The City of Palm Springs just mandated a masking order for anyone inside a local business. They've also mandated, for indoor dining, proof of vaccination or a negative co-vid test result within the past 72 hours.
We have invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. If you need assistance while you are in residence and anyone from our team needs access to the house, they will be masked and gloved upon entry. We ask you wear a mask while we are present in the home.

A more formal living space provides room to spread out with the front living room and dining area seamlessly flowing together. An oversized, well-stocked kitchen is the perfect space to create elaborate meals, delicious breakfasts, or an ongoing buffet of snacks and appetizers to keep the games going with an additional casual dining table that seats six. Off the back of the kitchen is an easy access laundry room and storage that additionally opens poolside. The family room is a great less-formal place to gather for movie night with a huge smart flatscreen TV or lounging in front of the fireplace on the cooler desert winter evenings.
The bedrooms lie off the front entry on one side of the home. Sleeping arrangements consist of two lively guest bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) that share the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and the primary suite which sits on the back side of the home with a large smart flat screen TV, writing desk and French doors leading poolside. The ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.
Playtime is in full effect in the backyard where the whole crew will enjoy a large sparkling pool and in-ground spa with plenty of seating and lounging areas under a fully covered patio that runs the length of the home. Have your meals poolside at dining table that seats six or enjoy a cocktail in the shade will still keeping everything in sight. Need space for the kids (or furkids) to run around? The backyard offers great natural grass space for additional outdoors games and fun or just for them to run off some steam.
These darling homeowners plan on continuing to expand the amenities this home offers and we are excited to see what comes next. In the meantime, there’s plenty to keep you entertained or just let your hair down and Relax.
This beautiful vacation rental is just minutes from historic downtown and the not-to-be-missed Aerial Tramway. Experience the essentials of our special city, with its many spas, world-class golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, bars and night clubs in your home away from home.
It should be noted the City has a vacation rental ordinances with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It can be explained further before booking. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves.
