You'll never want to leave PS DolceVilla. This two-bedroom, single level condo lives like a single-family home and will get you in the Palm Springs state of mind in moments with comfortable furnishings in warm, earthy colors of the desert.

There is plenty of space to spread out and relax, from lingering in the leather armchairs around the rustic dining table, napping on a large sofa in front of the fireplace or cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or using the patio grill.

The villa is equipped with comfortable linens on both the king (master bedroom) and queen (guest room) beds, travertine-clad tub and steam shower (mater bath), 55" LED 4K flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and more.

Outdoors, you'll feel like you're at your own private spa: beautiful salt-water pool with daybeds enough for everyone and stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Lounge all day and into the evening with starlight overhead from the hot tub. You cannot match the joy of a moonlit swim under the desert sky.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted, due to the pool not being gated.

The condo is located in the gated community Sundance Resort Villas, a 20-acre complex, each unit with its own pool, spa and they are separately walled for privacy. Walk out the back gate and meander paths of private greenbelt space with plenty of grapefruit and lemon trees. It's a charming neighborhood with fulltime residents making great neighbors; just steps away from historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. It should be noted the city has sound ordiances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dram vacation and relaxation but is by no means a "party-central" home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are not allowed.

This place was just perfect for our getaway in the sun. Beautiful accommodations, very private patio and pool, and fully equipped. Everything was in its proper place and labeled and there was always shade or sun to be enjoyed, depending on what was desired. We had zero issues with the property and would come back in a heartbeat! Such a great stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! So clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient to everything in downtown PS. The view of the mountains as your floating in the pool well, we will be back!

House is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house. Per HOA, no children under 12 allowed.
