Our stay went very well. The Relax Palm Springs team is very efficient, which we also noticed in July 24. They are super responsive and do what is necessary to solve problems. Brad was great in July in dealing with our concern.
The house was as described, very functional and pleasant. Great stay!

Very Cute
Overall very nice. Had a few spots for improvement. The glass hood over the kitchen range is too far out over the line of the counter and anyone over 5'6" hits their head repeatedly on the corner of the glass while looking down at the food they are cooking. Also, the beds are remarkably hard. Maybe some foam toppers to soften them a bit? Lastly, there are no drawers in either of the smaller bedrooms: when staying for more than a couple days, it's rough to have to dig through your suitcase every time you change. I would suggest clearing the stuff out of the closets and putting some drawers in them. I have to say that the response time to our 2 big maintanence issues was excellent. It would have been nice not to have any issues, but I know that stuff happens. The backyard is awesome and is THE selling point of the property. Very nice.

Relaxing Desert Oasis
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a getaway weekend. The property was as advertised - beautiful and relaxing. Our host was professional and responsive at all times. The location was great - 5 minutes to town. I was able to jog to town and back in the morning, then hop in the hot tub to zen out. Amazing stay, thank you.

Perfect week at the Blue Mirage
Had a perfect week at the blue mirage enjoying a week of rest and relaxation. Brad the property manager was excellent, explained the property at check in and said he was available at all times for questions/ concerns. Highly recommend having a massage therapist come to the house to enhance the week. My wife and I come to Palm Springs 1-2 times per year and this by far has been our best experience.

Great property!
We absolutely love this rental. We have stayed here a few times. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The staff at Relax Palm Springs is amazing! There anytime you need. Very mice and responsive. I would book any property through them.

Best Experience
This has been my best experience with VRBO yet. The property was clean, the house has a great lay out, and the yard is incredible! The house also came with a lot of indoor games which the kids loved. The pool noodles have seen better days, but I imagine the sun/heat destroys them quickly. We brought along a few inflatable pool toys which I'd definitely recommend :) Gregg with the property management company was so helpful in supplying us with an extension cord during our stay so my husband was able to set up an office space and work remotely during part of the trip. The cleaning fee was quite a bit higher compared to other VRBO I've stayed at in the past, however (unlike the other places) we didn't have a huge list of chores to do at the end of our vacation. We are a tidy family in general, and I felt the requests made were very minimal and reasonable. I would love to see the house updated to include hook ups for an electric car, especially since the house has solar already! I highly recommend this property and hope to come back in the future! Great for a Family
Beautiful house and backyard - the pool and spa are lovely and heat up very quickly! We got unlucky with a wind advisory while there and the wind was very intense, making the outdoor space unusable for half the week which was a bummer. Nothing anyone can do about it though. Long Term Stay
We enjoyed a two-month stay here in winter, 2022. The photos accurately reflect the property. We wanted a home with a backyard that we loved being in, to enjoy the sunshine, as well as an interior space that was easy to live with for two months, an aesthetic viewpoint. Thus property fit the bill. The green hedges around the property were especially nice. The property management company was superb. Very responsive, engaged, professional, smart, and friendly. Wonderful Stay at Blue Mirage
We had a wonderful stay at the blue mirage! The home was everything we hoped for and was perfect for our group of four for five nights. The backyard was enormous, beautifully maintained, and included a number of areas for relaxing in addition to the excellent pool and hot tub. The interior was immaculate, and the kitchen was a nice size and well stocked with supplies and appliances. The main bedroom was large and comfortable, and the two additional bedrooms easily could have accommodated an even bigger group. We were happy to find the entertainment systems set up and ready to go with a few different streaming services. Super Backyard
This home is a fantastic place to stay- the backyard, alone, is worth it! Whether you are an adult, child or child at heart, it offers a ton of activities to keep everyone busy. The care with which the backyard was designed is out of this world. The house, itself, offers spacious areas for group dinners, playing games, and hanging out. Very comfortable
This is an excellent property to visit for your Palm Springs vacation. It has easy access to all the area has to offer (downtown areas, air museum, great food and entertainment, Joshua Tree National Park), is located in a quiet neighborhood (although it seems all of Palm Springs is a rather quiet vacation spot). Because we visited during the summer season, with the temps in the 110's, the pool was so important and refreshing. Ample provided shade allowed our party to enjoy the pool any time of day, even with the extreme heat. The house itself is well appointed with every-day amenities and is very comfortable. Living Space is so perfect
We loved everything about this place! The living space is so perfect. Open, bright, inviting. the outdoor space was incredible. I think we used every part of it. The putting green and ping pong table were a lot of fun with our 8 year old and . We used the pool day and night as well as the hot tub. The BBQ was easy to use and cooked great. We cannot say enough great things about this property. And the propter management was incredible. The Backyard Delivery Everything
Excellent Outdoor Living We chose this property due to the wonderful backyard as our intention was to do a lot of lounging around during our stay. Boy did it deliver! The pool is a nice size with lots of lounge chairs/umbrellas and the hot tub heats up quickly. We enjoyed using the floaties, the hammock, putting green and table tennis - never got to the fire pit due to windy nights but it looked nice. It really was a wonderful space to hang out with ample seating and lounging spots. Too bad you can't have parties because this backyard is really wonderful. The house is well stocked with everything you need: nice towels and bedding, full functioning kitchen and dishware/utensils and ample soaps and paper products. There are a couple of minor things that need fixing but it's just due to general wear and tear and given the way the managers responded to us I'm sure they will be taken care of. The neighborhood is a little odd - on the edge of town almost to the wind farms which means we had some pretty windy days (welcome when it was so hot) but the nearness to everything was perfect (10 minutes to airport / 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs). The Backyard
This was a wonderful spot for a family working vacation. The home's layout provided enough space for my husband and I to work and our 2 kids to do remote school. Property managers were attentive via text and it's a great idea to put the house manual online - I just wish it had included a few more instructions like how to work the thermostat, TV, etc. Kitchen was pretty well equipped though we missed having a toaster :) The real gem of this property is the gorgeous backyard, though - it is incredible! Birthday Celebration
PS Blue Mirage was perfect for my 30th birthday celebration. The outdoor space is phenomenal! The pool was perfect for cooling off in the 100+ August days. The house had everything that we needed during our stay. Four of us needed to work remotely and never had any issues with the wifi - very strong connection. Unfortunately there was an AC outage on the last night that was out of everyone's control, but Jonathan was amazing and walked me through several troubleshooting steps. He even went out the way and brought over some fans so we could make it through the night. Thanks Jonathan! Feedback: The house is a bit more worn in than the pictures let off. Bells and Whistles
Wonderful house in Palm Springs with all the bells and whistles!! Great host and the management was top notch!! Brad was great at communication and everything from check- in to check-out went smoothly. We had some partying neighbors behind the house and because they own that house too, they were able to remedy the "people noise" right away. If we had any small issue, Brad was a text, phone call away and immediately handled it. The pictures are all on point!! The house is so comfortable and decorated so CUTE!!! The backyard is so much fun and everything from the fire pit, the mini golf, the multiple lounge areas, the ping pong table, the grill, table and chairs are all comfy, cozy and stylish. It was the most relaxing weekend away and we will definitely be back for future getaways and stay here. Thanks so much, Brad!! 3rd or 4th Time with Relax Palm Springs
This is now our 3rd of 4th stay with Relax. Each time we have stayed at a different home and each home NEVER disappoints. This was a very comfortable home inside with a back yard that gave us so many entertaining opportunities throughout the stay. The views were incredible. Jonathan and Brad were great hosts, as always. Backyard is the Bomb
Beyond Successful! My family stayed at the house about a year ago and it was great. Since then, the owners moved the home to this new management company and spent (what had to be) quite a bit of money on the back yard. The inside of the house is comfortable, spacious, bright and open. Its comfortable and very easy to live in. Its a great kitchen; well-stocked and open to the living room. But the real deal on this house is the new back yard! It has so many things now we wanted before and a few things we didnt know we wanted. The best corner of the yard for catching the views now has a fire pit. It was winter and we were fireside for almost every sunset! The second best spot for views ended up being the grill and I loved it because I usually dont get to anything when Im outside cooking. Our daughter used the outdoor shower, our son fell asleep on the daybed. I used the putting green on the days I wasnt golfing and the kids got us into a team, boys versus girls, ping pong match. I never would have imagined needing or even using half the back yard; but we did and it was so much fun for everyone! Booking was easy, check-in was easy and thorough. We had one problem with a hot tub; all I needed to do was text and Jonathan had it handled in about 15 minutes. This one is a total winner! Tab L. Original Posting Date: 12.31.19
