Palms Spring Christmas 2024
Our family of five (spouse, adult children and sister) loved the home. It was very comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor space. It was about 15 - 20 degrees above normal temperatures so we spent time in the pool daily and around the outdoor fireplace.
The kitchen was well equipped making meal preparation easy. We've rented homes and condos in the past, this was one of the best kitchens we experienced. For example, we liked the waffle maker and purchased one when we got home.
The location was good, we were so close to downtown and restaurants. The grocery store was just a few minutes away.
This was or first trip to Palm Springs, we explored the natural beauty, culture and ambiance. Some of our day trip were to Joshua Tree, Bombay Bach and the Salton Sea, Pioneertown, Taquitz Canyon, Indian Canyon, The Living Desert Zoo, Aqua Caliente Cultural Museum and Art Museum. We relaxed at the pool and fireplace as well.
It was a great vacation, and we're all talking about going back. We iive in Michigan and had not experienced the wonders of the desert.
We hope to return and will definitely try to rent this home again. Thanks to the owners for sharing it.

Wonderful House
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious, the pool and jacuzzi were great. We had one issue with the freezer not getting cold enough but our wonderful host Brad took care of it by having another complete refrigerator delivered and put in the garage to use for the rest of our stay. My only negative comment would be the furniture is not that comfortable in the main room where everyone gathers and the beds are a little too high. (My mom is 90 and we had to make sure she got up and down without getting hurt, they did however have stools to accommodate) Our host Brad was wonderful and very responsive. Had a great time!

Large Yet Cozy
WOW! The kitchen is huge and so well stocked. All 5 of us were able to prepare meals together. The living room was comfortable and spacious. We ate indoors and outdoors. The pool, spa and firepit are completely private. This home offers so many lovely spaces to gather and chat all together or separately. Close to grocery stores, downtown and airport.

Golfers Retreat
We had a great time in Palm Springs and of course the house. Since we are older we used the house to it's full extent, we cooked all our meals and just relaxed after playing golf everyday. The location is perfect for getting to and from the airport and we actually played south and it took no more than a half an hour to get to the various courses. You have a hidden gem there, and Brad was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. You run a very professional operation.

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful time at this property. Backyard is a delight! Beds were comfortable and lots of space to relax. Brad was awesome! Love this area of Palm Springs, it is so close to everything you need.

Spacious Oasis
Our group had a wonderful stay at this home. It is so spacious with all the amenities you could want. The rooms are situated away from the main living space which was a plus for putting our daughter down for quiet naps. The pool was clean, warm, and even better in person. The horseshoe shaped back patio felt very private and guarded against any wind. Five stars also go to the property manager, Brad. We were welcomed like family; it was the best experience I’ve ever had checking into a vacation home.

Great Stay
Great location!! Host was very responsive and informative upon checking in. Walking distance to grocery store and our favorite Palm Springs Mexican Cantina! House had all the amenities you would need. Best part was the outdoor pool. There was ALWAYS some shade in the back yard at all hours. During our stay, it reached 116 degrees, but the back yard seemed to be closer to 80. The evenings were even better! Can't wait to get back... Original Posted Date: 12.07.22

Quite Space
We loved this stay! Easy property management- great communication and super simple to access. Super clean and well stocked. It's a quiet space, but it was perfect for our family vacation! This property is absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect place to unplug and celebrate my husband's birthday before the holiday craziness hits. Spacious and Amazing
My husband and I spent 5 days at this house with our 14 year old and 4 year old. The house is more spacious than the pictures depict. The outdoor area and pool was perfect for lounging and swimming. The house had everything we needed, the management company was great, communicated well and made the check in out and check out easy. Great Stay
This home was in excellent condition and the property manager was prompt with answers to all our questions/needs. The house was very spacious, and each room had its own private bathroom which my family enjoyed. The pool was also perfect for our girls (11 and 6). The only downside to this property was the strict rules that were not known until we booked. We understood the Covid19 restrictions but the zero tolerance on outdoor noise/music made it not as fun for our young family. No music aloud at all in the backyard. We loved the house but to make have a no music policy was a big bummer and less vacation feel while spending the majority of our time in the pool. Original Posted Date: 10.02.20

Hanging out Comfortably with 6
The property was great for my family to relax and enjoy the Palm Springs heat. The pool was a bit smaller than we had anticipated, but between the pool, the jacuzzi, and the plentiful outdoor seating, the six of us were all able to hang outside comfortably. The inside was spacious and was great to us to all hang out. The only things missing for us were scissors and due to the pandemic, most spices weren't there. So, travel with your own if you're planning to cook. Not a big issue though. The rooms all had their own toilet and shower which was extremely convenient. Great House
Property and Property Manager were fantastic. Nice pool/hot tub that can be seen from every room in the house. Great for watching the kids! Open concept. Can't wait to stay again
Great Property can't wait to stay here again! This is a great home. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. We saw a previous review about the pool and were concerned; management assured us that after the unprecedented rains and flooding ended, and it was safe for the electrician, the electrical was repaired and the pool pump was replaced during that guests stay, and we would have no issues. As promised, everything worked without a hitch! The pool is convenient and has easy access from the U-shaped house. The hot tub was VERY relaxing! We enjoyed the large bedrooms each having its own bathroom is a HUGE plus; I hate having to share my bathroom - lol. The management company was professional, accessible and easy to work with. The perfect floor plan!
Property management team was awesome, very responsive. Let us know what was going on in the area, places to go, things to do. Layout of home is great with kitchen and living area on one side, bedrooms on the opposite side. Access to bathroom from outside and outdoor shower is very convenient .
