Developed between 1959 and 1962, Racquet Club Estates was originated and built by Alexander Construction Company and architect William Krisel. The homes offered floor plans designed specifically for the weekender and vacation goer looking for a home in Palm Springs. With two different street orientations and five roofline elevations, Krisel created a distinct and varied community by the combination of these elements.
