The City of Palm Springs just mandated a masking order for anyone inside a local business. They've also mandated, for indoor dining, proof of vaccination or a negative co-vid test result within the past 72 hours.
 
We have invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. If you need assistance while you are in residence and anyone from our team needs access to the house, they will be masked and gloved upon entry. We ask you wear a mask while we are present in the home.

Welcome to PS LemonDrop. Simply delightful, bright and open, this is the ideal Palm Springs mid-century home. Featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan in the common areas and an extended dining area (not common in most Alexander homes), this home meets your modern-day needs. Outside, the saltwater pool and hot tub await, the fire pit makes for dramatic sunset cocktails and outdoor dining under the stars.

Entering the light-filled home, you’ll notice the modern cook's kitchen opens to the living room and the dining area. The well-stocked kitchen is ideal for entertaining and no one misses the action whether they are curled on the couch, snacking at the bar, setting the table for dinner or preparing appetizers. The dining table offers seating for 6-8 guests and daytime snacks for the family are convenient with the island counter seating for four. Stream and binge your guilty-pleasure TV shows on the large smart TV or, on chilly winter nights, light the gas fireplace and watch a romantic comedy.

The bedrooms are all on the East side the house as is typical in this iconic mid-century floor plan. The first guest room, guest room #1 (on the front of the house) features a king bed, writing desk, sliders to a side patio and a smart TV. Just next door, guest room #2 features sliders to the same shared side patio, a queen bed and smart TV. These two guest rooms will share the hallway guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom, at the end of the hallway features a king bed, smart TV, a wall of glass and sliders for yard and pool access. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower. All the bedrooms have Google Home smart speakers.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a generous back yard. Different areas provide multiple opportunities for relaxation and entertaining. The side patio for the guest rooms wrap around to the back yard with outdoor dining, fire pit and continues on to the pool and hot tub. A charming, covered, counter bar makes for daytime or sunset snacks poolside. When in season, take advantage of a full suite of citrus for cooking and cocktails: lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit trees can be found on the property.

Racquet Club Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced: there is no music outside, at all, at any time of day. People noise at a reasonable level is certainly allowed during the day. You should enjoy the pool and your friends/family. However, audible people noise must cease by 10 PM. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Guest count is limited by the city to 6 overnight guests. Parking is limited to 3 cars, maximum.

Great place! Very clean, with all of the supplies you need and centrally located! 5 minute drive to the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. Communication with management company was great, and they were extremely responsive and on top of it. They provide great recommendations and walk you through everything you need for a great trip! 10/10 recommend!
