Our trip to PS Envy
We had a fantastic time, other than a few minor maintenance problems, which were resolved very quickly. I would give this a 9.5 out of 10!

Overall nice rental house but some maintenance required
We rented this house for a week in late february. The house was as depicted. It's a nice mid century modern home on a very quiet street. The house was clean and well appointed. Brad is the manager and he was very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a good rental however somethings could be better maintained. The pool heater did not work for 4 out of the 7 days we were there so we could not use either the pool or the hotub during that time because they were cold. Eventually, they installed a new pool heater. I think some better planning and preventative maintenance would prevented that.

Family Vacation in Palm Springs
We wanted a convenient and desirable destination for the holidays, and found it in Palm Springs. The Relax Palm Springs hosts were attentive, friendly and responsive. The home is as advertised. Do be aware that the Palm Springs Airport is quite active at times in the morning and afternoon - the home is just a few miles from the airport (well, most of PS is a few miles off the runway) so you do have to put up with some noise. Outside of that, the neighborhood is very quiet. The outside space around the pool is quite private - you could skip the swim suit if inclined - and spacious. We really enjoyed spreading out. The view is great.

Great Vacation Rental
Everything was perfect, there was plenty of space for everyone. The place was super clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was absolutely wonderful! Gregg kept telling us to contact him if we needed anything and luckily, we didn't really have too many questions, but I liked feeling like I could have contacted him if I needed to. Also loved that everything we could have possibly needed was there. They even had pool towels and floaties, although next time I would probably bring a couple more because there was only 2 but still very enjoyable. We really loved the aesthetic and the decor and loved the whole backyard area too. The pool was a lifesaver because it was so hot outside. The little casita in the back was perfect for the kids, they were so stoked to have their own private space. It was close to shopping, grocery store down the street, lots of food options and downtown was close by as well. We all agreed that the location was absolutely perfect. A perfect weekend was had by all. A couple of things that were a little bit of a bummer was the no music rule outside, but that's obviously a Palm Springs rule and not the owner's fault so I definitely wouldn't take any stars off for that or anything and the other thing that was kind of a bummer was not being able to turn the AC down. It got really hot at night to the point where we would wake up sweating. But other than that, it was great, and we would definitely stay here again. Original Posted Date: 04.21.23

Great Family Vacation
We booked for the 4th of July extended wknd and communication was excellent from the start. Clear and detailed info on the property and check-in process. Gregg was quick to respond and attentive to all communication. The house itself was perfect for our family, and extended family. House had everything we needed for our stay. Pool/jacuzzi were a hit! 2 kids under 5 and adults loved it!! Casita was super cute and perfect for the grandparents. Property location is convenient, short drive away for downtown PS. Girls Trip at PS Envy
We rented this house for a girl's trip, 8 total ladies. It was perfect for our big group. Plenty of space to spread out. Comfortable beds! We absolutely loved the saltwater pool, so much better than stinky chlorine. We had one small problem when the refrigerator wasn't working. Great Mountain Views
We recently stayed here with my family for my son's wedding. We loved the place! I was a little reluctant to book because there were not many reviews but decided to take the risk. The landscaping & pool are the highlights of this place for sure! Gorgeous views of the mountains. Open & Bright floor plan with a glass slider that open up the kitchen to the yard. The Best Time
We had the best time here!! The house is beautiful and the pictures 100% reflected the house in real life. We did have minor issues when we first got there (some outlets in the kitchen weren't working, house was a bit warm for us and needed an extra fan) and Gregg, the property manager, was quick to answer and come over and fix the issue. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was stocked pretty well! We loved spending hours outside in the pool. Very close to downtown Palm Springs! Get Away
Great Palm Springs Get Away! Location in a quiet neighborhood. Private yard with great space. We loved the casita and the main house. Nicely decorated. Needs newer outdoor furniture cushions, outdoor table and updates on major kitchen appliances to truly be an Envy in PS. Relax Palm Springs and PS Envy met the point
"Relax Palm Springs" met the website photos and descriptions to every point! We especially appreciated all of the cabinet and drawer labels in the kitchen as well as the wide variety of supplies. Communicating with the team to have any and all questions answered was quick and easy. It was convenient to have the information handbook emailed in advance. We also loved the privacy and convenience of the Casita! That is worth the stay at "Relax PS"! I forgot several items in the Casita closet, and it was mailed to me the very next day! The location of the house is in a quiet, lovely street. However, look carefully for the address on the front of the house, it's there! Lovely House
What a lovely house! Our group originally rented PS Envy in April, but due to the pandemic had to move it to September. The property managers smoothly managed the rescheduling despite the continued uncertainties. Our September stay was perfect. The mid-century decor in both the main house and the casita is charming, and the main kitchen is well laid out and well-stocked with basics as well as a number of serving dishes. We enjoyed the backyard as much as the high temps would allow, sitting on the chaise lounges in the mornings, and enjoying the pool each afternoon and evening. 60 at PS Envy was a BLAST
Stayed here for my *cough* 60th birthday with a few of my closest friends. The property was comfortable, centrally located, and perfect for a quarantined getaway. We only ventured out to eat twice (one dinner and one lunch) but the kitchen was super-well stocked with all cooking utensils imaginable, and there are a large variety of restaurants that deliver. Family Vacation Home
My family and some family friends take a. yearly PS trip. This year we were able to enjoy our time at PS ENVY and enjoyed every minute of it. The host responded quickly to any and all questions we had. The directions and all that were given to us were super helpful not to mention the house was very neat and spacious. Great Space
The space is great. Super-fast responses about the place via text while staying there. Had an issue with water pressure in the kitchen and they were there to fix it before we even returned from the grocery store. Outside living area was perfect - the fire pit, hot tub, pool, and lounge chairs were all in great shape. Parts of the home seem like they've been Airbnb-lived in but that's to be expected. Water sometimes went cold, but we reported this and I'm sure they will have it addressed right away. The house was as advertised and true to the pics. 7 Friends and very happy
We were a group of 7 friends who stayed. Loved this house and private casita. Very private and quiet. The saltwater pool and jacuzzi were awesome as well as the outdoor bocci Court and ping pong table. Fully stocked kitchen was great for our home cooked meals and had everything you needed with a huge dining table and outdoor picnic table. Appreciated the nice plush bed linens, towels and high-end soaps and shampoo. The house was very clean, and the Relax PS management did a great job personally orienting us to the house at check in and explaining how to use and access everything in the house and yard. Lovely House
The house is lovely. Stylish, well equipped kitchen, amazing pool and backyard, plenty of parking, cozy indoor and outdoor fireplaces. My husband and I stayed in the casita with our 1 year old. It was perfect for that situation with its partial kitchen. We could keep bottle making stuff out of the main space and people didnt have to worry about making noise after she went to sleep. This sounds like a trivial bonus but most lights were on a dimmer which also helped with the baby. The only note for guests would be to check with the management before your stay that the pipes have been tended to, to remove roots. They are very aware of the issue, they told us. They also had someone out to clear the pipes the day we came so it wasnt a big deal but we did experience slow drainage in the bathroom sinks and some slight loss of water pressure in the shower. Great house with great light and style. The backyard, though, is the showstopper. We celebrated my wife's 30th birthday here and spent almost the entirety of it in the pool, in the hot tub, on the sun chairs, or around the fire. A return visit to PS Envy for sure
We would absolutely stay at PS Envy again! The house is beautiful inside and out. You can't help but be relaxed the moment you arrive. Jonathan from Relax Palm Springs was great! He met us at check in to give us a tour and when we needed a couple of things during our stay, he was right on it! We were a family of 8 plus an infant and we had tons of room. We all loved sitting around the pool during the day and the fire pit at night. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a house to rent in the Palm Springs area. Can't wait to go back! It is just as Described and Great
Loved the house! It was just as described. Communication was quick and easy. Jay was very accommodating and very prompt to answer questions and/or fix any issues (the towel bar in one of the bathrooms broke off and he had someone over right away to fix it). Our group consisted of 8 people, and we had plenty of space. We loved the open floor plan and pretty much utilized all parts of the house like the BBQ grill, the tanning/lounging area, hot tub, the corn-hole game, floats for the pool, you name it. My personal favorite part was the SALTWATER pool and outside dining area which was enjoyed the entire time. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay again in the future. Relaxing Getaway
The house is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly as described and pictured. Our hosts were infinitely kind, communicative, and flexible with our check-in and check-out processes, because we had so many people arriving/leaving at various times. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a perfect temperature for the spring chill. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were gorgeously decorated, and I could essentially live there forever. The fire pit, corn hole, ping pong tables, all came in handy during the weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and lovely. The only one minor thing that I can think of that would've made the stay even more incredible would have been to offer a few bicycles to explore the area with. Thank you, Scott & team for everything! Bachelorette Weekend
My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette weekend at PS Envy. The house was perfect and comfortable for a group of 7 girls, and it was well equipped with everything we needed for the long weekend. We all loved the decor of the house and the view from the backyard. The bonfire was perfect for the chilly evenings and the lounge chairs by the pool were perfect for hanging out in the sun during the day. Private and Great Style
Amazing Private Vacation Home! This is a wonderful rental house for anyone looking to get away to Palm Springs for the weekend! My friends and I had a great time enjoying the pool, bbq, firepit, bocce ball court and Jacuzzi spa. There were 8 of us (4 couples) and the 4 beds, 3 baths were perfect for a group of friends, and would be great for families too. The house was clean and contemporary, but with classic Palm Springs touches of mid-century modern. Awesome kitchen for cooking (we made breakfast together every morning), and tall hedges in the backyard/pool area for privacy. I loved the location too because it is so close to the airport and just a couple minutes from the downtown restaurants and nightlife. Scott Fields and his team at Relax PS (Craig and Jonathan) were so friendly and knowledgeable about the home and the area; they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! Lovely Long Weekend
Loved This House! My partner and I, along with several friends, spent a lovely long weekend here recently and have nothing but good things to say about it. The house itself was elegantly decorated, yet warm and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with every amenity a cook could want. There are three very comfortable bedrooms and two baths in the main house and a separate, private guest house with its own bath and kitchenette that's prefect for couples. We chose the particular property after reading a previous review about it being pet friendly, and so it was. The two small dogs in our group had a blast exploring the very secure yard and splashing around in the lovely saltwater pool with the rest of us. We've worked with the property manager, Scott, before at other homes and, as always, he was EXTREMELY helpful. We've truly grown to appreciate Scott and the ease of booking his properties, the restaurant and shopping recommendations and my personal favorite, the orientation tour. Love It
We LOVED This House, Yard and Area of Palm Springs! Five of us rented this house over the long July 4th weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is very spacious with three bedrooms and two baths plus a large separate casita off the patio with another king bed, full bath and small refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker plus it has its own private lounging area for privacy. All are decorated beautifully and in line with the mid-century architectural design of the home. Really liked the open living room, dining area and kitchen with tons of windows overlooking the yard and pool. The photos are very accurate, but it is even better in person. The Cul de sac it is on is very quiet and peaceful and yet it is a short 5-minute drive or $5.00 Uber ride to the center of town. The saltwater pool with the large bean bag lounging rafts were great! Long Wonderful Weekend
Perfect home for a long weekend stay! PS Envy was the PERFECT stay for our group of seven for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. We spent most of our time in the backyard and laying in the sun or lounging on the perfect bean bag floaties in the saltwater pool. The kitchen has a great layout for entertaining and it was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed to cook large meals for our weekend. The main house has three rooms (2 king beds and 1 queen), while the casita has a a king bed and its own bathroom. THE CASITA...so cute with it's orange creamsicle theme. The living room is beautifully decorated and stocked with a ton of movies and cable tv. There are no speakers in the house, I think to make sure you comply with the noise compliance rules, so I would recommend bringing your own speaker to listen to music while you cook dinner or eat (quietly). Just GREAT
Couldn't have enjoyed it more! We got a chance to stay in the home just before Christmas when our group was taking a last-minute trip to Palm Springs. We usually book with Scott at Relax and he mentioned a new 4-bedroom rental he had coming up. He thought we'd like it and we wanted to stay there. But it wasn't ready yet, so we looked elsewhere. Through a series of events, we really had no choice and had to stay there. Scott made it clear to us what was missing (and it was little stuff like some art on a wall, or a nightstand). What he said was missing wasn't a big deal to me; I trust him... so we booked. Once we were there, we didn't care one bit. It was exactly as he said it would be and it was AWESOME. Birthday Celebration at PS Envy
Perfect Getaway. I just celebrated my 40th birthday at PS Envy with several friends and we all can't wait for our next trip back to the house. This property stood out while searching b/c of the gorgeous mod decor and open floor plan. Having all doors open from kitchen right out to pool was key. Whether in the kitchen or dining room, easy to chat and socialize with friends poolside. It's location to airport and downtown make it that much better. Once we arrived, we all couldn't get over the interior decor and design, just as you see in the pics. Scott was beyond helpful and super friendly and all over making sure our needs were met. House was in immaculate condition and worked out perfectly for 8 friends. The casita is tucked away and truly great for more privacy. The "Dreamscicle" theme is so cool, we were fighting over who stayed in the casita! Fantastic
True Palm Springs Oasis. Our family of three have enjoyed many VRBO rentals, however our recent stay at PS Envy was so positive that this is the first time we have felt compelled to post a review. The house is exactly as pictured; immaculately clean and tastefully decorated throughout as though stepping right out of a magazine. The open layout has great flow and makes for a real inside/outside airy feeling. The sparkling gem of this property is the back yard. Professionally landscaped with accent lighting and an array of local plant life, it makes for a true escape. The yard has been designed to take full advantage of the incredible mountain views, with vistas from every seating area. The pool is large and offers both shallow entry and a deep end. Finally, what really sets this property apart is the unparalleled service. Don't be jealous. 4 couples decided to try a PS home rather than a hotel. Best decision. This spacious home with fully equipped kitchen, huge backyard with pool and whirlpool and great room gave us plenty of space to gather and eat. The mountain views with snow peaks were spectacular. Four bedrooms and three baths. I got the huge private detached casita poolside. An amazing getaway. No hotel for this group. Easy to book, immaculately clean, minutes to downtown. Great Vacation Getaway

Awesome Family Vacation
Awesome Family Vacation Home with Wonderful Management. Stayed here with my spouse, kids and in laws for a family get away and loved every minute of it! The house is very clean, well kept and spacious. From the moment we inquired about available dates, up to our check out Scott and Craig, who manage the home, were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. We very much appreciated the in person check in and orientation to the house. It helped us all get a quick start to relaxing and swimming! They take great care in making sure you are comfortable and gave wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. We have rented vacation homes before and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities were very much appreciated. The mid-century furniture was great and fit the home well. We did not want to leave PS Envy
We really liked the PS Envy, house. The location, the house and the appointments were all what we needed. The house is on a cul-de-sac street so no thru-traffic, yet very close to downtown. The entire house is very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms have great hotel style beds with comfy linens and plush towels. There is great closet and dresser space for all of our stuff, which was really needed since we stayed a while. The separate casita was perfect and provided privacy too. We didn't want to go out every night, and the kitchen was very well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. It was really good that there is a gas grill (our favorite way to cook) right outside the kitchen, chef's knives, better than average cookware and enough settings for all of us. The backyard was even better. Very mature and lush landscaping. There were solid and yet cushiony loungers; and not just two of them, there were plenty. New Years at PS Envy
My friends and I rented this house for the New Years holiday. We were initially attracted to the mid-century design and the fact that the property was pet-friendly (more on that later). The house is a large, comfortable, authentic mid-century design with just enough 21st century upgrades to make it the perfect get-away spot. The main house has three bedrooms and two full baths and, for those who need a little additional privacy, there's a separate "casita" with king-sized bed, private bath and small kitchenette. Both the house and casita are impeccably decorated with mid-century furnishings and accents, including luxurious bedding, towels and amenities. The backyard and pool area are extremely private and well appointed. There was plenty of room for the six of us who were staying there, plus a few friends who were staying nearby. Most important for me, the yard was completely secure for my small dog. Never once did I worry that she might get out or get into any trouble. Original Post Date: 01.14.16

PS Envy Saved the Day
We rented the PS Envy house just before Christmas. We were going to book somewhere else, but no one was calling me back or, if they did call me back, they wouldn't take my dog. Someone in the group knew this property manager in Palm Springs and he had a home, but it (supposedly) wasn't ready. But we took it, and I looked forward to getting away. First of all, I didn't even notice what the manager said was missing. The house was so cool and well prepared. There were blankets and extra pillows many details the owners thought of. Great towels and sheets. Nothing was on the cheap and that was an awesome surprise. I'm sort of a designer wannabe and this house was sweet. First, midcentury all the way. If you love cool Palm Springs architecture, you have to check this out. a great Alexander that has been updated to give a bit more room, but still true to form. Inside, there was a fun yellow couch in living room. So perfect for Palm Springs and I loved it! Original Post Date: 01.14.16
