Love this House!
Can't wait to go back! We love this rental. It has everything a vacation rental can provide. Great outdoor space, terrific interior, and close to all PS has to offer. The decor and amenities are top notch and the pool and hot tub... oh boy, that was great and a terrific way to start the day or unwind the day. Amazing Home!
Amazing Property This house is fully equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare some wonderful meals. Our every need was met from the fluffy towels to floats for the pool. It is close to town for shopping, restaurants and bars. The outdoor space is fantastic with separate areas for sunning, eating and relaxing. Desert Perfection!
Desert Perfection! My family and I (2 adults 2 kids) had an incredible weekend here. We rent often in PS and this was by far the best place we've stayed in. The kitchen well stocked (my kids particularly loved the waffle iron) and the pool, spa and bocci ball court gave us all tons to do. It's on a corner lot so the house is nice and quiet and only 5 minutes from town. Awesome mountain views. We will definitely be back next year! original post date 1/24/17

Totally Private
Great stay in January! My friends and I (4 adult women) had an amazing "girls trip" over a week in January. This house has EVERYTHING, and I mean everything. We all love to cook, and the beautiful kitchen is stocked with every appliance or gadget you would ever need. We loved the mid-century style and chic furnishings....It looks even better in person than the photos. Tons of privacy with tall hedges around the beautiful pool/patio/hot-tub. Definitely returning
Will definitely return! Love this place. Miss it already. We were happy to hear upon arriving that the house has all BRAND new hip mid-century modern furniture (love it), Hot tub, & Grill. But the biggest fan of the place was our dog. She played in the enclosed private back yard all day. We drove down the street to town easily and went to our favorite brunch spot Cheeky's and the kids played at Ruth Hardy Park afterwards. Scott was outstanding and very helpful making sure our family was well taken care of. The view of blue sky, snow-capped mountains and fruit trees was special. Nice and well appointed
We rented this house with another family of 4 and had an amazing weekend in Palm Springs. We rent frequently out in PS, and we will be coming back to this house. It has clearly been redone recently, and was so well appointed! You could find everything easily in the kitchen and it was well stocked. I like to cook big meals for everyone while on vacation and the kitchen had everything a cook could ever need. All the drawers are labeled which makes things so easy to find. The beds were really comfortable, and the house is nice and quiet. Great pool, backyard sitting areas a hot tub and bocci court. It also has amazing views of the mountains too - my favorite. Everything and More!
EVERYTHING YOU HOPE FOR IN A RENTAL We filled this house with our family (kids aged 10 and 7) for 8 nights and it was perfect. All of the kitchen amenities you could wish for were provided and clearly labeled. Every room is beautifully designed with intentional minimalism that is in-keeping with the classic Palm Springs architecture. Even the fire appears stylishly from the glass pebbles in the fireplace. The living area is wonderfully spacious and the double doors open up to create a real vacation feeling. The outdoor space is perfectly designed with enough sun-exposed areas for the tan-seekers, and comfy seating areas in the shade for when you need a cooler escape. The view of the mountain is stunning and we watched the sun sink into the mountain every night. The pool is an ideal size for kids or for energetic adults who want to swim lengths to counteract a few of those lazy afternoon beers. I totally recommend paying the extra price option to have the pool heated. original 5/1/17

Definitely coming back!
I usually only rent properties with plenty of reviews so was a little nervous about this place with only one. I had no need to worry because it could not have been a better experience. The house actually looks better in person than the photos and it looks pretty good in the photos. This is an extremely well maintained property with every amenity provided. It is super handy to town, supermarkets and anything else you need and even though it's a only a few minutes from the airport the planes are not an issue at all, it's not a major airport, you don't get any noise. It was however very handy for the guests that flew in. The property manager is available for any questions and happy to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Everything and more!
6 Palms was everything we could ask for and more! We rented 6 Palms for a girls weekend and could not have asked for a more perfect property. The home was spotless, incredibly decorated, fully stocked with everything we needed from kitchen appliances to pool floats etc. I felt like I was in a chic hotel but way more relaxed. I will 100% rent this place again with my family and friends for sure. Location is literally 5 minutes from Palm Springs airport and downtown. Can't wait to visit again!!! original post date 12/1/17

Perfect Location
Amazing house in the heart of Palm Springs! Just had an amazing long weekend with friends at this beautiful house. Everything is exactly as pictured - super cool design, everything seems new and pristine. Heated pool, hot tub, new grill....all the amenities you could want. We cooked a lot, and the house has a fully stocked kitchen with every gadget a chef would need. The location is perfect too - we actually walked from the house downtown to watch the Pride parade...and took a quick ride to the Tram which takes you up the top of the mountains for amazing views. Picturesque
Stunning, picturesque Palm Springs home. This property is as pristine as Palms Springs can be. There is a pool, spa, sitting area, and bathrooms galore. The kitchen was amazingly equipped to cook a beautiful breakfast and the entertainment surround sound system was able to keep my guests happy. Great Getaway
Great home for family or friend getaway! Home is amazing! Great place for families or a boys or girls trip. This place is great! Spent 4 nights with the family and wish it was longer. Home is very comfortable and bright and opens up to the beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub, fabulous sitting area and bocce court. The house is well stocked with every appliance you'd need to cook including a gas BBQ. Bedrooms are spacious with great mattresses and decor. The location is great as well. Relaxing
Clean, Fresh and Relaxing? This is for You! We spend 7 nights in this lovely house, the house is beautiful, just as the pictures show and as the owner describe. One of our best and most relaxed vacations so far! Here's what we loved: Number 1, overhaul super, super clean, fresh and welcoming bed sheets. Indoor and outdoor furniture are updated, modern and.. again, clean. Natural sunlight all over! huge glass doors in the kitchen brings in maximum light. Lots of towels! For bathing, swimming and for everything in between. Fully stocked with everything you'd ever need (besides food...). WiFi Great location; within a few minutes driving of everything. Private heated and clean pool right in your backyard. Great outdoor jetted hot tub, you can enjoy the sun and mountain views at day, or the stars at night! Convenient parking. Very comfortable beds. PS Perfection

Amazing Experience!
Amazing Experience. Myself and three friends rented this house and had a blast. The house itself is very nice, very clean. And before I get to the outside, I will say the beds are ACTUALLY comfortable. I slept like a baby. Anyway, the pool and outside area were great. The outdoor space is also very private as there are nice shrubs surrounding the property. Finally, the property manager was friendly and responsive. He was over in 10 minutes when we got locked out. Everything you Want!
Everything You Want for a Weekend Getaway. Honestly, I'm not sure what it could be missing. For us there was plenty of space for our small-mid size group. Comfy beds, pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ and lot's of living room and backyard area for lounging. It's also, super close to anywhere you'd want to get to downtown. Second Time is a Charm!
Second Time's A Charm Another weekend in Paradise! Held my 2nd annual girls trip here and it did not disappoint. Everything was clean and organized and we made great use of the kitchen gadgets (of which there are so many, they take up an entire closet in the kitchen!). Added bonus: there were an assortment of games in the media cabinet which made for lots of fun. The pool , spa and outdoor space are so quite and relaxing we did not want to leave. 2nd Visit!!!
6 Palms never disappoints! This was my 2nd visit to 6 palms and it was just as I remembered it. Super clean, stocked with every kitchen gadget you can imagine and clean sheets and towels. Private resort
Stylish hotel like with feel at home touch! My boyfriend and I had a weekend get away with our toddler here. Definitely more room than we could have imagined and lots of incredible kitchen appliances to keep us creative in our cooking! Waffles were a nice treat. The jacuzzi and color changing lights were fantastic. Did not need my blow dryer or soaps since all that is provided for. Next time we would love to bring more people with us since the rooms are big and cozy and theres a lot of beautiful yard space to hang at during the day. The decor is really fun and wish we had taken more pictures! Super close to fun playground and everything was convenient and easy during our stay. Look forward to going back again soon! Absolute Great House
An absolutely great house for a relaxing trip to Palm Springs. First, Relax Palm Springs really makes an effort to assist you in your trip to PS with responsive and informative messages. Second, the check-in process is super easy and they go through all of the PS rules/regulations and the house's features. Third, the neighborhood is quiet, cute (such mid-century charm), and close to downtown PS. And finally (and most importantly), the house is amazing! Very Palm Springs!
This was exactly what we were looking for! The home was well equipped with an amazing backyard. The property managers were thorough and helpful. We would definitely stay here again or check out other properties by this manager. Felt like a Palm Springs getaway, which is what you want! Love this House!!!
Love this house!!! Woke up and had my coffee while sitting in the outdoor swing. Spent the day relaxing in the pool and the evenings cooking and watching movies with the family. On the first day there were a few maintenance issues and someone came to fix everything ASAP! Amazing customer service and hospitality that made this entire experience easy and gave me peace of mind. OUTSTANDING!
Our family started a Covid Getaway in Arizona and then drove to Palm Springs and this place was OUTSTANDING. Absolutely awesome. Brad was so helpful whenever we needed anything. The house was perfect, the pool excellent, and the amount of time taken to sanitize prior to our arrival was amazing. Our family of four fit perfectly and we enjoyed every minute of this getaway. Perfect and Spotless
The yard is private and between the landscaping and cute patio furniture, it surely feels like youre the only family for miles. There are neighbors who share the yard fences but they each have pool as well and we had no issue of noise complaints. Although, I learned after booking that the noise ordinance is very strict so be sure to Bring waterproof headsets if you want to listen to music by the pool. We did and it made a difference. The house was spotless and perfect for our family of 6. Beds were comfy and we loved having access to both bathrooms from the yard. This place is a gem with amazing AC. Will book again!
This place is great. They had Lego's our three-year-old was pleasantly surprised (Mama thanks you!! lol). The only thing I was disappointed with was the bed in the master room...it was very stiff, as someone with back issues. I found it very hard to sleep and it aggravated my pain, otherwise, this is a great stay for a family trying to get away! The kitchen was a dream and the pool is perfect. Love this property
We loved our stay at this property. The house was open, and bright. We enjoyed the large sliding doors to create the indoor/outdoor space with the pool... which was heated perfectly. The hot tub was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Since we were there for Thanksgiving, we had concerns about whether the kitchenware would be up to snuff, but honestly, this was one of the best appointed kitchens we've ever experienced. (And just about every appliance you would need, including a food processor.) The house was well cleaned before we arrived, and we noticed the extra precautions taken for COVID-19, right down to the wrapping the remote controls with plastic bags. Nice and Quiet
Great place to covid isolate, nice private yard in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog loved playing fetch in front grassy yard. Kitchen was perfectly supplied for my our cooking needs. Beds were comfy, living area chairs ok. Outdoor was where we mostly hung out, although Palm Springs quiet after 9 was a little challenging. Host and property managers were awesome. Has it ALL!
This house has a great location and quiet neighborhood. A few things to know before you go: all doors are glass and rooms are very close together. This doesn't leave a whole lot for privacy. I would have loved a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, there's one small one in each bathroom. The pool was good, but note that this is a chlorine pool, not salt water. Our kids didn't mind in the least. They loved it! The kitchen was nice and open. There were a TON of appliances, ranging from toaster oven to espresso machine which was helpful for preparing foods, along with a ton of plates, barware, etc. We really loved the big sliding door to open up and monitor kids in the pool.
