Located in a Central Palm Springs neighborhood full of Mid-Century gems, the home begins with a large circular drive and enters into a beautiful mosaic tiled entryway that opens to the main home as well as one of the guest bedrooms. As you enter the house, the peaceful Zen of the home’s design will empty away your cares with a generous open floor plan consisting of two seating areas - one looking out poolside with a gas fireplace and the other nestled beside the kitchen with a large streaming Smart TV. An elegant long dining table awaits your holiday spreads and feasts alongside a well-stocked gourmet kitchen with a massive island with bar seating for those smaller meals or breakfasts. Slider access off the dining area and fireplace lounge makes the amazing outdoor space just steps away, while the two-car garage entrance makes for quick unloading from shopping. Off the back of the kitchen area, you’ll find a tiled bathroom and the first of four bedrooms with twin beds and slider access to the unique pool house and lighted pergola patio.

To the right of the shared living spaces lies a hallway to the other three bedrooms. The hallway ends in a huge Master Suite that offers a King size bed, wall-length closet, slider access to the pool and an incredible tiled master bathroom with dual vanities, dual showers and footed claw tub. The other hallway guest bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and access to either a private side patio or the courtyard entry. The remodeled bathrooms throughout are all exquisitely tiled with disappearing glass walls and modern fixtures and cabinetry.

Outside, a large free form pool and spa are just the place to capture sun-filled, sparkling memories with plenty of seating both sunny and shaded. Additional al fresco dining makes for the perfect dinner setting where you can enjoy the rainbow-colored sunsets behind the San Jacinto Mountains. Take a break from the afternoon sun without losing the views by piling up in the pool house that offers two day beds for casual lounging. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home.
