Superb.
This is our 3rd time staying at this property, and obviously we love it. It feels like our home. The vibe, the decor, the amenities, everything... The communication from Robert was beyond awesome. We had a few 'hiccups' the first day, but Robert rectified it all immediately. Bravo. See you next year!

Great Experience in Palm Springs
EXCELLENT! Brad, the property manager, made this experience seamless. The home was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. He did a walkthrough and went over the operation of some items and what is expected from us when we leave. The property was centrally located to the things and entertainment that we wanted.

Comfy, well maintained house, close to all things Palm Springs.
We had a wonderful stay PS Chic and I recommend for your stay in Palm Springs.
The pluses:
Brad, our Relax Palm Springs contact, was friendly, responsive and helpful. He provided a variety of great restaurant suggestions and “insider” hints to Palm Springs. When we had a few minor maintenance issues he responded promptly with just the right fix.
The house itself is furnished nicely and well suited to a small group or family of 4. The beds and linens are comfortable with ample closet and drawer space. The house was clean and well maintained.
There is a beautiful park just across the street for pooch walks and romps and the neighborhood dogs are friendly and respectful.
Two drawbacks:
One: The primary slider between the living room and pool area is broken and cannot be opened, shutting off that access and fresh air from the living space. As a main feature of the house, this was a disappointing discovery.

Two: The house lies in the airport flight pattern for many departing flights from the Palm Springs airport. This creates a fair amount of noise pollution at the pool area.

While house rules and some information about trash removal and pool/landscape maintenance schedules is posted on the walls, the house lacks a “guide book” with instructions for appliances, TVs, etc. It would also be nice if there was information regarding restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and sites provided. We can all use the internet for these details or rely on Brad who is a great resource, but a house guide would still be a nice addition.
Overall this is a comfortable, well maintained house in a quiet, accessible neighborhood.

Nothing but GREAT!
Beautiful home and property! AC worked great. Lovely open kitchen. Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures but perfect for a couple, and kept clean and warm. Spa gets hot fast and is fantastic. Quiet and peaceful location across from a school and park, and just a short drive to downtown. Overall a fantastic layout, open floor plan, and so cozy and clean. Beds and linens were very comfortable. If using Keurig bring your own pods as there were none. Property manager communicated well with us the entire trip. Only negative was that fireplace was broken and they didn’t tell us, which was disappointing. But we had a great and relaxing time and we would definitely love to stay again!

Great Place for Meeting up with Friends
Absolutely amazing!! Just 3 High School Friends catching up after 20 years and we had the best time! Floated in the pool, cooked each other dinner, drank wine in the hot tub and just overall had a great time. Probably the best weekend away I've had in forever.... Quite Getaway
We were looking for a quiet getaway in Palm Springs and this was perfect. The house, the beds, amenities were all fantastic (very clean, comfortable, modern). The high while we were there was 95* - the house did stay cool (73), the entire time we were there - ceiling fans made it feel cooler. Coachella Great Place
Wonderful property! Quiet location but close enough to get to downtown Palm Springs easily. We used it as a jump off point to attend Coachella and it was perfect for that. Relaxed stay, very clean, tidy and with all amenities working. Beautiful interior, almost a shame we didn't really spend as much time there given, we were attending the festival. Host was full of great info and recommendations, and we don't have a single negative thing to say. Would 100% stay again, 5 stars across the board. Original Posted Date: 05.09.22

Family Christmas
Family Christmas Get away This property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but note the bed in the main suite is a Queen not a King. Worked fine for us, but not for everyone. The management was very responsive and helpful. It was a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and there is a lovely park (Victoria Park) across the street. One thing to note is Palm Springs is very strict on the outdoor noise policy. There is absolutely no outdoor music at all, ever. $1000.00 fine. Heavenly and Lovely
Heavenly Lovely, elegantly furnished house in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. We loved our stay and felt very well taken care of by the property management team. A wonderful place to spend days by the pool and relax or venture out on small day trips. Best things: comfortable beds (wonderful mattresses and sheets), great water pressure, excellent amenities in the kitchen (toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), heated pool (to a lovely temp for a small daily fee), laundry, biking distance to town. Great Vacation Home
Great house. Close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Cute little compound style home gives you lots of privacy. We loved that the bedrooms were at either end of the house with living areas in the middle. Yard and pool area was lovely with plenty of sun and shade despite no covered patio. House was clean, well-stocked, and everything was in good working order. Location was great. Just a few minutes' drive to anything. House is across the street from a school and a really nice park. Due to Covid, there was no school traffic which made the area very quiet. Nice added bonus! Well stocked kitchen for sure
We had such a lovely stay! The internet was super-fast, both of us were able to make video calls for work. The house was comfortably decorated, and the kitchen was so impressive - I've never seen an Airbnb with such a well-stocked kitchen. The pool and spa were great, with full sun in the morning and some nice shady spots in the afternoon. The neighborhood was quiet, and it was easy to get to the grocery store or downtown. Relaxing and Lounging at PS Chic
We had a really great trip! The house was comfortable, beautifully appointed and really well stocked with all of the amenities you need. The pool was clean and warmed up nicely without having to be heated (early Oct). We intended to explore much more than we did but the house was so comfortable that we ended up lounging and relaxing more than anything else. A break away from the City
This place was great to break away from the city. Really nice modern decor and very clean. The owners took all the COVID precautions seriously and made us feel a lot safer about renting a house during a pandemic. I was concerned at first around the internal AC temperatures after reading another review, but the house stayed very cool throughout our stay, even when the daily temp was ~115. Only hitch was that the BBQ propane tank was empty, luckily, we found a full tank in the garage that saved dinner. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking daily meals and there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided as well. Quiet and Beautiful
The property is beautiful and quiet. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen to cook our meals. The pool (and the wading area) and spa was perfect. Great Getaway
This is a great getaway. The company that runs it is very responsive to issues and really great at communication. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Only issue we had was with the air conditioning which seemed to struggle ever getting below 80 degrees, which is definitely tough in Palm Springs. But the company sent out people to fix on our first day, but it didn't seem to help. They were very responsive about the issue but didn't seem to ever get to fix it. Wonderful Home
This home was wonderful. The unique design allows all of the large windows and sliding glass doors to be open without being seen by anyone on the street. It felt very private and secure. The house itself was clean, modern, and stylish, and was well stocked with everything needed for BBQing and drinking and dining. There were a few snags when checking in, but the host was very responsive and came to the house twice to help within the hour. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again! Celebrating at PS Chic
Such an amazing 6-day trip for my birthday and New Years! Great experience at check in and check out. Great customer service and quick response times when we had any questions. At check in we were also given great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. This is a luxury property and wonderful location with a park across the street for our dog. Also, it's Just a short 5-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The restaurants in Palm Springs were outstanding. Plus, when we were not eating out, we had everything we needed to cook in the amazing huge kitchen. Comfy linens, towels and pool towels provided. PLUS, a heated hot tub and pool made for the best sunsets. Also, a great washer and dryer IF you need to do laundry. Have I mentioned how GREAT this property is? Check it out. We will be back. We would book it again
This property was perfect for my family's mini vacation! The booking process was easy with updates from the rental agent leading up to our check-in date. The house has all the amenities we needed and the sliding glass doors out to the pool were perfect for the adults to stay indoors while watching the children in the pool. There was so much space for us, and it was furnished with comfy yet stylish pieces all throughout. Our stay was so relaxing, and we even had a partial view of the mountains while sunbathing by the pool. The house is a quick drive to downtown Palm Springs where we enjoyed nightly strolls and some ice cream. We really enjoyed staying here.... would book again in a heartbeat!
