The City of Palm Springs just mandated a masking order for anyone inside a local business. They've also mandated, for indoor dining, proof of vaccination or a negative co-vid test result within the past 72 hours.
We have invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. If you need assistance while you are in residence and anyone from our team needs access to the house, they will be masked and gloved upon entry. We ask you wear a mask while we are present in the home.
Welcome to PS LandingPad. Built in 1962, the hey dey of Mid-Century architecture, this beautifully-styled home has been updated, remodeled and lovingly presented for your ideal Palm Springs holiday. Today it's the ideal Landing Pad: 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and well-situated on a corner lot, the home offers a beautiful back yard with wonderful views of San Jacinto Mountains.
From the street, you'll entire a delightful courtyard with casual seating for morning coffee, a read and coffee while taking in views. Entering the front door, you'll find an open living room, kitchen flowing into the extended dining area. The kitchen is well-stocked for entertaining your entire group. The living has ample comfortable seating for conversation, doors to the lush back yard, and a decorative fireplace. The extended dining area provides additional room for less-crowded dining. The whole area is replete with windows and doors for maximum light!
Bedrooms are not unlike most Alexander-built homes: from the front door, to the left, the two guest rooms offer queen beds and a guest bathroom in the hallway. Both rooms offer queen beds and TV's, the middle guest room has a door with access to the side yard. At the end of the hallway, the master bedroom offers a private bathroom and direct access to the back yard.
The backyard is ideal for outdoor living. Conversational seating, dining, sun lounging -- even an outdoor shower and views from just about every corner.
This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
