Entering through the front door, there is a large common area living area coupled with the fireplace-side conversation area. That flows into the large dining area, set for 8 and large cook's kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to support your entire group. The entire group will have plenty of room to relax, prepare meals and enjoy the company!
Down the hallway, you'll find three of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Two guest rooms offer a queen bed and French doors the front yard. The first guest room's bathroom is just across the hallway. The second guest room features an en-suite bathroom with a new shower and sexy outdoor bathtub. At the end of the hallway, the master bedroom offers a King bed and en-suite bathroom, doors to the spa and pool.
The back yard is where it's all at! Expansive, it offers multiple seating areas, dining opportunities, multiple shady spaces for lounging, water features and outdoor bar. Off one side of the yard, by the grill, is a separate work area with a desk and couch so you can make the zoom calls in private. Behind the pool and outdoor bar, there is a yoga and private work out room with a separate pool changing room.
This beautiful vacation rental is a short drive, bike ride or even walk to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Ruth Hardy Park offers public tennis courts and is also just minutes away. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
The Movie Colony is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. The neighborhood is rich with architecture and history. It should be noted the city has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a "party-central" home. Each guest is expected to be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

Big/Unusual Spa!
My family and I really enjoyed staying at your gorgeous, well stocked house in a perfect location close to downtown Palm Springs. we spent a lot of time in the massive pool and unusual but large grotto jacuzzi. We found the staff super friendly and helpful. Lastly everyone loved the turtles and feeding them. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Palm Springs. Incredible Stay!

What a treat and surprise!
After we booked this house there was a really negative review posted that had me super concerned- not only did the guys from Relax contact me personally beforehand to assuage my concerns- we were beyond satisfied when we arrived none of the complaints were relevant- so they were either inaccurate or fixed by the time we got there Night lighting was as great and a relaxing ambience- evening grotto rounded out long days of golf and running around- location was convenient to strip as well as highway to get down valley the setting was the perfect mix of retro+kitsch+Yet enough contemporary quality to feel fresh but not Uber-hyper-modern vanilla-box thats so popular these days We used almost every corner of the property except the grill area or office- which given another 2 days we could have broken in both. Fireplaces worked we had 3 local couples drop by at different points who all loved different features at the same level of appreciation we did beds comfortable- everyone had their own shower- Value got dinged only 1 star bc Im a diva and have to leave room for super-premium perks resorts might provide for that price point but it was the perfect Palm Springs environment for our getaway and really left nothing else to be desired (unless it ventured into over-the-top territory which we never expected) Thank you! Great location - Great house
We had an absolutely amazing stay here in Palm Springs. It appeared that the issues noted in a previous review were all dealt with. The property was stunning, in particular the backyard. Big house, great grounds
House, grounds and, neighborhood are beautiful! We had a wonderful time all around and will definitely be back. Really the best stay in Palm Springs we've ever had. The property management was also lightning fast in responding to our every inquiry. My tip: bring or rent bikes. The neighborhood is wonderful to explore.
