Spring Break Fun in the Sun

Great overall experience at PS Hangout
Great place with amazing outdoor yard with lovely pool for playing and swimming, lovely hot tub area with couches and chairs, outdoor fireplaces in 2 places, covered gazebo/BBQ area for cooking and eating with built-in table & chairs, also good for staying out of sun when needed, hammock area in one corner for private chats or book reading. Inside the house, the kitchen is well-appointed with nice fridge/stover, awesome gas stove/range, lovely cupboards, all the supplies you need to eat and cook without ever leaving. Three bedrooms were great. Only improvements would be drapes in one BR and some newer, non-period furniture.

PS houngout
The main draw to this property is the backyard- truly made for those wanting to spend a lot of time outside. A pool, a hot tub, swings, putting green, grill, ample space for dining Al fresco. All amenities were used plentifully by our family during our stay. The host was attentive and easily accessible. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. WiFi, TV, ac/heating, laundry facilities, etc. all worked properly without issue. We will absolutely return and would recommend to friends.

November golf trip
Very nice accommodations. We loved the covered outdoor seating area with comfortable furniture and hot tub that was always warm enough we could jump right in. Indoors we loved the fireplace TV viewing area with smart tv. One improvement: mattress in master bedroom too pliable/ soft.

This lovely updated mid century home
We greatly enjoyed our stay at PS Hangout. This lovely updated mid century home was located in the historic Racquet Club Estates with amazing views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The home was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Thanks to the wonderful outdoor living room, dining room, pool, swings, fire pits, putting green, hammocks and chaises we were able to enjoy time together and carve out alone time too. The management team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and responsive. Check in and check out were a breeze. This was our first time in Palm Springs and cant wait to return and stay here again! Perfect birthday vacation and will definitely be back soon!
We have rented many times in PS but this was one of my favorite spots ever. The backyard is huge and we spent nearly all week in the backyard either swimming, stargazing at night in the hanging chairs, in hot tub or bbqing. Great location close to town, kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and I appreciated details like Molton Brown shampoo and good quality towels. The pool is wonderful!
The location of this property is convenient to visiting Palm Springs as well as the other cities nearby. The pool is wonderful! We paid to have it heated and it stayed warm our entire trip. The back yard is large and very private. The dessert landscaping on the entire property is beautiful and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was soft and clean. We appreciated not having to strip the beds and do loads of laundry before checking out (as we have had to do at other vacation rentals). We also appreciated having some necessities available right away upon arrival, such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap (again, this has not been the case with other vacation rentals). While we dined out at the many great restaurants in Palm Springs, we noticed the kitchen has everything you need to make meals at the home or grill outside and enjoy the covered patio. it was absolutely perfect and we'd definitely come back!
Me and my 3 friends rented this property for a little girls getaway trip at the end of last month. We were more than impressed with everything! The house was clean and had everything we needed as well as decorated very well. We felt very relaxed and at home and spent our days relaxing by the pool, watching Netflix, shopping, hiking, eating and sipping cocktails. I suggest renting a car but really the house is in a location which was pretty close to the downtown area. I was very impressed with how easy the check in process was and the communication with the property manager. If I had to say one negative thing it would be the noise ordinance policy. This apparently is city wide so no reflection on this property itself. Music can't be played outside EVER and only inside with the doors and windows closed at a very low volume. Point being if you're looking to bring your young kids/teens or anything more than just a relaxing getaway you may not want to book a VRBO at all in Palm Springs. My family of 5 had a great stay at this property for a relaxing Spring break in Palm Springs. Everything was as advertised, and we would stay here again!
We had a very enjoyable and relaxing family vacation at PS Hangout with our two children. The kids loved playing in the pool on the warm afternoons while my wife and I could relax in the hanging chairs or hangout in the living room with all of the doors open. Indoor/outdoor living is the best in Palm Springs with very few bugs and blue skies every day! The putting green is a nice added touch that gave me and the kids something else fun to do apart from swimming. The house is in a nice, laid-back neighborhood not far from downtown. The view of the mountains is best seen from the hot tub. Use of the garage was a nice bonus that helped make this place feel like a real home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PS Hangout. The backyard looks like a resort, & the house was super clean. They both look better than the photos. We really appreciated that it was so well stocked with paper towel, some toilet paper, hand & dish soap, laundry detergent, small shampoos/body wash, etc. The beds were SO comfortable, & the bedding & towels were very luxurious, comparable to a high end hotel. The decor and attention to detail with accessories/artwork makes the house feel very warm & welcoming. I love all the mid century modern touches, both inside & outside that enhance the architecture of the house. The neighbourhood is perfect… close to downtown, but very quiet and safe feeling. We would absolutely come back & want to stay in this house, & if not available we would book another property managed by Relax Palm Springs. They were great to deal with & we could tell that the owner Scott takes pride in the company.

This place is fantastic! If you want the traditional Palm Springs experience this is the place! The house was clean and well appointed. It was well supplied with everything. Dishes, towels pillows you name it, it was there with back up. The beds were super comfy. We actually used the outdoor space more than indoor. It was fantastic! The pictures don't lie. There is more room out doors than in. So many choices for seating and lounging. We would go for walks every day and it is very walkable to local dining or a quick $5 uber ride to anywhere else. House of thoughtful touches! We have stayed at several houses throughout the years visiting Palm Springs, but this house had special touches that made it feel like home. They have a jewelry stand on the dresser, a place to put your glasses by the bed, a garbage can by the outdoor kitchen, and laundry bins in each closet. The house is small but super functional. The beds and linens are exceptional. Super comfortable. I didnt miss my own bed or my pillow and I always do! The outside space is huge and well thought out. The location is quiet and a short drive to downtown. A couple of notes: the bath mats in both bathrooms need to be replaced. The knives in the kitchen need to be sharpened. My dog loved the ability to run outside from three sides of the house and ended up doing laps for fun and hes usually the laziest dog youll ever meet. I highly recommend PS Hangout
My wife and I rented PS Hangout for 6 weeks this past February into March. This was our first time visiting Palm Springs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and honestly were sad leaving to go back home to Massachusetts. There is so much we loved about the home and treated it as our own. We slept well on the wonderful memory foam mattresses and waking up to the view of palm trees swaying outside of the master bedroom sliding door. The online pictures and video which attracted us to this stylish home did not disappoint. You too will love the many sections of the backyard. It was cool spending time hanging out in all of the various well-designed sections of the backyard over the course of the 6 weeks. We were never bored. For sun worshipers like myself, you can lounge in the sun at 8 AM and then move to another lounge chair in the afternoon with an awe-inspiring West view of the mountain in the afternoon. Im not a golfer but used the putting green about 10 times a day. I became addicted to playing. It was a fun break from lounging by the pool. The home is well stocked with all of the necessities to live, cook, and maintain. We did purchase and purposely leave a couple of white wine glasses, a crockpot, and yoga mat for future guests. The location was great as well. The center of downtown is a 1 mile drive and just mile to Albertson's market. Walmart is about 15 minutes away and for really great steaks I recommend driving 15 minutes to Jensens market. Upon arriving in Palm Springs we signed up for a 30-day pass to a gym located mile away called the WorkOUT Gym. Our rental agent Scott was a professional and very responsive. Halfway through our stay, I mentioned to Scott the hot water was not efficient enough for 2 people and with guests on their way we were concerned. We had to wait for a minimum of 20 - 30 minutes between showers for the hot water to replenish. Well, plumbers arrived the very next day with a new hot water tank! Yes, next day. We had to put down a very large deposit for Gas/Electric use. The heated pool uses a lot of Gas. Fortunately, we received 40% of our deposit back however it took 6 weeks following our stay. We fully trusted Scott but be aware it takes time due to the utility bill schedule and account consolidation. If you will enjoy a newly renovated mid-century modern home with a beautiful pool, hot tub, and putting green in a private walled yard, then I highly recommend PS Hangout. A perfect weekend house One of the best homes we've stayed out in PS, and we've stayed in over 20 different mid century rentals. This one had everything you'd need for relaxing and lounging. Cool Hangout We were lucky to be one of the first to stay at this new vacation rental. The Hangout has a cool desert modern vibe. It really stands out from the typical, like a fresh take for 2017. We stayed with our adult children and my in-laws. We love Palm Springs and the idea of staying in our own place without sharing a pool or jacuzzi with strangers really appealed to us. It made our stay much more relaxing. The house is really nice. The decor is contemporary and very hip. The beds were super comfy and the location was perfect. What we enjoyed most was the outside space. The sliding glass doors lead right out into a great covered patio with swinging chairs and an eating area. Its like its part of the house...only its open air. It sort of blew my mind. Loved the hammocks with a view of the mountains. Our kids floated in the pool and we all played mini-golf. We loved our short stay at PS Hangout. The beds were comfortable, the home cozy and retro cool, and the backyard fantastic. There are so many little cozy areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Property managers were professional and accessible and truly nice. We will be back!
