Lovely Yard
The rear of the home has almost continuous sliders looking out over a lovely private yard encircled with a tall ficus hedge. Many of the furnishings are classic midcentury showcasing a number of pieces from iconic designers - knockoffs, but very well done knockoffs. Property management is very responsive and personable.

Holiday PS Stay
Great place, terrific hosting company - only downside was unseasonal rain and a spa that didn’t heat on our next to last day. Would book again in a hearbeat.

Back for a 5th Time - We Love PS AmadoMio!
PS AmadoMio is our home away from home, and the reason we keep coming back to Palm Springs every year. It is comfortable, clean, quiet, well-maintained, well-appointed and tastefully decorated. Robert and the team at Relax Palm Springs are wonderful- attentive to our needs and at the reqdy for us. But the best part is the pool - simple, beautiful, always in the sun, and with a gorgeous view of the San Jacinto Mountains. We will keep coming back every year!

Location, great vibe, peaceful...
From securing the deposit, communication with Robert from the day we arrived until leaving, was very professional. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and entertaining, laundry facilities were great, the bedrooms were comfy. The peace and quiet of the outdoor pool area was wonderful. Incredible location to downtown and surrounding communitites. We enjoyed retuning "home" each day. Cons: need more outlets for charging devices, master bedroom bathroom toilet had flushing issues, bottom sheet in one of the bedrooms had several holes in it. Overall though, we couldn't have been happier.

Fun Time!
Had such a great week staying at this property. Robert was a wonderful host and the home had everything we needed. Classic mid century with a great outdoor pool area and hot tub you can relax in and look at the beautiful mountains. Location is close to everything - less than 10 min Uber to middle of town. Blackout blinds and good quality bedding were really appreciated- slept like a log!

Definitely Recommend this Home!
We come to Palm Springs several times a year so we have seen many homes in the area. The location was great, a quick uber to restaurants downtown, not super windy, and on a good street (not a ton of traffic). The house was really clean, updated, cute decor, well stocked in the kitchen, and really comfortable to spend the day in. The yard is enormous which was great for our dog. Check-in was quick and easy. Communication was simple. They gave us a number to text (I hate talking on the phone!) and answered within minutes when coordinating a check-out time (the only time we ever needed to talk to anyone). Overall, one of the better places we have experienced after renting in PS. Definitely recommend staying here! Great for a getaway with friends too as there was plenty of room to spread out. original post date 7/2/19

Beautiful and Stylish!
What a beautiful, stylish home! Our stay was so great - the house was close to everything we wanted to visit, the hosts were so accommodating and responsive, and the pool is beautiful. We chose this house for its backyard and it did not disappoint! We especially appreciated the variety of outdoor seating. A few standout features: the kitchen is super stocked with appliances/dishes/etc - we wanted for no kitchen tools, which made it really nice to stay in and grill one evening. (And bake a birthday cake!) The wall-to-wall sliding doors made the whole place feel so open and summery, and the decor was perfectly mid-century. Linens were super plush, and the robes and slippers were a nice touch! Overall, our stay was wonderful - well be back to PS Amado! original post date 7/8/19

Great Amenities
This house is wonderful and is perfect for a stay in Palm Springs! The backyard is fantastic - comfortable lounge chairs and two robust umbrellas (sometimes such an overlooked amenity!) for plenty of shade over them, great outdoor table and chairs for a meal, nice propane grill that worked well, and the extensive grass area was awesome for lawn games or also in our case a space for our dogs to run around. The hot tub is perfect to hang out in during the evenings and heats quickly, and the pool while not being huge, is definitely big enough to swim or play in. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice, kitchen had all the supplies and hardware that you might need, AC was operated through a nest and was quick to the cool the place off. Living room area had a big tv and comfortable chairs to lounge in. The house included plenty of cleaning amenities, shampoo/wash, paper towels, tp, band-aids, pool towels, etc which was nice. Communication with the rental group was quick and easy, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Only drawback I can think of is the slightly smaller kitchen, but there was still plenty of room to cook/prepare and let's be real you don't need everyone crowding the kitchen at a time anyways. We would definitely choose to stay at this house again next time we plan to be in the area! original post date 7/23/19

Favorite PS Home!
We have stayed in many rental properties in Palm Springs and I have to say this particular home was by far our favorite! The modern architecture and design inside really captures the beauty of Palm Springs! The house isnt big but lives and feels much larger than it is because it has a stunning wall full of windows to the pool area! The property management was so great with communication and the set up at the house with robes, slippers, note books and such made the home feel so luxurious! The pool is perfect for play or lap swimming! We will for sure be coming back to this house! We loved it so much we are currently looking for our own modern oasis to buy! original post date 8/26/20

Delightful Home
We were delighted to stay at this lovely home. Inside and out the architecture, design and furnishings are gorgeous. The premises is impeccably clean and everything one might need is provided. The pool and hot tub were luxurious. Beautiful furnishings and spacious interior spaces combined seamlessly with the divine patio area. Good quality kitchen equipment is there with everything needed for cooking and dining. Host was sweet with a welcome greeting. Definitely Stay Again
We had a great stay at PS AmadoMio! The house was perfect for our trip . The indoor space was very nice and ideal for cooking and hanging out. Very large living room, comfortable beds, great layout. And the pool and outdoor space were awesome and felt very private and spacious. Communication with the host was super easy with very fast responses. Gorgeous
We enjoyed our stay. Loved the house, the furniture, the kitchen Everything about it. A Sugestion for the cleaning crew, to go more in detail on the living room and patio sofas, dinning chairs and dinning rug. They are beautiful and perfect for the place but they have some old stains on them, making them look dirty. Looking forward to come back again soon, perhaps the last week in October. Enjoyable
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PS AmadoMio. The location was perfect, house was very clean and thoughtfully put together and the service and communication from Relax Palm Springs was outstanding. We had an unexpected issue with the pool when we checked in, and Relax Palm Springs worked quickly to fix it. Brad, Marty and David were all lovely to deal with and I highly recommend renting from them any time you are in Palm Springs! Highly Recommend
My family has a great stay! The house was awesome, it had everything we could have wanted and then some. The pool and grounds were beautiful. And the location was fantastic! We were sad to leave. I was traveling with little kids and it was a great house to have them in, particularly nice because the 2 bedrooms other than the master do not open up to the pool, which is nice for safety. It's the Little things!
The house was great. Very close to downtown. The pool noodle that was at the house was a bit worn and I made mention to Rob. Then he came by with 4 brand new pool noodles. That is the type of service you can expect. Sometimes it is the little things that makes the difference. If you have kids, its a great house for kids especially since the pool is only 5ft. Cute house
We had a great time at this wonderful and so cutely designed house; with Stylish 70s vibes. Nice clean comfortable space to chill and relax. Loved the back yard, its so spacious with different hang out areas to lounge. Nice pool to cool off. Location is very central in a clean quiet neighborhood. Super friendly property manager, Robert made check in/out process so smooth with detailed and precise communication. No music outside rule is enforced, but ok inside with all doors/windows closed. Overall great stay for a relaxing time. Hello, thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property in Palm Springs. It was definitely everything we had hoped for. We Keep Coming Back!
We discovered Amado Mio and Relax Palm Springs during the pandemic, and have already been back for a third time! We love the home, the neighborhood, the pool, and the privacy. It is our home away from home, and we look forward to coming back again and again.
