As part of the County Health Supervisor's restrictions on short-term lodging, extra "daytime" guests are not allowed. The only guests allowed on the property are the guests registered as overnight guests.
Following guidance from health organizations, some guest amenities will be modified per safety recommendations. I.E.: extra spices in the kitchen will limited, extra or decorative pillows and blankets will be removed, Modest changes but in favor of caution and guest safety. We have also invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home.

Tucked away to the right of the home’s entrance is a peaceful gas fire pit area to kick back with a glass of wine or toast s’mores while watching the day slip into evening. Step inside the main house and find the beautifully open floor plan that allows for formal and casual dining, a bright and upgraded kitchen with counter seating, and cozy living areas - all featuring an eclectic touch of modern furnishings that reflect a Mid-Century Modern style.
Immediately upon entry, you’ll find a formal dining area that seats up to 8-10 people comfortably with a decorative fireplace and a view window for those inspired sit-down dinners set beside a casual seating area. Adjacent is the upgraded, well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, counter bar seating for four people that easily access the formal dining or living areas. The formal living area basks in the sunlight and views of the backyard and pool from the sliders leading out with plenty of seating for the whole group, a large wall-mounted Smart TV, and a guest favorite, full-size foosball table.
Sleep quarters inside the main house consist of two guest bedrooms with their own dedicated bathrooms and slider access to the pool and yard and a Master Suite. Guest bedroom one opens off to the right of the hallway from the main living area. This guest bedroom offers Queen size bed, smart TV, en-suite bathroom and slider access to the pool and al fresco dining area. Off to the left of the hallway, a beautiful peacock accented Master Suite that offers a King bed, large Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. Walk through the Master to the second guest bedroom that offers a queen size bed and slider access to the pool. Between the main home home and the casita is a full size ping pong table that is covered from the elements for that rare rainy desert day.
The stand-alone casita is its own cozy home that enjoys a living area with a sleeper sofa and large Smart TV as well as a complete kitchenette with full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining table that comfortable seats 4. The casita bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with step-in shower. The laundry facilities for the residence lie off the back the casita bathroom with a door that leads out to the putting green.
Ready for the backyard? Sliders off the main living area and the two guest rooms lead to a beautifully open back yard, which features a very generous (15'x30') salwater pool with tanning shelf and built-in spa, covered al fresco dining area next to the gas BBQ, and around to the back of the Casita sits your own two hole putt to sharpen up your greenway skills. Multiple lounging and seating areas are available with umbrellas for shade - all to soak up every bit go the sunshine you’ve been wanting.
Demuth Park is a premier neighborhood in Palm Springs near Panorama Park and it's Pickle Ball Courts. On the South end of town, and wind-free, it is adjacent to Deepwell, Twin Palms and Little Beverly hills; this neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood (and the City, too) has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. Music outside is not permitted and the pool noise “curfew” is 9PM. The owner likes to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
