This home is ideal for entertaining. You enter the home to a large, formal living room with a bar and gas fireplace, leading to a step-down family room/dining room with your second gas fireplace, overlooking the pool and spa. Step back up to the generous, well-appointed, chef's kitchen and delight your friends with your gourmet skills or continue outside through the glass sliding doors to the sparkling pool and spa. There is lounging for everyone, casual seating areas and a fire feature for day and evening relaxation.
The main house offers two guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them has an ensuite to serve as your primary suite. A great perk of this home is the attached casita offering the third guest room with its own ensuite bath, kitchenette & private entrance. All 3 guest rooms offer king beds and TV's.
The front yard is private, fully fenced for kids and pups and features yard games like giant chess or checkers, cornhole and a putting green while enjoying stunning mountain views. It is not far away to downtown Palm Springs. With its many attractions, shops, restaurants, and art galleries, you can enjoy what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are never far away: multiple tribal casinos (one in downtown Palm Springs) to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and ANA Inspiration (formerly the Dinah Shore Classic), the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Air Museum; in Palm Springs there is something for everyone.
Little Tuscany and the Chino Canyon area is a unique neighborhood of Palm Springs nestled up against the San Jacinto Mountains. The neighborhood has notable architectural and celebrity lineage, with some mid-century homes dotted throughout and its once, highest profile resident, Elvis Presley. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
- Per City ordinance, no music is allowed outside the (fully enclosed) home, at any time of day.
- Per City ordinance, we are required to have your ID on file. After booking, we will request an picture of the front of your ID.
- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $59/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.

The property is in a great location with excellent Mountain View’s and easy access to the hiking trails.
The property is well equipped.

Good vibrations
Great location, comfortable, relaxing. Robert and staff were quick to respond with any of our needs. It was maintained and clean.
The cute casita offered extra respite for privacy and guests who visited during our stay.

Relax & Gilf getaway

Amazing home
Everything was perfect with one exception. We arrived late and the stove was beeping (obnoxiously loud). Could not reach anyone from management although we eventually found the breaker to cut power to stove. Otherwise management was very responsive. Excellent Vacation Rental!
Our family of five really enjoyed everything about this house/property. From the putting green to lawn chess and the pool, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind for the week.
Of all the properties we've rented, this one had everything we needed. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could wish for, which was great given we were preparing most of our meals.

So Much Fun!
We really enjoyed ourselves here. The host was very helpful and always available via text, it was very clean, and the kitchen is very well equipped. I would definitely stay again. My only recommendation to the host would be that the mattress in the primary is far too soft. I personally would have preferred a more supportive mattress. Family Fun in the Sun!
This is the second time we've stayed in a Relax Palm Springs property, and our week at Desert Vibes did not disappoint! The home is in a perfect location...walk or bike into the vibrant downtown. With 3Bdrms /3Baths we all had privacy and the layout offers so many relaxing areas to read, hot tub, play chess & practice your putting...cook a great meal in the incredibly equipped kitchen! One of the best
I’ve stayed at several vacation rentals in Palm Springs, this one has been my favorite! The home is super cozy, modern Palm Springs decor, super cute art throughout. Property is newly remodeled, clean and cozy. The pool is awesome, large backyard with patio table great for large parties. Front yard has games and a great view of the mountains. Downtown PS & groceries stores are a quick 5 minute drive away from the property. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The owners of the property really went above and beyond to make this rental a must! Will definitely be back with my family to enjoy more time. The rental company is great as well, higher end than your standard vacation rental — everything was ready upon arrival and they made themselves available should anything be needed. Well Stocked - Everything We Needed
We gathered for a family weekend including a baby and two dogs. Stephen greeted us at the property for check in and walked us through the house. We all enjoyed the pool, the spa and the amazing space to relax, play games and enjoy meals. The kitchen has everything thing you need and more. Beautiful Holiday!
We were astonished at how beautiful and clean this house was during our stay after Christmas. The front and back yards are particularly nice and the pool and hot tub were awesome to use in the middle of winter. The house has everything you need. We saw a couple of minor maintenance issues, but the hosts handled it responsively and without any inconvenience. We want to stay here again. great pool
The house is nice, the pool is great. The neighbors played loud music outside the last week of our stay which was a little annoying because we were told we weren't allowed to.
