Read the review I submitted in the Airbnb app, too. Great location. House has great bones and a wonderful outdoor / pool area. However it is also in desperate need of a serious deep clean, cooking gear upgrade and bathroom plumbing maintenance.

Whole Family for X Mas
We had our whole family, 3 grandparents, 5 adult children and spouses, 2 toddlers, and 2 grand dogs for the holiday. The house and yard were fantastic! The yard bis totally fenced and the neighborhood walkable, quiet, and close to everything in downtown PS. There was a large table that accommodated even more than we had and the kitchen was more than fully stocked. The pool and spa were perfectly heated and the manager provided great service when the pool controls were not working likely due to the rain we received. He turned the spa on remotely each time we asked within minutes of our asking. The common areas were spacious and the beds very comfortable. We all agreed it would be a great place to come back to again.

It’s a winner
9 of us went here for a 60th girls trip. The pool was very clean and we loved the misters. Lots of space. The beds were great. The property manager reached out a few days before our arrival and was super forward leaning about stores to go to and any question I had about the house. The house was clean. Only a 15 min walk to the shopping area which was great.

Spring in Palm Springs
House is in a great location and layout is perfect for a large group. We had 10 adults and everyone had plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were great along with the outdoor space. We did enjoy the fire pit several nights. Walking distance to downtown was a plus. Checkin and checkout was very easy.

Incredible Property! It's Like a Private Resort

A Week in Palm Springs
Loved staying in Palm Springs and this location was fantastic. The neighborhood is quintessential Palm Springs, and I enjoyed walking around looking at the mid century houses on a daily basis. Also, the location is a short walk into town. Every day we walked to get coffee in the morning and/or to dinner which was great.

The house is laid out more for families with kids than groups of adults in my opinion. The side of the house the primary bedroom is on doesn't technically have a hallway. You need to walk through two other bedrooms to get there. You can enter the bedrooms from the outside though. 2 of the rooms have 2 small twin beds. One room has a double or queen. 2 rooms have a king. 1 room has a king Murphy bed. It is actually perfect for 2 families with kids to split. I was there with 9 grown adults. It was also very comfortable for us, and all couples had their own space and bathrooms.

The pool was heated perfectly and the pool controls were easy to use. The hot tub heated quickly and they do not stiff you on heating fees which I really appreciated.

The house does show some wear and tear as can be expected from a rental. For example, the showers were a little difficult to operate. There was also a gas smell coming form one of the fireplaces one day.

I think my favorite part of the entire house is the backyard. It is beautiful. Overall, the place is great. Neighborhood is awesome, house is spacious, and vibes are good.

Old Las Palmas Gem!
We had an amazing stay for our annual thanksgiving family get together! This property not only boasts beautiful views and amenities but holds true to the mid century vibe that makes Palm Springs so special!! The quick walk to downtown makes morning coffee or a night out so easy!Amazing outdoor space with multiple fire pits for great conversation and the pool is perfect for lounging or a morning workout!!! Wonderful Wedding Weekend!
Perfect place to have our small immediate family stay for our wedding weekend. The living space is amazing and allowed us all to gather, but the multitude of rooms allowed for everyone to have their private space as well. The cherry on top was being able to take my two pups who were a part of the wedding. It’s truly a beautiful home and a memory we will have forever. Would 1000% book again. The property manager, Robert was also so amazing and easy to get a hold of if needed. Loved everything about this experience and can’t wait to go back!

Vista Las Paradise
The home is an amazing vacation refuge within the best area in Palm Springs. Easy to walk or drive to the entire downtown locale. The lounge chairs/umbrellas outside were great and conducive to lounging at the pool all day. Property management was supremely responsive to any need or issue that arose. The only criticism was that certain items in the home are starting to look worn (I stayed at this home 3 years ago). Seating inside as well as rugs could be updated (signs of wear/stains etc).

Fabulous House Family Stay
We had 13 family members stay for 10 days to celebrate my husband’s retirement. The house equipped all our needs perfectly! The home was beautifully decorated and very well appointed serving all our needs. Our grandchildren commented after they returned home that they wanted to stay there together forever! It was a magical time for our family!!!

Beautiful home and pool. Great location
The house was nicely decorated with a cool style. Great walking location to town. Lots of room for guests and outdoor living space. We felt the house could have been cleaned better upon arrival. Otherwise, we had a great experience. The rental company was incredibly accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay for a Large Group
We had a group of 12 visiting Palm Springs and had a great experience at this property! We could all fit comfortably around the dining room table, lounge at the pool, all while at a house that is very walkable to downtown. Robert was a great property manager who was super responsive when we had questions or a minor hiccup with the house.

Great Home
The house was gorgeous with a luxurious feel and plenty of space for our group of 10. Robert was extremely responsive and friendly. The house is conveniently located near the main strip (5 min Uber), but was also tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The outdoor space was every well equipped with lots of lounge chairs and seating.

Oasis in the desert!
We recently rented this amazing house for a girls’ trip. It was the absolute perfect place for the 9 of us! Everything was handled professionally from start to finish! The space was beautiful appointed and very clean! There was plenty of living spaces so we never felt crowded. The pool was gorgeous and so fun! The location was great, very close to restaurants and shopping. I think it was the best house I have ever rented! I cannot say enough good things about it! Will be back hopefully!

Wonderfull Girls Weekend
Loved our stay at this gorgeous Swiss Miss. Amazing property and host. Easy walk to the main shopping strip. My only critique was that you can't have music outside, even at a low level. Small price to pay for this amazing property.

Bachelorette in Palm Springs
We had such an incredible time staying at this stunning property. Girl's Vacation Time

Just start taking photos
You just want to start taking photographs of everything. The house layout is great for groups- perhaps most especially the outside. The one main suite needs to be accessed from the outside of the adjacent bedroom is occupied and you want that bedroom to not be walked through- it isn't a big deal, and we knew about it because we looked at the floor plan. There was and will be construction behind the house for. who knows how long. The noise was a surprise so was a small disappointment. It was intermittent and therefore didn't ruin outside all day every day. Being aware of it in advance is helpful. The management team is responsive and nice. We will definitely return! Relax and Unwind

Long Weekend Getaway
Amazing property, stylish, clean, close to everything we needed. There is only one downfall to this property and that's no music outdoors AT ALL... EVER. Amazing Time at PS Aloha
We had an amazing time at PS Aloha. The house was beautiful, wonderfully decorated, impeccably clean, and perfectly laid out for our group of two families with four young children. Each family was able to have its own private wing of the house, connected by a large open living space, all overlooking the gorgeous pool and incredible back-yard area. We had been a little concerned about traveling to Palm Springs in the middle of summer but needn't have been at this property. Though it was very hot outside, in addition to the amazing pool, there were wonderful touches to keep us cool -- like large awnings, giant adjustable umbrellas, a covered patio area, plus mist sprayers everywhere. It was a paradise for the kids and adults alike. The property managers were also extremely helpful, accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. When we had a slight issue with one of the showers, someone arrived immediately to fix it, and managed to do so quickly and without intruding upon us. Old Las Palmas Classic
Gorgeous home! Even more beautiful in real life. Spacious, well laid-out with every thoughtful detail. Great balance of retro style and modern tech/amenities. We were a group of 9 ladies in our mid-40s. Spent most of our time at the home as it was too lovely to leave. Stayed in late September and weather was hot and pool friendly. Jonathon and Brad checked us in and took great care of us during our stay. They provided dining and activity recommendations and were knowledgeable and helpful. Location is easily walkable to shops, restaurants/coffee etc. or a quick uber ride. Be aware of the city-wide ordinance regarding noise and no music allowed out at any time, ever. This is a city ordinance for rentals, not a reflection on the home/neighborhood/rental agency, but it is extremely strict. I was concerned about this as you and all guests will need to sign several documents acknowledging these Good Neighbor laws. It wasn't a big deal once we arrived and we still had a great time, but make sure you manage the expectations of your travelers. Original Posted Date: 10.14.19

Beyond Expectations
