and an additional alfresco dining table set for 6+ by the outdoor bbq where you can dine under the stars or with an oversized panoramic umbrella for shade during the day. A gorgeous setting to relax and unwind and find your center again - PS Tranquil is a delightful setting for family vacation or a reunion of close friends.

Los Compadres is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. On the South end of town, and wind-free, it is adjacent to Deepwell, Twin Palms and Little Beverly Hills; this neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood (and the City, too) has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. Music outside in not permitted and the pool noise “curfew” is 9PM. The owner likes to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
