PS DolceVilla
There is plenty of space to spread out and relax, from lingering in the leather armchairs around the rustic dining table, napping on a large sofa in front of the fireplace or cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or using the patio grill.
The villa is equipped with comfortable linens on both the king (primary bedroom) and queen (guest room) beds, travertine-clad tub and steam shower (primary bath), 55" LED 4K flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and more.
Outdoors, you'll feel like you're at your own private spa: beautiful salt-water pool with daybeds enough for everyone and stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Lounge all day and into the evening with starlight overhead from the hot tub. You cannot match the joy of a moonlit swim under the desert sky.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted, due to the pool not being gated.
The condo is located in the gated community Sundance Resort Villas, a 20-acre complex, each unit with its own pool, spa and they are separately walled for privacy. Walk out the back gate and meander paths of private greenbelt space with plenty of grapefruit and lemon trees. It's a charming neighborhood with full-time residents making great neighbors; just steps away from historic Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dram vacation and relaxation but is by no means a "party-central" home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are not allowed.
- Per City ordinance, no music is allowed outside the (fully enclosed) home, at any time of day.
- Per City ordinance, we are required to have your ID on file. After booking, we will request an picture of the front of your ID.
- Per City ordinance, you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
- Pool Heat is optional but available for $59/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.

Lovely, relaxing stay!
The Dolcevilla was lovely! The condo was spotless and well-appointed. The master bedroom amenities were fantastic and the pool area was secluded and beautiful. 3 months in Paradise
This was my fifth year at Dolce Villa, so I obviously must like it! It's beautifully furnished, with appropriate art work and the floor plan is conducive to leisurely living and having guests – great guest bedroom. The kitchen is well furnished with sufficient dishes, pots and pans, etc. Thank you for the Keurig!
Relax always provides excellent service and responds immediately (thank you, Brad!) whenever a problem arises – thankfully few of those. But this year when the hot water tank stopped working, a new one was promptly installed with little loss of service.
One thought – the owner might want to look into the expertise of the “gardener”. Trimming is preferred to hacking. He also should be scheduled before the pool man comes to clean the pool.
Again a great experience in a beautiful setting. I hope to return for a 6th year!

Perfection
Not only is this property in a good location it is private, quiet and dog friendly. There is a delightful park area RIGHT behind this home. It has mountain view and a lovely back yard. The managers are kind and helpful folk. and responsive folk.

Wonderful Experience!
This was my best Airbnb experience. The place looked even better than the pictures! It was clean; fully stocked in the bathroom, living room, kitchen, outside. The host was perfect-friendly and communicative. The location is great particularly if you’re inclined to check out the Palm Springs Tramway! Excite to Return!
We had a fabulous stay in this home and we look forward to returning! The location is fantastic close to restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions, yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor spaces were private and perfect for eating meals, reading and relaxing, and swimming (Loved the view of the mountains!) We even picked fresh citrus fruit from the community park! Property manager was super friendly and responsive. Even Added a Night!
We had such a wonderful stay that we extended it by one night while there. That says it all! I have already recommended PS Dolce Villa to at least three friends interested in a Palm Springs getaway. The home was so relaxing, comfortable, perfectly spacious, and easy to navigate. Our favorite activity was morning coffee on the patio, quietly watching the mountains, reading, and lounging on the comfortable outdoor couches. A perfect home-away-from-home. Getaway in the Sun!
This place was just perfect for our getaway in the sun. Beautiful accommodations, very private patio and pool, and fully equipped. Everything was in its proper place and labeled and there was always shade or sun to be enjoyed, depending on what was desired. We had zero issues with the property and would come back in a heartbeat!
