The City of Palm Springs just mandated a masking order for anyone inside a local business. They've also mandated, for indoor dining, proof of vaccination or a negative co-vid test result within the past 72 hours.
We have invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. If you need assistance while you are in residence and anyone from our team needs access to the house, they will be masked and gloved upon entry. We ask you wear a mask while we are present in the home.

Welcome to PS Fontaine. A regal and spacious 3 bedroom, mini-estate home; walled and gated. With just over 2,000 sq. ft., the home is light-filled and offers well-furnished common areas flowing together seamlessly. The backyard features a huge pool and grato-inspired spa, multiple shaded lounging and multiple dining areas, grilling island and great vantage points for magnificent views.
Entering through the front door, there is a large common area living area coupled with the fireplace-side converstaion area. That flows into the large dining area, set for 8 and large cook's kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to support your entire group. The entire group will have plenty of room to relax, prepare meals and enjoy the company!
Down the hallway, you'll find three of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Two guest rooms offer a queen bed and French doors the front yard. The first guest room's bathroom is just across teh hallway. The second guest room features an en-suite bathroom with a new shower and sexy outdoor bathtub. At the end of the hallway, the master bedroom offers a King bed and en-suite bathroom, doors to the spa and pool.
The back yard is where it's all at! Expanisive, it offers mulitple seating areas, dining opportunities, multple shadey spaces for lounging, water features and outdoor bar. Off one side of the yard, by the grill, is a separate work area with a desk and couch so you can make the zoom calls in private. Behind the pool and outdoor bar, there is a yoga and private work out room with a separate pool chaning room.
This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive, bike ride or even walk to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Ruth Hardy Park offers public tennis courts and is also just minutes away. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
The Movie Colony is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
