In an effort to keep travelers and our workers safe, we are following CDC recommendations to keep everyone safe. Please be patient as travel or hosting restrictions constantly change and we can't always set search parameters to ensure the home fits your travel itinerary. When considering this home, please DO NOT automatically book. Rather, send us an inquiry and allow us to authorize or ensure the dates will work before booking. We thank you, in advance, for your patience and understanding. To further accommodate the appropriate time between reservations, early arrivals will be limited and there will be no late check-outs.
The City of Palm Springs just mandated a masking order for anyone inside a local business. They've also mandated, for indoor dining, proof of vaccination or a negative co-vid test result within the past 72 hours.
We have invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. If you need assistance while you are in residence and anyone from our team needs access to the house, they will be masked and gloved upon entry. We ask you wear a mask while we are present in the home.

Fully walled, the home begins with a private walled front yard with a fountain, fruit trees and patio set - perfect for early morning coffee. Behind the breeze block wall, the home opens to a bright formal living room with gas fireplace and easy entertaining spaces that includes a dining for six and a generous kitchen with counter seating and large butler’s pantry. The kitchen is well- equipped to create memorable meals whether it’s a quick breakfast, a formal meal, or prep station for al fresco dining in the backyard. Just off the kitchen, the converted garage has become a gaming room with large mounted flat screen TV powered by Roku, foosball gaming table and retro two-seater arcade game as well as a comfortable sectional for watching the gang or hanging out. The game room also opens to the backyard and BBQ station.
Back inside the living space continues past the dining area into a large family room with new double sliding doors that open directly poolside where you can see everything going on. Tastefully chosen furnishings keep the mid-century feel with a sectional sofa, coffee table, two turning loungers with poofs and a large flat screen TV to stream your favorite movies or music. The room also has a side bar next to another set of doors that open to an outdoor covered gaming area.
Step outside to enjoy pool by the pool! Underneath the covered patio, a full-size pool table offers hours of fun competition with a granite counter bar that runs almost the length of the patio. Around the corner from the patio is the gas BBQ grill and al fresco dining table to enjoy morning meals or dining under the stars. Beautiful desert landscaping and paved pathways lead to the above ground spa where you can soak your cares away or step up to the outdoor fire pit to cozy up to with a glass of wine at the end of the day.
The pool area is amazing with multiple seating and lounging areas including a vintage Syd Leach patio set for refreshing cocktails by night or morning coffee. Float free in the home’s large pebble bottomed pool with waterfall and raised standing shelf on the deep end or use the steps on the shallow end to enter like a movie star. The pool and backyard are West-facing offering beautiful sunset views of the San Jacinto mountains. At the north end of the yard, you can relax inside the stylish covered gazebo (with misters for summer relief) with a bar counter and additional seating. Mix up your own margaritas and lounge away. Tucked to the side of the cabana is an additional quiet two-seater patio set just outside the primary bedroom’s French doors.
The home’s three bedrooms lie off the hallway from the front formal living room with two bright and energetic guest bedrooms that share the hall bath and the primary bedroom ensuite suite that opens to the back. All bedrooms offer king beds, ceiling fans, full closets and smart streaming TVs. The first guest bedroom features art inspired by stylish and beloved country star Dolly Parton while the second goes bedroom is a funky, retro inspired cactus delight. The guest bedrooms share the hall bath that is a step-in shower/bath combo. The primary suite opens with French doors to semi-private outside patio and offers a beautiful travertine bathroom with glass partitioned, walk-in shower.
This beautiful vacation rental is just minutes from historic downtown and the not-to-be-missed Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Experience the essentials of our special city, with its many spas, world-class golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, bars and night clubs in your home away from home.
It should be noted the City has a vacation rental ordinances with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It will be explained further at booking and feel free to ask questions. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves.
Special events like weddings are NOT allowed. The city limits the registered adult guests at this house to six (6) and there can be no more than three (3) cars present at any time.
