Just a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs, with its many attractions, shops, restaurants, and art galleries, you are never far from partaking in what the city has to offer. Other Palm Springs attractions are just minutes away: from area casinos to world-renowned sporting attractions like the BNP Paribas and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Los Compadres is a premier neighborhood in South Palm Springs. It's an area full of custom architecture, great for walking and bike riding. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced.
