PS Global offers three bedrooms and 2 baths with indoor and alfresco dining options, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinets, a well appointed living room, and huge backyard with multiple lounging areas, and a two-car garage. The home opens with a new beautifully modern door into the remodeled kitchen that has casual dining and breakfast bar. The garage enters into the kitchen from the side. The open floor plan makes cooking and dining a breeze as the kitchen transitions into the main living room with a wall of glass sliders leading directly in the back yard. Off the kitchen to the front of the home is a private alfresco dining area with both dining table and cocktail seating for up to 6 enclosed by classic midcentury concrete block walls. The living room is well appointed with plenty of seating, gas/automatic fireplace, a flat screen TV, and a glass top desk for the working traveler looking out poolside with views of the mountains.

Sleeping and bathing quarters sit off to the side of the common living areas and consist of two guest bedrooms with shared hallway bath and a beautiful master suite. The front guest bedroom has a Queen bed, closet and flat screen TV with window views of the northern mountain ranges. The second guest bedroom at the end of the hall also has a Queen bed, closet, and flat screen TV and enjoys a glass slider exit out to its own patio with seating. Both guest bedrooms share the newly remodeled hall bath with step-in shower enclosed with glass. The large Master suite holds a King bed, closet, flat screen TV and its own newly remodeled bathroom with a dual sink vanity and walk-in shower. The bathroom has a door entry from backyard so can double as a pool bath and the bedroom offers glass sliders leading out to the backyard with views of the sparkling pool and views of the San Jacinto Mountains that frame Downtown Palm Springs.

Outside, PS Global offers an amazing, expansive back yard with huge views of those gorgeous mountains. Its long swimmers’ pool is great for laps and floating with water jet features. The in-ground spa is perfect for soaking those cares away and waterfalls into the pool. Multiple seating and dining areas offer many vantage points for enjoying the views with umbrellas for shade.

This gorgeous vacation rental is a short drive to downtown Palm Springs, with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Other Palm Springs attractions are similarly a short drive away, from area casinos and gambling, to world renowned spa resorts, tennis, golfing, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. East of the runways, airport noise well-minimized.

El Rancho Vista Estates is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. It is rich with architecture and history being the first of the Wexler & Harrison residential subdivision. It should be noted this neighborhood (and the City, too) has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are not allowed.
