Summer Fun!
We spent a week here in June with our 2 children (ages 1&4). The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Its very close to downtown and in a great neighborhood. The yard is a wonderful spot to spend the day...very private. Brad, from Relax PS, came by the house and showed us how to work everything and was communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything...he was fantastic.

The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We cant wait to return!

The best
We had a blast we the family, Neighborhood is very quit and outdoor is peaceful and feel like a comfy nest. Host was responsive and great communication. Please just change the barbecue and it s getting old and difficult to clean :) Definitely will use Relax for our next Palm Springs trip..

Stellar agency and lovely home
I had recently had a horrific experience in Miami with a VRBO, and this house & agency restored my faith. The house was exactly as described. And the communications with rental agency were stellar. Very grateful for everything.

Great Family Home for Memories!
Family of 4, 2 boys 6 & 3 yo and went during Xmas and New Years week. Weather was great, sunny everyday with beautiful views of the mountains The house was fantastic and made Palm Springs feel like a utopian oasis. Had all the amenities for a family with kids, I grilled 6/10 nights. The pool and hot tub were fantastic for us. We ate dinner every night by the fire pit, the boys swam a ton, had their own rooms and slept well every night after having lots of activity and fresh air. The laughter and the smiles combined with this great spot have made a ton of memories. Quiet area but convenient to lots of things. Everything was very well thought out and in 10 days we were able to make it feel like home. This place definitely gave me feelings of wanting to move to Palm Springs full time. FYI a lot of municipal codes relating to noise and that is made clear so be mindful when booking. Not a party house. Other than that I would 110% recommend and will use them again when we go back to PS

Great House
Excellent home with a beautiful and private back yard. The owners didn’t skimp on anything. Great bathrooms and nice shower heads. Excellent communication and extremely relaxing!!

Fabulous Home
We had everything we needed to make our stay comfy and accommodating which was nice. I loved all the little extras and details just like when you stay at an upscale resort hotel. We had a lot of privacy in the backyard which was nice thanks to the landscaping. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we felt safe. If youre planning to cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything youll need. They also have the coolest dishes, utensils and glasses. The beds are super comfy and they have games in the living room and pool toys in the garage. It was such a great vacation home for me and family. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Great House
If you want your own resort, this is the place for you! Hot tub, pool and outdoor fire are first class. The place was absolutely spotless and had everything for a wonderful stay in Palm Springs. All beds were comfy and the interior design was expertly done. Original Posting Date: 05.28.22

Communication 10 out of 10
Gregg and Jason were absolutely fantastic in helping us with this trip. The first villa was fabulous but when we arrived there was a slight problem with the pool pump. Gregg and Jason were super quick to relocate us and it made our trip great. The communication is 10/10 and both were so helpful. Thank you for an amazing trip to Palm Springs! Great Place
We loved staying at your house! Great pool and a big backyard with lots of seating options. We wanted to let you know that the coffee maker is a 14 cup machine but the pot is for 12 cups, so the lid of the pot isn't high enough to touch the drip piece. Also, the toaster coils are only on in the bottom on one side. We had to flip the bread to toast both sides. Other than these two things it was a great place. Thanks, Ingrid.

Wonderful Property
Wonderful property! We had a lovely time relaxing by the pool, sleeping in a comfy bed, grilling and eating outside. Location is great (3 min drive to supermarket, 5 min to playground, 10 min to downtown). Incredibly well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of towels and bedding. Pool heated to perfect temperature; hot tub can be turned on to hot quickly. Grilled outside every night. We will stay here again! Perfect Location
Perfect location and wonderful property The house is really nice. The pool and spa and the fireplace in the backyard are all spectacular. Overall great house
Overall a great home! Dcor is spot on for the location. Comfortable sized rooms and a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook. Games, puzzles, pool toys- all available. A well thought through property. The house worked well for our little family especially with the outside entrance from the primary.

Everything you need!
This house is beautiful and has everything you could need! The salt water pool is amazing and made the over 100 degree weather bearable, especially since we didn't feel gross afterwards like you would in a regular pool. The house had great indoor and outdoor space, we especially liked the cushy lounge chairs and eating outside. The hot tub was broken when we arrived and although we were later discounted for the inconvenience, it would be something to double check about before staying there. Original Posting Date: 08.09.21

COVID elopement get away
This cute house was the perfect location for our COVID elopement. We got married under the palm trees in the backyard with no guests. It was so peaceful with the quiet yard and views of the mountains. Then we got to spend the rest of the week here as our honeymoon! Our stay was wonderful with all the amenities we needed. Its a great location near everything you could want in Palm Springs. The hot tub was divine. A bottle of Prosecco was left for us in the fridge with a congratulations note, and everyone was super helpful and quick in answering our last minute questions about what we could do with decor. They even checked in to make sure the pool cleaner, gardener, etc wouldnt come on the wedding day. Looking forward to staying here for many anniversaries to come! Original Posting Date: 02.26.21

Fantastic
Great house in an awesome location in Palm Springs. Super clean. Easy check in. Fast and friendly communication leading up to and during our stay. The house is decorated nicely and the outside area/pool/hot tub is great for hanging out and enjoying Palm Springs. Fabulous Home
This property is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Traveling with our family, we were grateful for the steps taken to assure the house was properly cleaned. The house is stocked with games, puzzles, toiletries and no detail is forgotten. We appreciated the different types of cookware and serving ware available for us to use. Exceeded Expectations
This house exceeded expectations! The photos did not do it justice as some of the decor had been upgraded even more. This is a great house for entertainment. The amenities are very thoughtful and give you everything you would need in a kitchen and home for the weekend. The backyard and alfresco dining table was so lovely. Contact-less check in and check out was very easy and the property mangers were prompt with communication. Just note that this space is a little more norther in PS so it can be a windy area, which we loved.
