This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home begins with open concept living areas. Upon entry you will find (to the left) a formal living room with gas fireplace and large flat screen streaming Smart TV as well as a smaller casual seating area to the right. The well-equipped kitchen looks out over a large extended kitchen island with quartz counters and breakfast seating for 4. Dual ovens, lots of cabinetry and stainless appliances make this kitchen easy to prepare and entertain while staying a part of the conversation. Moving past the kitchen is a delightful formal dining area with French doors on two sides leading out to the BBQ bar and al fresco dining area as well as poolside. You’ll be able to enjoy delicious meals, wine, and cocktails both inside and out.
The two guest bedrooms and shared bath are located at the front of the house off the smaller casual seating area - one Guest offers a queen bed and the other a full-size (or double) bed. Both share a beautifully remodeled guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. The primary suite lies off the side of the formal dining area and is a roomy retreat that offers a king bed, flat screen streaming TV and a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. French doors open bedside to small patio overlooking the spa and side desert garden.
It’s a fair bet that most of you time will be spent outside enjoying the gorgeous free-form pool with a cascading spa that waterfalls into the deep end. An enviable BBQ bar offers a utility sink, separate two-burner over, mini-fridge and new large gas-in grill. It’ll be easy to get the meal to the table when you are dining under the stars at the al fresco dining area under the patio pergola. In cooler months, you may want to cozy up outside around the free-standing gas fireplace with cocktails and nibley bits while planning the next day’s excursion or regaling the day’s events.
This beautiful vacation rental is just minutes from historic downtown and the not-to-be-missed Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Experience the essentials of our special city, with its many spas, world-class golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, bars and night clubs in your home away from home.
It should be noted the city has a vacation rental ordinance with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It can be explained further before booking. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves.

We loved the spacious home with all the amenities such as Molten Brown toiletries and clean bounty of fresh towels for outdoor swimming available. Those added touches make all the difference. The house is very clean and bright with fun mid-century furniture and design. We loved the breakfast nook area that faced the backyard pool and patio area. The large doors and windows allowed you to feel as if you were outside with nature while we ate our meals at this area every day. It provided a great morning start and end to every evening. You really feel like you're on a getaway vacation in Palm Springs. The patio area and pool with jacuzzi is the best. We loved the succulent gardens with views of the mountains and the tiki torches for night swimming. The outdoor kitchen was great for a BBQ and lounging outside at sunset. We stayed one night and ate outside rather than going into town and made the best meal and enjoyed our beautiful views. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful with beautiful homes all around. Communication with our host Greg and Jason were great and they took care of all of our needs and concerns, I give them both 5 stars. The only reason this place is getting 4 stars is that power went out in the whole neighborhood our second day and we didn't know when it would come back on. It was 104 degrees outside, and we had no control over when power would come back on. Ultimately after 6 hours the power came back on. Because of this incident, which is rare we were told, we give the house 4 stars for not having a backup generator. Other than that, we really loved the house. Thank you and we look forward to coming back again!

This place fulfilled all of our needs! It was gorgeously decorated with vibrant colors inside and outside. The pool was fantastic. The grill was spacious enough to get a meal cooked in no time at all. Every amenity was thought of from extra shampoo and conditioner to extra plates and glassware.
